We are pleased to offer a fixed-term opportunity within the Lloyds Bank Foundation due to the current Regional Manager taking a secondment.

This is a part-time (4 days per week) position, working from home, with regular travel across North East & Cumbria and to London. The post holder must live in the North East or Cumbria.

You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of relationships with charitable partners and collaborating with other charities.You will support our charity partners in becoming more resilient and stronger, enabling them to thrive beyond the duration of their relationship with us.  You will do this by building trusted relationships with them, supporting them to identify their most pressing organisational challenges; and help them overcome the challenges by building the knowledge, skills and capabilities of staff and trustees.  You will work with charities, CICs, and partnerships to identify the most appropriate form of support to respond to the identified priorities.  Further information about LBFEW and our approach to supporting charity partners can be found on our website under the 'Development' section. 

You’ll be the face of the Foundation in the area, able to build strong and trusting relationships and be an advocate for community organisations across the patch. You’ll have a good understanding of the operating environment in the North East & Cumbria with well-established networks across the patch. You will also play a pivotal role in sharing learning, intelligence and insights to ensure the Foundations’ strategy development, delivery and relationship with the Lloyds Banking Group considers regional needs and the operating context of our funded partners.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Development Producer, to provide development support for and oversee development projects on our growing development slate.

The Development producer will help manage the ideas that are submitted to the development fund, prepare and take part in editorial meetings, and build relationships with production companies that are serviced by Climate Spring, and help form new working relationships within the industry.

The development producer will assist the Head of Unscripted in preparing and delivering creative sessions to production companies and stakeholders. They will also help manage our unscripted contacts and prepare for community-building events with unscripted labels and talent.

You have a track record working on or developing unscripted formats a have good eye for commercially viable ideas for broadcasters streamers and online. A knowledge or experience with ad-funded content, whilst not essential, could be helpful.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project managing funded TV development projects. This involves having regular meetings with production companies, industry bodies and experts.

• Working with the head of unscripted to prepare for editorial and funding meetings.

• Contributing to the editorial decisions made by Climate Spring

• Attending meetings with production companies – remotely and occasionally in person.

• Building relationships with development teams at different production companies

• Working with the head of development and other stakeholders to create new IP with strong climate narratives.

• Managing our submissions slate and funded development slate.

MINIMUM ROLE CRITERIA:

Please Note: It is a requirement for this role for the candidate to be located outside of the M25 and with ability to commute to Manchester.

• Passion for climate and environmental issues

• Min 5 years working in content Production/development. This is not an entry level role, a strong editorial background is required.

• Experience in reading and writing treatments / TV Formats

The Fundraising Lead (Corporate & Grants) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of income generation for Planet Patrol, including the planning and delivery of our fundraising strategy; with a focus on corporates and grants. • Work closely with the Head of Programmes and Campaigns to develop exciting, innovative and impactful funding propositions. 
• Contribute to the wider Organisational strategy and annual Business Plan.
• Keep abreast of sector developments and funding opportunities to ensure plans are timely and effective.

Account Management

• Maximise our existing portfolio of corporate supporters, ensuring timely delivery of benefits, publicity and events.
• Oversee reporting to funders, sponsors and partners, demonstrating impact and value.
• Manage budgets within the fundraising portfolio and contribute to organisational efficiency and effectiveness.

Marketing & Communications

• Create compelling and innovative partnership opportunities for corporate supporters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver sponsorship benefits and ensure accurate representation of sponsors across Planet Patrol platforms.
• Coordinate sponsor advertising and communications, with support from colleagues.
• Positively represent Planet Patrol at events and conferences.

Role requirements:

• A minimum three years working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• A demonstrated ability in securing funding worth five-and-six figures.
• Experience working remotely and making impactful relationships online.
• Be able to communicate effectively with senior corporate leaders.
• Experience in providing excellent stakeholder engagement, ideally through an integrated CRM.
• A natural networker and innovator, you’ll always be spotting opportunities.
• Excellent general IT skills and knowledge of new platforms to enable efficiency (Trello, Slack, HubSpot, Xero). 
• Passionate about the environment and the importance of data.

• Legal right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• A clean, full driving license is preferred.

About the Role
 
As Regional Relationship Manager, you’ll lead a team of Area Relationship and Development Leads, supporting their growth and ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach to provider engagement. You’ll manage key relationships, drive team performance, and play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Line manage a remote team of 3–5 Area Relationship and Development Leads, including recruitment, induction, and ongoing development
• Support and improve engagement with providers to achieve organisational priorities and KPIs
• Account manage a caseload of providers, focusing on existing business
• Facilitate Training Needs Analyses and provide sector intelligence to inform programme development
• Lead on Information, Advice and Guidance across the region, coordinating peer observations and reviews
• Deputise for the Regional Head of Engagement as required
• Lead regional and national projects, collaborating with colleagues and delivery partners
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Travel regionally and nationally as needed, with occasional overnight stays

 
 
Skills / Experience Required
 

• Significant experience in the education sector
• Proven people management and change management experience
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and promote programme objectives
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Collaborative mindset and strong team working skills
• Solution-oriented, adaptable, and resilient
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
