About the Role
As Head of Partnerships and Fundraising, you will lead the development and delivery of an ambitious income generation and partnership strategy for the National Landscapes Association. This is a pivotal senior role, focused on securing and growing diverse funding streams, including corporate partnerships, philanthropy, grants and strategic collaborations to support the long-term resilience of the organisation and the wider National Landscapes network.
You will drive new business, negotiate high-value partnerships and oversee a strong pipeline of opportunities, while leading and supporting a high-performing Development Team. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Board and key partners, you will operate at a strategic level, shaping propositions, building influential relationships and positioning National Landscapes as a compelling investment opportunity within the environmental and nature-based solutions space.

As Head of Partnerships for our charity, Global’s Make Some Noise, you’ll lead the strategy that drives high-impact corporate partnerships, working with national broadcast platforms and Presenters to generate income and create meaningful impact for small charities across the UK.
Reporting to the Fundraising and Marketing Director and leading a small, high-performing team, you’ll deliver ambitious targets through a mix of media-led sponsorships and traditional charity partnerships, ensuring no one faces life’s toughest challenges alone.

You’ll also manage two key roles – the Basic Needs Project Coordinator and Senior Financial Wellbeing Coordinator – ensuring the team is supported, focused, and empowered to deliver high-quality services.
This Head of Basic Needs and Partnerships position is central to growing the service into a sustainable, community-powered hub. You’ll build strong relationships with external partners and donors, expand financial wellbeing and preventative programmes, and help shape initiatives like budgeting workshops, cooking sessions, and life-skills training that support students before they reach crisis point.
