The Organisation
The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats, and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. The Role
As the Head of Security, you will define and lead our security operations, ensuring our environments are safe, secure, and welcoming for all. This is a pivotal role that blends strategic oversight with operational assurance, working across teams to embed best practice and resilience.

About You

- Significant experience of conducting, facilitating and documenting effective risk assessments, with appropriate scoring and risk mitigation
- Good knowledge and awareness of relevant security regulations and standards, and relevant legislation

About the role
We are seeking a Head of Fundraising to develop and drive Iswe’s income generation strategy and grow a high-performing fundraising team.

About the Role

Our organisational income has grown consistently year on year since we registered in 2018. We now have a series of multi-year grants in place ensuring that 42% of our income for 2026 is already secured. But we are ambitious. Summary
The Interim Head of Funding will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the funding strategy of our three charities (Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity, Guy’s Cancer Charity and Evelina London Children’s Charity). Key responsibilities:
Funding
· Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end funding process from development of applications to decisions and monitoring of funded programmes.
· Overseeing ongoing delivery of the funding strategy by working with Funding Managers to effectively deliver and manage funding portfolios.

The Role
As Global Head of Finance, you will lead a small, dedicated international team, overseeing strategic financial planning, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across UK and US entities.
You’ll play a key role on the Fund’s management team, ensuring financial integrity, promoting sustainable growth, and partnering across functions to embed strong financial practices organisation-wide.
