Purpose of the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will implement and help develop a new digital marketing strategy, crucial to the ongoing development of ArtsEd’s profile and reputation and the successful delivery of all our programmes.

Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.

Purpose of job:
As Senior Fundraising Strategist you’ll play an integral role in defining the fundraising strategies for cross organisational campaigns and targeted fundraising and engagement activities. Working as a senior fundraising strategist within our Campaign Strategy & Planning team, you’ll direct cross-disciplinary project teams from across all levels of the business to deliver target beating initiatives from Red Nose Day to new product development initiatives that drive new revenue streams. About Earlsfield Foodbank
At Earlsfield Foodbank, our mission is to create a profound and lasting impact on our community. We are an independent foodbank set up in 2013 and are part of the Independent Food Aid Network.

Summary of Role
Work in collaboration with the Head of Service to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Foodbank. You will manage and support a team of volunteers, leading by example to ensure the Foodbank operates smoothly and the continuity of delivery standards within the guidelines of EFB policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working or volunteering in a Foodbank. They will be a strong leader and be hard-working, organised, collaborative and confident. About the role
Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser with an interest in working in the international development sector? Are you creative, strategic, highly organised, a confident and effective communicator and strong team player?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. If you are seeking a dynamic and engaging fundraising role which offers you the chance to play a pivotal role within a small but ambitious organisation, then this could be the job for you.
You will be an exemplary relationship builder and have experience in developing multi-faceted corporate partnerships (ideally with experience and success in employee engagement, corporate sponsorship, and/or operational partnerships).
The role also line manages the Senior Fundraising Officer post, a position that provides administrative and fundraising support across the whole fundraising team. Please note that we are a small team and so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help out team members and to support new business across other restricted income streams.
If you think you have the skills, qualities and drive to fulfil this role, but don’t meet all of the specifications, or perhaps you’ve gained your experience in (for example) commercial sales or within relationships management and are looking to move into development work, we would still welcome hearing from you. This role will work alongside another Money & Budgeting Advisor and with our wider Advice & Wellbeing team, supporting each other to achieve positive outcomes for our students. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) has a critical role in ensuring we succeed in this work. The Senior Philanthropy Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Philanthropy programme to enable a step change and growth in income. Working with the Assistant Director of Business Development, you will lead on all major donor acquisition, cultivation and stewardship programmes and involving Samaritans Senior Leadership Group and Income Heads of Teams where appropriate. The selected candidate will have substantial experience of fundraising with a strong track record in major gift fundraising and experience of personally soliciting gifts of five and six figure gifts from major donors. You will ideally have experience working with mid-value programmes and a proven track record of managing key relationships at a high level.
