Job Purpose
BSR education programme is a key benefit to members and the wider rheumatology community, providing updates on the essentials needed to deliver top-quality care for patients and ensuring professional development opportunities.
This role sits within the Education team who are responsible for delivering BSR’s educational activity. Working alongside the Head of Education, the Events and Education Manager, Event Executive and the Digital Events Manager, you will assist in the planning and delivery of a range of education courses, webinars, bursary schemes and digital learning activities. You will work with the team to support the work of our Education Committee, Trainee Committee and Digital Learning Board.
This is an exciting role for someone looking to get more hands-on experience in planning and executing a variety of educational events and activities and liaising with multiple stakeholders. It is a unique opportunity to be part of the team at the forefront of rheumatology education, making a tangible impact on the professional development of members and the broader rheumatology community.
Main Responsibilties
Event & Course Management
- Lead on course and webinar registration processes, including delegate bookings, communications, data management and reporting, and producing delegate materials.
- Support course logistics including venue sourcing and management, accommodation and travel, catering and AV.
- Support stakeholder management at education courses, including communications with patients, sponsors and event supporters.
- Occasional travel, including attendance and overnight stays at BSR conferences, courses and events.
Systems & Data Management
- Oversee the team’s CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and registration systems, ensuring data integrity, implementing system enhancements, coordinating stakeholders, and carrying out testing.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate the rheumatology training webinar series, including topic development, speaker management and live delivery.
- Coordinate the education bursary programme, including promotion, application management and financial reconciliation.
- Coordinate CPD accreditation of educational activities.
- Support the delivery of digital sponsorship and educational partnership opportunities.
Marketing & Communications
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team to create digital content to engage target audiences.
General Duties
- Manage events inbox and education team enquiries, delivering excellent customer service.
- Input into education budgets by monitoring progress against income and expenditure for owned projects.
- Support with BSR Committee liaison and logistics.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Head of Education and the Events and Education Manager.

2. Black Queer & Thriving: There is potential for this role to expand in scope (up to 1.5 additional days per week), subject to funding. Duties and Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of the Ambassador Programme, including recruitment, training and retention of LGBT+ volunteers aged 18–25.

- Represent Just Like Us at events such as conferences and prides to amplify our programmes to a range of audiences.
- Support Just Like Us volunteer recruitment drives by building relationships with university societies and volunteering services, community partners and charity partners in London and the South East.

The Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Officer will work alongside the Head of Income, Partnerships and Communications to help deliver Rising Sun’s fundraising targets during this exciting period of growth for the charity.
The main focus of the role is finding, attracting and stewarding new funders to help deliver Rising Sun’s life changing services. You will write compelling funding proposals that demonstrate the impact of our services and how we meet funders’ requirements. You will build strong relationships with grant officers from various foundations, providing regular updates and communicating challenges, solutions and successes as appropriate to develop our reputation as an effective, reliable and trustworthy organisation. As part of the team you will help to develop fundraising materials such as case studies, impact reports and cases for support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage part of Rising Sun’s portfolio of income and fundraising activities related to trusts and foundations.
- Keep the trusts and foundations stream of the funding pipeline healthy and up to date, carrying out research into new opportunities and meeting application deadlines.
- Write compelling funding applications that answer funders’ questions and effectively communicate the mission, services and impact of Rising Sun.
- Develop appropriate fundraising tools, such as cases for support and impact reports.

About this role
This is a joint role delivered by Class 13 as part of two interconnected programmes in Lambeth. One is a long-term embedded pilot working deeply with two local schools to reimagine school culture from the inside out. The other is part of a borough-wide initiative commissioned by SEL ICB and supported by Black Thrive to improve emotional wellbeing for Black and mixed heritage children.

While the role is relational at its core, it also involves managing light but essential administrative and reporting tasks particularly during key programme milestones. The Opportunity
This role at WFN provides an exciting opportunity to lead on the development of our growing Winner Network Development (WND) programme, identified as one of the charity’s key areas for strategic growth and maximised impact over the coming years. We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing communicator who is passionate about conservation and can drive forward and create connections between our global network of over 220 conservationists, fostering knowledge exchange, capacity development and collaboration. In September 2024, National Numeracy launched a new ‘Schools & Families’ programme to support Primary School staff, parents and carers in increasing pupils’ confidence with numbers, positive feelings about maths, and awareness of the value of maths outside of the classroom. The programme also works to improve parents’, carers’, and school staff’s own confidence with numbers and with supporting children with their maths.
The programme has been hugely successful and is growing rapidly – we have now secured funding to deliver activity in all four nations of the UK and we are working with almost 300 schools currently.
The Schools & Families Programme Officer will support the Schools & Families Programme Manager in managing fast-paced activity across the UK, particularly delivering online training directly to school staff, recruiting schools, and visiting selected schools to ensure the success of the programme.
We are looking for someone who can support with this dynamic activity, is flexible, able to manage their time, and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the charity. Our Work Experience programme provides a taster of the ‘World of Work’ helping to raise career aspirations and support academic progression for young people. Our team work with local and central London employers and education providers to source, manage and co-ordinate placements for over 5,000 young people each academic year.

Job Purpose

Role overview
The Transformation Hub Manager will play a pivotal role in reshaping our service offerings by creating a vibrant, inclusive, and strengths-based hub for our communities - many of who are underserved, including asylum seekers, refugees, residents facing isolation, and those affected by homelessness. You will lead on the delivery and successful management of our National Lottery funded RenewALL Hub, transforming our ideas from concept into a sustainable, impactful centre for community wellbeing. Job Description
The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past two years, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. The museum is building a new strategy that will lead its transformation over the next 10 years as it tests out innovative new models for exhibitions, displays, learning and engagement, building towards a new permanent site and dynamic operational model. Learning and engagement are central to the museum’s future. This new role will support the learning and engagement team by coordinating bookings, marketing and communications for the team.
Our museum is made up of passionate and expert staff and a collection of over 40,000 objects which are both accredited and designated with Outstanding status by Arts Council England. Our learning programmes hold multiple awards, and our visitor feedback is consistently very high, however, we have much bigger ambitions than our current success. The Museum is looking to expand, in space, in profile and in audience reach. We are looking for someone passionate about our potential to coordinate the day-to-day running of the learning team as we move forward to the next phase of the Jewish Museum London.
Reporting to the Head of Learning the appointed candidate will have the organisational and administrative skills to ensure the team can effectively deliver programmes for schools, families and communities as well as taking a lead on communicating the museum’s activity through social media, newsletters and the website.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The main role of the Learning and Communications Coordinator will be to administrate the activities of the learning department, in particular our flagship programme of schools workshops both in person and digitally. Excellent communication skills are required as this role will involve being the first point of contact for the department, responding to queries, liaising with teachers, taking bookings and sending out pre- and post- activity information. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of this busy and creative team by providing, general administration, organisational and hands-on practical support—invoicing, ordering materials and supplies, auditing resources, collating and recording evaluation data and transporting materials and equipment for our outreach, offsite events and workshops.
