We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Manager, Policy Fellowships and Systems in Government to play a leading role in the Academy’s policy programmes work. Joining the Policy Programmes team within the Policy and International Directorate, you will help connect policymakers with engineering expertise and systems thinking to address complex policy and delivery challenges across government. Drawing on your understanding of the UK policy landscape, you will lead the design and delivery of high-quality policy fellowships, systems-based programmes, workshops and events that strengthen capability across government.
Working closely with senior policymakers, Academy Fellows and expert partners, you will build trusted relationships that shape programme content, maximise impact and ensure our work remains relevant to government priorities. You will oversee programme planning, budgets, evaluation and stakeholder engagement while supporting the continued evolution of our policy fellowships and systems offer.
As you further develop programmes and partnerships, you will play an important role in positioning the Academy as a trusted partner to government and a leader in applying engineering-informed systems approaches to public policy. The Head of Youth Work holds overall responsibility for the development and delivery of Providence House Youth Club’s youth work programmes, working with young people aged 8 to 19 from disadvantaged backgrounds across Battersea. As our foundational senior delivery hire, they will lead the delivery departments of universal youth work, girls work, sports programmes, detached and outreach work, school programmes and community mentoring. The postholder is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and acts as Deputy Safeguarding Lead. They will be hands-on: delivering youth club sessions, residentials and trips alongside the team, while ensuring Providence House remains a fun, supportive, safe and inclusive place that attracts and retains young people, raises their aspirations, and journeys alongside them for the long term.

You'll lead the organisation's governance, compliance, legal, risk and assurance functions, ensuring robust frameworks and controls are in place to support the delivery of our mission. You'll act as the organisation's lead adviser on governance and regulatory matters, maintaining effective relationships with trustees, governing bodies, regulators, legal advisers, auditors and insurers.
You'll ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, uphold high standards of corporate governance, and oversee the management of legal, contractual, operational and reputational risk. The Opportunity
The Foundation has grown significantly over the last decade, with increasing organisational ambition and a more complex operating environment. Alongside core grant-making activities, the organisation has developed new programmes, partnerships and ways of working that require a more strategic approach to technology and data. While many systems and processes work well individually, the organisation is now seeking someone who can create a joined-up digital strategy that supports its long-term goals.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, Investments and Resources, you will lead the Foundation's digital, data and technology transformation programme. You will define and deliver a multi-year roadmap, oversee key technology and systems projects, and build digital capability across the organisation. Most importantly, you will help colleagues embrace change and ensure digital becomes part of how the organisation thinks and works every day.
This role offers a rare combination of strategic influence and practical delivery. The successful candidate will shape major decisions around systems, data, AI and organisational capability, whilst also working closely with colleagues to ensure solutions are adopted, embedded and delivering measurable benefits.

We’re looking for a Senior Media and Communications Lead to deliver and manage our rail suicide prevention campaigns.
In this role you’ll take the lead in managing Samaritans’ communications and media activity relating to rail suicide prevention. You will manage the delivery of our important Small Talk Saves Lives campaign and other targeted awareness campaigns. You’ll also lead on media relations for our rail programme, identifying opportunities to ensure Samaritans’ is visible in relevant media stories.
You will represent Samaritans’ Rail programme at a national level, working with key rail industry stakeholders and programme funders. You’ll also work alongside colleagues across Samaritans, including regional rail colleagues and those within the wider media team.
