Service Support and Administrator: Volunteer Opportunity

At MINDSET you will be the crucial link, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, our records are impeccable, and our team has the administrative support they need to focus on what they do best: helping men.

Imagine the profound impact: Your dedication will ensure that workshop materials are ready, group communications are timely, and essential data is accurate. Every task you complete will directly contribute to a man finding the support he needs, a volunteer feeling organised, and Mindset Charity operating with the professionalism it needs to grow and serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Coordination: Provide essential administrative support across various Mindset services, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising digital files.

• Communication Support: Assist with drafting and sending emails, newsletters, and other communications to volunteers, participants, and partners.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential records, databases, and contact lists, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

• Resource Preparation: Help prepare and organise materials for peer support groups, workshops, and community events (e.g., printing handouts, collating information packs).

• Enquiry Handling: Support the triage of general enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members and ensuring timely responses.

• System Setup & Optimisation: Assist in setting up and improving administrative processes and systems to enhance efficiency as the charity grows.

• General Support: Provide flexible support to the General Manager and other "Heads of" as needed, contributing to the smooth running of a dynamic startup environment.
