We’re looking for a Property Assistant to provide excellent administrative support to our Property team, who support our busy Rehoming centres with all things property, from reactive repairs to major refurbishments.

What does this role do?
As Property Assistant, you’ll:

• be the first point of contact for the team, supporting our Rehoming centre teams with queries related to their sites and repairs, escalating where appropriate to other colleagues in the team,
• deliver high quality administrative support to the team, from raising purchase orders and arranging travel, to administering our repairs ordering system, Infraspeak,
• support with administration around contractors, such as issuing contracts and drafting meeting minutes,
• support with the planning of regular meetings and site visits.

This is a part time role for 17.5 hours per week, across 2.5 days. The current working pattern for the role includes Mondays, with flexibility across the other days.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 25th November 2025 and will take place on Teams.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need some experience in an administrative role, with excellent IT skills. Mind in Croydon is seeking to recruit a full time Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA)  to join our small, dedicated team of Independent Mental Health Advocates working to provide advocacy services to adults subjected to detention under the Mental Health Act in the London Borough of Croydon to ensure they understand, express and exercise their rights, and to enable them to access essential services. The advocacy team also provides Community Mental Health Advocacy for people who are informal patients in psychiatric hospital or living in the community and provides weekly advocacy service at two InMind Healthcare Group hospitals in Croydon.

This role is suitable for a fully qualified Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA) with a proven ability to support people under the Mental Health Act. We are not considering trainee positions at this time.

Outline of the role

The IT Manager at IAPB will be responsible for overseeing our IT systems, infrastructure and digital services, ensure they are reliable, secure and aligned with IAPB needs. This role will provide leadership on IT strategy, manage day to day operations, be the key liaison with our outsourced IT provider and support staff to use technology effectively to deliver our mission. We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Systems Administrator.

As the IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for the development, administration and optimisation of Cruse’s Microsoft 365 environment and wider IT cloud infrastructure.

Working closely with the Head of IT, and the wider Digital Services team of 5 staff, you will ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with the needs of our staff and volunteers.

Cruse operates a cloud IT infrastructure providing IT services to staff and volunteers based across the UK and Northern Ireland. Microsoft 365 is the main IT service, but there will also be other IT systems you will need to become familiar with in this role.

Cruse makes use of a managed services IT support provider and numerous application and service provider support teams; you will be required to work with these teams making sure our issues are resolved quickly and with minimum disruption.

As part of your role, you will be involved in BAU and project work and be comfortable with competing priorities and pressures.

We are recruiting for an Individual Giving Manager to drive and deliver our ambitious fundraising strategy in order to support the work of Life. The Individual Giving Manager will create, test, monitor and evaluate appeals and campaigns, lead on Legacy (and in-memoriam) giving, lottery and raffle and other income streams associated with individual giving.

Life is a UK charity for vulnerable women and families facing unexpected pregnancy or pregnancy loss. Life’s aim is to provide housing, care and support to vulnerable pregnant women (typically aged 16-25) who are in crisis situations, such as those facing homelessness (or at risk of), escaping abuse or other traumatic circumstances. We offer supported housing, a helpline and counselling service, and other practical and emotional support. Our services are inclusive; non-judgemental; and client-centred.

About You

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the postholder will work closely with colleagues across the Income Generation and Marketing teams to deliver on a positive donor/ supporter experience with the aim of retention of current supporters for the long-term as well as acquisition of new donors, maximising the potential of all of our supporters. It forms a central part of the overall fundraising strategy, with the ultimate aim of growing our individual giving income to increase the impact of the charity and benefit those needing support in pregnancy, pregnancy loss or in the early years of having a baby.

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Home Based with occasional travel to Head Office (Leamington Spa)

About the job role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Officer (Multimedia) in our Marketing and Communications team working with a range of stakeholders and people who use our services. We are looking for an outstanding individual who has experience in delivering multimedia communications including videography and photography and practical knowledge of creating compelling video content. 

You will also lead on the in-house creation of the hospice magazine, Life, published three times a year and may be required to lead on the design of specific corporate brochures.

About you

You will need:

• Broad experience in delivering multimedia communications including videography and photography to the standard outlined in the job description
• Practical knowledge of creating compelling video content and photography working within brand guidelines
• An understanding of hospice care or other healthcare or not for profit environments
• Proficiency in design techniques and using platforms such as Adobe, InDesign and Canva to edit video and create content
