We are excited to announce that in September we are opening two new clubs in Bromley borough (location to be confirmed). One club will be for Juniors (4-8 years) and one club for Seniors (12-16 years). We are seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to manage these new clubs.
About the role
Working with the Head of Programmes and Services to design and implement CASPA’s service delivery programmes in line with CASPA’s charitable objectives and strategic aims.
A Programme Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for managing supervisors, support workers and volunteers. PDMs ensure members’ developmental needs are central to all activity planning and delivery and are responsible for building and managing community partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

Designing, planning and implementing programmes in line with our strategic aims.

Manage and track programme and activity budgets, ensuring value for money and efficient allocation of funds.

Champion member engagement and work with staff to identify needs in our programme and service portfolio.

Safeguarding responsibilities including first point of contact as required, managing safeguarding records and provide safeguarding guidance to staff and volunteers.

People facing decades of prison time often completely lose connection with their family and friends on the outside. Depending on the prison, there may be limited access to rehabilitative programmes and educational courses until later in the sentence. It can be hard to maintain hope, and direction, or create meaningful plans for the future.
People leaving prison after 10 years will have different needs to those leaving after 10 months. The world has changed – there are different habits and new social norms. Prices have gone up, technology has evolved, neighbourhoods look different, and the workplace has changed. It takes time to adjust.

The Role:
The Hardman Trust is at an exciting point in its development as it celebrates the arrival of its new team, the realisation of its first ever organisational strategy and looks forward to the next phase of its journey.
Our successful multi-year applications to the Lottery (Reaching Communities), City Bridge Trust and Bromley Trust means we will continue to be part-funded by them until 2027. Deeply rooted in the criminal justice sector, we plan to develop further our programme of support for those on long sentences both within and, we hope, beyond prison too; we aim to extend the reach and deepen the impact of our support and grants; and attract new partnerships with funders and like-minded third sector organisations. We are seeking a Digital Manager to oversee the FSRH digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration across our website Content Management System (iMIS RiSE), member engagement platform (iMIS), and Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will expertly manage digital development initiatives, maintain productive relationships with technology suppliers, and deliver responsive first-line technical support.
With strong content management capabilities, you will ensure all web and LMS content adheres to brand guidelines, implement SEO best practice, and deliver an exceptional user experience. You will also facilitate comprehensive staff training, spearhead strategic digital improvements, and leverage analytics to drive data-informed decisions that enhance both member engagement and organisational effectiveness.

Team leadership
- To manage the FSRH Digital Team consisting of a Data Manager
Digital platform ownership
- Work closely with the Data Manager to ensure the integration between the website (iMIS RiSE), our Learning Management System and member engagement system (iMIS) continues to work well.
- Plan and support delivery of any development work from a website perspective in close collaboration with staff where necessary and with the website supplier and implementation partner, where necessary. This includes understanding and specifying business requirements sufficiently well for suppliers to quote against and undertake the required development work.
- To liaise with third party suppliers on a regular basis regarding integration between digital platforms including the website (iMIS RiSE) member engagement system (iMIS), LMS and other online products.
- Act as the first line of support for technical issues related to the FSRH website, associated websites, and the Learning Management System (LMS). Collaborate with staff and external developers to identify solutions and escalate issues to external support when necessary.
Website and LMS content
- Create, develop and manage content on the FSRH website and LMS, ensuring all updates align with the organisation’s tone of voice and brand guidelines. Apply knowledge of SEO best practices and user experience principles to enhance visibility, accessibility, and overall content effectiveness.
- Train and support identified staff to use the content management system (iMIS RiSE) and to understand the basics of good website copy. Ensure that content changes are of high standard and good quality.
- Consider user journeys in all aspects of content development and updates, ensuring that navigation and structure support intuitive and meaningful user experiences.
- To ensure processes for regularly reviewing, prioritising and refreshing all web content are maintained and overseen, liaising with teams across the organisation.

About the role
The Programmes Lead will play a key role in leading and implementing the delivery of a range of programmes which at present includes Growing the Top, the SEND Developmental Peer Review and the Trust Leaders’ Network (subject to change based on organisational need).

The National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) is seeking a proactive and skilled Media Officer to join our Communications and Public Affairs team. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to help shape and strengthen NFCC’s voice in the national conversation around fire and rescue services.
Reporting into the Media and External Affairs Manager, you will play a central role in growing our media presence and positioning NFCC as the go-to source for journalists covering national fire and rescue issues. You will help to ensure our messages are clear, timely, and authoritative across all platforms.
Join us and help ensure that fire and rescue services have a strong, consistent voice on the national stage.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for incoming media enquiries.
Draft high-quality, publication-ready communications content – including press releases, news articles, opinion pieces and other engaging content.
Support NFCC’s campaigns and policy initiatives by securing media coverage and developing strong relationships with journalists and editors.
Take ownership of key communications tools and systems, including media monitoring and audit of coverage.

What you'll do:
Payroll
Be responsible for the day to day delivery and coordination of the administration of the Payroll function, ensuring a timely and accurate payroll service is delivered to Look Ahead's employees, workers and Board members, to agreed deadlines
Produce and review any monthly exception reports to identify and rectify any payroll errors arising
Work with the HR Admin and Payroll Manager, Director of People and Director of Finance to ensure that payroll data processing reviews are rigorously and independently checked, validated and signed off
Act as liaison with internal and external auditors and other 3rd parties (as appropriate) on all matters with regard to Payroll processes, controls and systems

HR Admin
Acting as the first point of contact for all HR Admin related queries, via phone and email; responding promptly, whilst managing expectations effectively
Ensure letters for contractual changes for staff are sent out in a timely and accurate way and all relevant systems updated
Respond to straightforward policy and process queries, providing appropriate advice and guidance in line with Look Ahead policy, ensure that urgent items are prioritised and that any issues are highlighted and resolved as quickly as possible; escalate to the Admin Manager or an HR Business Partner as appropriate
