We’re looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer who’s passionate about data, storytelling, and creating tools that empower others inside and outside of the Fund to make data driven decisions. You will report into Head of Business Intelligence (BI)
This role is especially exciting as it supports our work with dormant assets. Whereby the Fund will be unlocking unclaimed financial resources and directing them to where they can make the greatest difference. You’ll help us understand the impact of these funds, identify areas of need, and ensure that insights from dormant asset investments are accessible and actionable across the Fund.
As a BI Developer, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation—from analysts and operational teams to senior leadership—ensuring that our data tools and reporting solutions meet real-world needs. You’ll be instrumental in building scalable data models, developing ETL pipelines, and designing intuitive dashboards that empower users to explore and understand our data independently.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment, values stakeholder engagement, and is passionate about using data to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
What You'll Do
As a BI Developer, you’ll:
- Design and build engaging dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Develop efficient, scalable data models in collaboration with our Data Architect and Technology teams
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to support robust, reliable data flows
- Lead the transition to automated, self-service reporting across the Fund
- Work closely with analysts, business users, and stakeholders to ensure insights are accessible, actionable, and aligned with strategic goals
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to gather requirements and improve BI products
- Apply user-centric design principles and continuously improve your products based on feedback and usage data
- Communicate complex data concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience turning user needs into BI solutions that drive decision-making
- Is skilled in Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M), SQL and or python
- Has experience with ETL development
- Has experience with data modelling, UI/UX best practices, and enterprise BI development
- Understands data engineering principles and has worked with tools or platforms for data integration and transformation
- Is a confident communicator who can translate data into compelling narratives and actionable insights
- Works collaboratively across teams and builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Is passionate about using data to support equity, sustainability, and community resilience

Essential Criteria
- A professional qualification, bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience in a relevant discipline such as mathematics, statistics or data analysis.
- Experienced in taking user requirements and functional designs and turning these into BI products for a wide range of users.
- Hands on data visualisation experience, with a strong background in developing enterprise BI products that meet the needs of a wide range of users.
- Skilled in data coding languages and practical techniques with demonstrable experience and/or professional certifications.
- Awareness of data quality best practice and how it should apply to enterprise BI.
- Experience of developing and maintaining productionised BI solutions, including the full development lifecycle.
- Awareness of industry-recognised data modelling patterns and standards.
Desirable Criteria
- Awareness of project management techniques, and an appreciation of how they are applied in the environment.

We are working with Dogs for Good who are seeking a new Campaigns Partner.
Dogs for Good is a registered charity dedicated to advancing the boundless possibilities of what a connection between people and dogs can enable – in making everyday life fuller, healthier, and happier for everyone involved.
The new Campaigns Partner will create simple, easy campaigns that anyone can join. Think local dog walks, coffee mornings, school talks, poster trails, library displays and quick volunteering. You will set up ways to connect using links, forms, and print. You’ll manage all this data in our system and share reports with the team. You will enjoy practical ideas, neat ways of working and tidy data.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in running public or community campaigns or events.
- Confidence with forms, spreadsheets and a database (D365 training provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels including volunteers and external partners.
- Comfortable around dogs and dog-friendly events.
A background in charity or education is desirable, basic reporting (Excel) would be an advantage.

Rowans Hospice Charity provides free care and support to adults and their families living in the Portsmouth and South East Hampshire region who have a life-limiting illness. Established in 1994, our income is generated by ongoing support of the local community, donations, legacies, fundraising and through our retail shops.
Many people think that hospices are all about dying, but through our many different services, we support people to live as well as they can with their illness. From the moment of diagnosis through to bereavement support. Our Living Well Services put an emphasis on living with a life-limiting illness and patients and carers can drop in and gain advice and support to maintain individuals’ resilience.
The Hospice is also supported by an assembly of volunteers, from various backgrounds and ages who are crucial in supporting the teams to ensure people live well to the end of their life and attain a good death within a caring and compassionate environment.
The Role
To provide high-level, proactive, and confidential administrative and executive support to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees. This role ensures the efficient coordination of meetings, communications and strategic initiatives by managing schedules, preparing documentation and facilitating effective information flow. The EA acts as a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, supporting the governance and operational effectiveness of the Charity at the highest levels.
You will be the lead administrator for governance, ensuring all statutory and regulatory obligations are met, whilst also supporting the effective running of executive meetings, day-to-day leadership functions and education placements.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to – see Job Description for further information)
- Provide PA support to the Chair, Deputy CEO, Company Secretary and SLT, including diary management, correspondence, travel, and meeting coordination
- Provide efficient and professional support to the Board of Trustees and delegated committees, including scheduling, producing annual meeting calendars, preparing agendas, circulating papers, taking accurate minutes and following up on actions
- Provide administrative and logistical support for Doctors and Nursing Student placements
- Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes for executive administration
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role ideally in a charity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Professional and confident interpersonal manner
- Ability to draft high-quality correspondence and reports
- Experience in formal minute-taking and senior board level

You will be working in a team of Community Keyworkers in your region. Each Keyworker will provide one to one community support to women with a variety of needs simultaneously and will be co-located with partner organisations in their region. You will be expected to travel to Advance’s Head office in London for any organisational meetings and training, as and when required.
This post is not fixed hours or full time, work will be offered on an ad-hoc basis as and when required to meet the needs of the business.

What is the role?
As the Schools & Community Fundraiser, you will be working as part of the Fundraising Team to meet organisational income targets. You will have responsibility for the co-ordination, organisation, and evaluation of existing schools fundraising events within agreed levels of income & expenditure.
You will be expected to foster and grow our links with educational establishments, the wider community across Lanarkshire and 3rd party supporters. This will involve working with all Lanarkshire Nurseries, Primary & Secondary schools, to raise awareness of the Hospice, fundraising and our role in the community. You will be required to maximise and grow the income generated from all fundraising activities related to schools and community fundraising.
In addition to your own workload, you will support the work of the fundraising department with other fundraising initiatives as directed..
What we expect of you?
· Experience working within a fundraising/sales role
· Proven experience of working to income related targets.
· Experience of liaising with young people in a formal or informal setting.
· As an important part of the Hospice team, you will also deliver Hospice educational presentations to schools & community groups that will range from three or four individuals to classes, full school assemblies or School awards nights, across all age groups
· A proven track record of success when working individually and as part of a team.
· Flexibility as occasional evening and weekend work will be required

About the role
Reporting in to the Global Head of Programme Policy and Practice, the Programme & Partnerships Lead is pivotal to the design and impact success of signature programmes. It works closely with Multi Country Clusters (MCC) to do so, including the design of MEAL frameworks to support monitoring and evidence capture.
Working with MCC leadership the post-holder will identify areas for support and make appropriate links with enabling functions. Job Purpose
- The home and settle service works collaboratively with hospitals to support people when they are discharged from hospital to return home. You will provide temporary practical and emotional support to service users within their home and make sure they understand the care and treatment choices available to them. The service is time limited, usually up to 6 weeks, to adjust and settle back in their homes.
Key Tasks
- Assess the needs of service users in hospital before discharge, and in their homes, and understand what barriers and enablers there might be to moving home.
- Aid the discharge process and improve patient experience through tasks such as key cutting and co-ordinating with colleagues for the setup of the home environment.
- Provide (and/or arrange) the practical and emotional support needed to enable service users to move home and/or remain safely at home.
- Be vigilant and make referrals/signpost for additional needs that our wider team, or partners can support. E.g. for benefit checks, energy advice, carers support, befriending.
- Help maximise service user independence by adopting an enabling approach.
- Develop a listening and caring relationship with the service user and their families/carers.
- Provide domestic practical support within the home e.g. light cleaning, washing, ironing (service user clothing only) etc.

About Us
The Bike Project is an award-winning charity which refurbishes second hand bikes and donates them to refugees. We were founded in 2013 by, Jem Stein, after he struck up a friendship and found a bike for Adam, a Darfuri refugee who had fled his home in Sudan after war broke out.
The Bike Project has grown into a national operation with new CEO, hundreds of volunteers, a team of 20 committed staff, roadshows in different cities, an online shop and two workshops, one in the capital and one in Birmingham.
To date we have supported over 15,000 refugees and people seeking asylum by giving them a second-hand bike. In addition, we have supported hundreds through our programmes designed to build confidence and build friendships in the local community.
Duites and Responsibilities
This role oversees the securing and reporting of our Trusts and Foundation income, including working closely with colleagues to develop relevant, impactful and deliverable funding proposals and coordinate the stewardship of key trust and foundation relationships.
The role works closely with all colleagues to ensure a joined-up approach to income generation across the charity and our different supporter groups.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in preparing and submitting successful funding applications and proposals to charitable trusts and foundations, with a track record of securing five and six figure gifts, ideally within the refugee’s sector. You will have experience of working with, and applying for funding from, some of the larger grant organisations.
You will be experienced in identifying suitable prospects, developing pipelines, and managing funder relationships, adopting a strategic approach when working with colleagues across the organisation.
Location
This is a hybrid role, working from home with one day per week in either our London or Birmingham office. The salary is £42,000 for Birmingham-based employees and £45,000 for London-based employees, reflecting the London Living Wage adjustment
