Age UK is looking for a dedicated and experienced Hardware and Software Asset Delivery Manager to oversee and optimise the lifecycle management of a diverse IT asset portfolio across multiple sites on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for efficient purchasing, deployment, obsolescence management, and disposal of hardware, alongside managing collaborative and productivity software.

The role will ensure asset management services align with business needs and quality standards while managing service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance performance.

Purpose of the role

9. Support the development of a new CRM for Relate, working closely with the Systems and Technology Team and Service Delivery Team to ensure a seamless front end client experience.

10. Manage existing infrastructure and systems integrated across the website client journey such as Acuity Scheduling, Typeform and Stripe.

11. Maintain and improve Relate’s website accessibility ensuring it meets WCAG 2.1 AA standard wherever possible.

12. Use sophisticated data and insight tools to test, measure and evaluate content, and website performance, and monitor emerging trends in the wider market.

13. Produce regular reports for senior stakeholders including data and commentary around website performance.

14. Work with external agencies to deliver effective PPC search and display ad campaigns.

15. Manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers involved in digital initiatives at Relate.

The Role
This role is focused on managing and growing our work with other third sector organisations. It focuses on two areas: (i) developing our social enterprise which delivers over 150 paid workshops each year and (ii) delivering youth voice initiatives with other charity partners which amplify young voices. We're creating this new position to drive our strategic mission while enabling our Head of Fundraising to focus on individual giving, corporates, and larger trusts and foundations.

Enterprise Development (Primary Focus)

•  Grow our established “paid for” workshop delivery (currently 150+ workshops annually) by building   relationships with third sector organisations, developing new products, promotions and selling public   speaking workshops to those with budget to pay for them.
•  Drive successful growth in enterprise contribution to the charity's finances through increased net income
•  Manage the full commercial cycle from prospecting and enquiry to delivery and invoicing
•  Work with our impressive existing client base while actively developing new partnerships
•  Match client needs with our established freelance trainer network

 Youth Voice Programmes

• Successfully deliver flagship programmes like "My Maiden Speech" - our high-profile, transformative multi-organisation youth voice programme
• Develop and deliver new youth voice initiatives that amplify marginalised voices
• Engage new partners and showcase our transformative work
• Manage events, logistics, and complex stakeholder relationships across multiple organisations
• Maximise the potential of these programmes to generate new funding sources to expand this part of our work.

About Woman's Trust

The charity, established almost thirty years ago to meet the gap in specialist mental health services, is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. We supported 833 women and children last year, with a current income target of £1.25m (growing to £1.4m in 2026-2027) and 36 staff. You will be joining the Woman’s Trust Fundraising team as we work towards our strategy 2022-2027, to double our income and the number of women we support each year. Alongside delivering our existing 1-1 counselling, self-development workshops and therapeutic support groups for women who have experienced domestic abuse, we are focused on developing our innovative mental health services for young women and girls, delivering new peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. We are also committed to developing further awareness-raising workshops and training for professionals, building on our research and policy to improve systems nationally.

About you and how to apply

As a creative and tenacious fundraising manager, aligned to our feminist ethos and our service users', you will have experience in securing six-figure, multiple-year grants, with the proven ability to effectively communicate services, and to develop funder and wider sector relationships aligned to our strategic priorities. The Senior Fundraising Support & Services Manager will lead a team of two Fundraising Support Executives, providing pre-award support to income-generating teams in the UK, USA and internationally. Job Title: Domestic Abuse Trainer

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Domestic Abuse Trainer and Assessor on a part time, fixed term contract until May 2026. 

Refuge has recently been granted funding from the Ministry of Justice to develop training for Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAs). This role has been created as a fixed term post to support that project. This is a strategic project and the overall aim of the MoJ is to increase access to training for IDVA professionals.

As the Domestic Abuse Trainer, the post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering a high quality, accredited training programme, including workshops, assessments, and digital resources for professionals in the domestic abuse sector.

This role will work in partnership with our Service Delivery subject matter experts and our People & Organisational Development team to develop and deliver domestic abuse training for Independent Domestic Violence Advocates and other front-line specialists. You will also be leading on assessments for delegates attending the training which should demonstrate competence through on the job training.

The post holder will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in training delivery or education in the domestic abuse sector. They should also have an understanding of the dynamics of domestic abuse and the barriers many women face in seeking support.
