About the role and the London Adult Service:
The London Adult Service is a transformational service which aims to provide end-to-end support and casework to victims and witnesses of crime in London. The service is funded by the Mayor's Office for Police and Crime (MOPAC) and is a key part of the London criminal justice landscape. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our external interface with our stakeholders. The role will be home-based, but attendance at our London office may sometimes be required for meetings.
As a Digital Engagement and Partnerships Manager you'll:
- Promote the London adult digital services to encourage referrals into the service.
- Oversee the implementation of key digital initiatives, working with partners to ensure a joined up user journey.
- Work with key stakeholders to encourage feedback and continuous improvement of the service.
- Manage the digital elements of the service ensuring operational teams are provided with assistance, for example with developing webinars and online group activities.
This role takes a matrix approach, reporting to the Head of Digital within the Communications and Digital team and also to staff within the London Adult Service.

Lead Music Therapist
Coram Parenting and Creative Therapy Service
Contract: Permanent, 28-35 hours days per week, 4-5 days per week
Location: Coram campus, London
Coram Parenting and Creative Therapy Service offers art, music and drama therapy, therapeutic parenting, clinical psychology and family therapy to children and families at our dedicated creative therapies centre and in schools. We work primarily with adoptive and connected carer families, and children who have low level mental health difficulties. We are a trauma-informed service and have specialist expertise in neuro-diversity and children with special education needs. The well-established team has a strong track record in therapeutic interventions, including music therapy, art therapy and narrative therapy based multi-family groups for younger children who are adopted or with a Special Guardianship Order. We have a purpose built therapy building and have recently built a music studio for our adolescent work. We work within very diverse communities and we consciously challenge ourselves and our practice, seeking at all times to be inclusive and anti-racist. About the role
We are seeking an experienced HCPC qualified Music Therapist to provide leadership, supervision and management of music therapists and other creative therapists in the service. You will carry out therapeutic multi-disciplinary assessments and music therapy interventions with adopted and Special Guardianship Order families. This work involves trauma informed approaches, family work and life story work. The team is led by a Clinical Psychologist and provides creative, relational, and evidence based approaches, collaborating with wider networks and reaching schools and communities to inform child centred and trauma informed practice. The post holder will receive supervision by a highly qualified Music therapist, and be line managed by a Clinical Psychologist. The post offers a unique opportunity to work alongside skilled creative and family therapists. We seek to empower children and families using strengths based narratives, as well as accepting vulnerability and seeking opportunity for connection, strengthening resilience and support.
The successful candidate will be experienced at working with managing and supervising therapists, developmental trauma, and child and family work and operates with initiative and responsiveness in a dynamic professional environment. A background in CAMHS and/or a social care services would be desirable, with a good understanding of safeguarding planning and managing highly emotive situations. Experience of running multi-family groups would be an advantage. This role requires a supportive professional, a team player, who enjoys working in a diverse, respectful and challenging team.

As the Data Engineer, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining the Enterprise Data Platform, including data ingestion pipelines and data models. Working closely with colleagues in the Information Team and across the organisation, you will create and implement data solutions to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and automation of processes, thereby realising the value of data.
Other responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Construct the Enterprise Data Platform to swiftly provide clean, secure, and reliable data, including ingestion pipelines and relevant models meeting business needs. Ensure thorough documentation of processes.
- Successfully manage and maintain data throughout its lifecycle, from extraction to presentation to end users.
- Ensure the data environment is optimised for its intended purpose, including the Enterprise Data Platform running efficiently and reliably. Recommend and implement improvements that are thoroughly tested, adhering to applicable architecture principles.
About you
- Experience of developing data integration solutions, managing complex data migrations, and of code development to ensure that data is integrated appropriately across and within systems.
- Knowledge and experience of enterprise data warehousing and data integration

Job Description
The Partnership Officer will be a key member of The Hygiene Bank’s income generation team and wider central team, with a responsibility to help meet the needs of our existing partnerships and support in fulfilling the charity’s income generation plans and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the management of our brand and corporate partners, working with the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships. Your role will be to develop and deliver partnership strategies and stewardship plans for each account, to deliver against our objectives and meet income targets.

Work closely with the Head of Brands and Corporate Partnerships and to ensure the collaborative transition of new partners into account management, liaise with (Brand Coordinator/ Product Donation Manager) and Head of Fundraising, Communications and External Awareness and Head of Operations.

Identify and outreach to target brands and corporate partners, working to engage their support for the charity

Accurately forecast and manage expenditures for our partners, working with the Head of Brand and Corporate partnerships to create mitigation plans when necessary.

In particular, you will work closely with the Chief Executive to manage some of our most significant relationships, ensuring that our donors and partners are well looked-after, kept up to date on our activities and understand the impact of their support.
Being a small charity, we work in an agile manner which allows for creative ideas to flourish and new ideas to be implemented quickly. We hold donation sessions weekly out of our London and Birmingham workshops, so there is opportunity to see the impact of your work first hand.

The Assessment, Advocacy & Advice Lead will provide frontline services to people diagnosed with HIV in Lewisham, Southwark and Lambeth as part of the Bridges partnership and South West London and Wandsworth HIV Support project. The Lead will facilitate signposting and referral into other support services including counselling, peer support and immigration services.
Programme
As part of Bridges programme, South West London HIV Partnership and Wandsworth HIV Support project, these services support new and previously diagnosed service users as well as family members/or carers who live in the same household. The programme will support people living with HIV and improve their health and well-being through the provision of services, delivered both face-to-face and virtually where appropriate.
