The Head of Production will play a pivotal role in delivering our world-class events ranging from contemporary and classical music, theatre, dance and literature, and commercial events such as graduations, film premiers and conferences.

Working closely with the Director of Technical Production, the successful candidate will lead on production planning, refine processes, and champion knowledge sharing. You’ll empower our dedicated team to thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment, ensuring we’re not just delivering today’s programme, but developing a future-ready, energised production team.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production planning and processes, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across a diverse and ambitious programme.

The Forest of Avon is one of England’s Community Forests and a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. The Head of Finance (HoF) is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the Forest of Avon Trust which now includes Western Forest, England’s first new national forest in 30 years covering Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and the West of England (including North Somerset).

Our new HoF will manage the charity’s financial systems, preparing accounts, supporting audits, reporting to the Board of Trustees and overseeing and reporting on the financial elements of key programmes such as the Trees for Climate grant scheme and the Western Forest. The successful candidate will have/be:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in financial management within a charity or non-profit sector.
• Strong experience in preparing accounts, managing audits, and financial reporting.
• Experience with grant management, including financial administration, claims processing, and reporting in relation to large-scale funding programmes.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear insights to the Board and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and advise both internal teams and external partners on financial matters.
• Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in financial software and IT systems, including bookkeeping and accounting platforms.

The role

The children and young people’s bereavement programme in Wales is looking to increase and improve its current services. We are looking for people to take this team forward over the next few years. About the role

Reporting to the Director of Housing, we are looking for a Head of Maintenance and Estates to lead on the effective delivery of an efficient and customer focused maintenance and estate service across our properties within SIG. Managing a small team, you will focus on management and leadership activities to empower staff to achieve high quality results in the service. You will take oversight of the Maintenance and Estates function, to ensure the smooth running of upkeep and repair operations, working with various teams internally and externally to build sustainable working relationships.

You will have overall responsibility for ensuring policies and processes are up to date and that the way the function is run has continuous improvement. You will lead with creating and implementing a strategic plan, supporting with short to medium to long term objectives. You will work to ensure properties and estates are kept safe, to required standards and lead the team towards achieving the SIG ‘Good Homes’ standard.

About you

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in managing similar repairs and estates services and who is able to lead a team to be empowered to provide a high-quality service. You will be able to to develop and implement maintenance plans, strategies, and procedures, and have confidence to take ownership of your department, making key decisions.

• Management and leadership experience, including with direct line of reports and indirect
• Experience in developing and implementing formal maintenance plans, strategies, and procedures with a key eye to detail
• Experience in directing and delivering customer service functions, ideally in a repairs and maintenance or cleaning context
• Experience in completing and managing risk assessments

Head of Retail
Salary: £53,973.50 per annum

The Role

The Head of Retail will lead a team of 60+ staff and several hundred volunteers to grow and develop our retail presence on the high street and online. With 23 shops already open and plans to reach 30 in the next few years, this crucial role will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth, as well as maximising income from our existing shops. The money raised from our shops directly supports our life-saving work in the county, and the Head of Retail will also play a role in contributing to the wider success of the charity.

The Candidate

We're seeking an experienced and passionate retailer to join us. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a background in charity retail. They'll have an entrepreneurial spirit and a creative eye, but also able to motivate a large and diverse team, as well as working collaboratively with key internal support functions. They'll have demonstrable experience in budget management and sales analysis, with an ability to draw actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and understanding of retail best practice, including health and safety and wider regulatory compliance issues. A good geographical knowledge of Devon is essential.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Job Description

Catch22 is looking for a compassionate leader to join our growing Greater Manchester Victim Services as Deputy Head of Service. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the effective delivery of support for victims and witnesses as you help them on their journey to recovery.

Reporting to the Head of Service, you’ll provide line management to team leaders and administrators, implement systems for quality service delivery, and manage recruitment, training and supervision. You’ll work closely with police and other criminal justice partners to maintain strong referral pathways and ensure our services remain seamless and effective in its support for those that have experienced crime in the Greater Manchester area.

You will also contribute to strategic service development, quality assurance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement across the team. Your leadership will drive a culture of collaboration, learning and excellence.

A strong educational background, including English and Maths at GCSE level.

Proven experience managing and supporting teams in high-impact environments.
