As our Senior Brand Manager, your experience managing brands, shaping brand strategies and driving creative projects, will empower our people to tell CAF’s story, enable our insights and messages to cut through, and our support work with donors and social purpose organisations to deliver positive change.
As our Senior Brand Manager, you will:
- Partner with the Head of Brand and Creative Content, to develop a successful global strategic brand approach, aligned with CAF’s long-term organisational objectives and values and promoting impact.
- Help to craft a compelling creative identity for CAF, fostering a culture of creative problem solving within the Brand and Creative Content team, and across CAF more widely.
- Run CAF’s in-house creative studio, managing two Senior Creative Designers, alongside our external network of agencies and freelancers, and partner with marketing colleagues in the UK and US, to produce high-quality creative work that helps CAF reach its audiences and achieve its strategic objectives and impact.
- Drive our creative briefing process and production schedule, targeting the most efficient ways of working and allocation of resources to deliver excellent user-focused work to time and budget, and maximise return on investment for our brand spend.
- Promote ethical brand practices, safeguarding, and responsible story-telling principles across our work — collaborating with our Executive Affairs. Legal and Compliance teams to help manage reputational risk and maintain public trust in CAF’s brand.
- Empower CAF colleagues across all regions, to deliver a positive brand experience at influential touchpoints, advising teams including our product, giving, impact, operational and support-service experts, to embed brand consideration at every stage of our organisation’s evolution.
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in brand management within a complex organisation, ideally in the charitable, social purpose, financial-services or values-driven sectors, or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:

Content development and management

the3million is the largest grassroots organisation for EU citizens in the UK, formed after the 2016 referendum to protect the rights of people who have made the UK their home.
Our work ranges from organising EU citizens’ communities and informing people about their rights, to holding the Government to account on the implementation of the Withdrawal Agreement and advocating for social justice.
We are looking for an experienced and values-driven Community Organiser to lead the delivery of EU Voices, a project aimed at strengthening EU citizens’ communities in the UK through capacity building of civil society organisations (CSOs) and delivering a programme of engagement events and campaigns directly with EU citizens.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about social justice and migrants’ rights, able to plan, deliver and evaluate community engagement events, while also playing a key role in liaising with CSOs and delivering a programme of capacity building activities, enabling networks to be more effective and strategic in making change happen. The role requires strong experience in community organising, participatory approaches and working with diverse, grassroots-led CSOs.
Key responsibilities
1. Community organising and civic engagement
- Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of the project’s community organising strategy, working closely with the3million’s other Community Organisers to deliver a cohesive programme of opportunities.
- Plan, organise and facilitate listening sessions with EU citizens’ communities in partnership with local grassroots organisations.
- Deliver outreach activities at cultural, educational and community events, including stalls promoting the project and voter registration drives.
- Design and facilitate intercultural dialogue events that build bridges between EU citizens and British residents.

3. Coordination and project management

4. Stakeholder engagement

5. Reporting and documentation

Knowledge and experience:
- Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in community organising, grassroots mobilisation or community development.
- Proven experience working directly with EU citizens or other minoritised, racialised or migrant communities.
- Strong understanding of participatory, rights-based and inclusive organising approaches.
- Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders and partners.

This role will lead and deliver two projects, the Net Zero Carbon (NZC) Young Adult Voices Project, and the General Synod Young Voices project, across which it will engage with a wide variety of young people.
The Net Zero Carbon Young Adult Voices project recognises that action to tackle climate change, as part of the wider environmental crisis, is important for young people, and responds to the fact that the NZC programme is not currently strategically engaging with these groups.
This project will involve:
- gathering the voices of young adults (18-30) to enable them to influence the direction of the programme and the Church's wider Environment Programme, ensuring their voice is heard at all levels of the Programme, and informs decision-making.
- communicating what the NZC programme is doing, to raise awareness amongst young people of the CofE's commitment to being a NZC church with these audiences, and to enable pathways for them to become involved in decarbonisation and other environmental projects at the local level.
- work with diocesan colleagues to enable the voices of young people to exercise leadership influence on NZC at a Diocesan level, as appropriate.
Important to the success of this role will be engaging with departments and stakeholders across the Church of England, to ensure this work sits within the broader context of the priority to be a church which is younger and more diverse.
As this is a new project and a new role, the postholder will help to shape the role. The initial focus will be to develop a NZC Young Adult Voices Strategy and Plan for sign-off by the NZC Programme Board, and then to work through delivery of this. This will need to consider the theology, mission and action that will engage and connect with young people - particularly exploring how we root this work in the spirituality and theology that is relevant for a younger audience.
The General Synod Young Voices project follows two motions passed at General Synod (in July 2024 and February 2025) committing General Synod to listening and responding to the voices of children, young people and young adults in every subsequent session. This project involves gathering the voices through schools, churches and Dioceses and enabling children and young people to speak and present each session at General Synod. In addition, it involves working with a group of young adults drawn from every diocese to run a programme of faith and leadership development that enables them to speak into General Synod at a national level, and exercise leadership influence at a Diocesan level as appropriate.
This is a fixed-term role until December 2028, with potential to extend, dependent on 29-31 Triennium Funding.

Role Purpose
As Payroll Lead, you will manage HOST’s global payroll operations — ensuring that all staff, contractors, and hosted partners are paid accurately, compliantly, and on time.
You will bring structure, care, and precision to one of HOST’s most essential services: ensuring the people driving climate and social action receive the financial stability they need to do their best work.
This role supports both internal HOST staff and hosted partners, liaising across HR, Finance, and Community Support to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient payroll management. 1. Payroll Management
- Manage all aspects of monthly payroll for UK and international employees, contractors, and hosted partner staff.

We’re currently looking for a Brand and Marketing Assistant Scholarships on a fixed term basis, working 17.5 hours per week until the end of September, to help us deliver our mission.

The Role
What will I be doing?
You’ll be responsible for a range of activities, including:
- Assisting the wider team to deliver marketing strategies and plans for IOP priority projects.
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the organisation.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and ensure that all materials are designed in accordance with the IOP’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Supporting the delivery and maintenance of high quality, effective offline and online marketing communications materials that meet set objectives and targets, adhere to brand guidelines and deliver consistent messages.
- Applying creative thinking to support the wider team and assist with developing new promotional opportunities.
- Working closely with the wider Marketing team and internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with the evaluation of the effectiveness of campaigns, using insight and monitoring tools. Utilise these learnings to optimise future campaigns.
- Copywriting, editing and proofing a range of online and offline marketing communications materials.
Projects you may work on include:
- Teacher scholarships promotion.
- Promoting teaching as a career to a range of target audiences.
- Working with student ambassadors to raise awareness of the IOP and our membership.
Who will I work with?
You’ll work closely with a range of colleagues and stakeholders, including:
- Predominantly within the communications and marketing team but also with a range of colleagues across multiple departments.
- The Department of Education.
- External freelancers and production companies.
Ideally, we hope you’ll apply if you bring:
Essential:
- Experience of working within brand guidelines.
- Understanding of basic marketing concepts.
- Strong writing and copy-editing.
- Working within a complex organisation and liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to take on new tasks.
Nice to have:
- Working with databases, reports and analysing research.
- Familiarity with social media, email marketing and search engines.

How will I be working?
We work in a flexible, trust‑based way through our How We Work model. This gives individuals and teams the independence to choose how, when and where they work best, while recognising that some in‑person collaboration is important for impact especially from an operational standpoint.
You’ll be assigned a base office, which can also be your chosen place of work. Most of our roles offer hybrid working as standard, with occasional office visits to help us stay connected and support our inclusive way of working. As an organization we meet in person once a quarter at our Head Office in Kings Cross, London.

We’re looking for a Policy and Influencing Manager to help us achieve our ambition to improve urban health in the UK and beyond. Policy and Influencing is a fast-developing function at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation, established to turbo-charge our influence on decision-making to improve urban health and health inequity.
Working across the organisation - in particular with colleagues leading our urban health programmes - the Policy and Influencing function applies the insight generated by our programmes to raise the profile and influence decision-making on the issues we work on. You will be an experienced public affairs and policy professional with experience influencing national decision-making.
Working with teams across the organisations, you will lead the development of compelling influencing strategies for each programme, and deliver innovative and varied policy and influencing activity to achieve these strategies. This is a rare opportunity to work in a genuinely innovative organisation that is able to test new approaches and is willing to take risks: we are looking for someone who enjoys testing new ways of working as we explore how we can best achieve impact, whether acting alone or with our partner organisations.
You will bring sharp political insight and a passion for complex, of the moment policy issues to work closely with programme colleagues to maximise the impact of our urban health programmes. This might involve commissioning original research to support our policy development process, working with partner organisations to design campaigning partnerships, or funding others to trial new ways of involving communities impacted by health inequity in the policy decision-making process.
You will work with the Head of Policy and Influencing (Impact on Urban Health) on Parliamentary and Government engagement for your programmes, and will work very closely with Communications Managers assigned to each programme to create impactful communications to influence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver compelling influencing strategies for two of our Urban Health Programmes
- Develop investment partnerships with a particular influencing focus within these programmes
- Act as a source of policy expertise and political insight for colleagues across the organisation, proactively briefing on key political events and policy developments
- Develop a policy bank of evidence-based and up to date policy for each programme, key messaging and policy asks to maximise the impact of the insight generated by our work
- Lead horizon scanning to identify proactive and reactive influencing opportunities, and deliver this activity, in partnership with internal and external colleagues.
- Work closely with Communications Managers to develop and deliver impactful communications to influence
- Bring a diversity, equity and inclusion lens to all our policy and influencing activity, whether in how we work with partners or in our own systems and processes
Role responsibilities are not exhaustive, and you would be reasonably expected to take on wider tasks that are commensurate with the level of your role
