The Head of Data will be instrumental in helping the charity achieve its vision for data and will play a key role in delivering the data strategy. What we are looking for:-

• A solid understanding of data and technology concepts gained through hands on experience in previous roles
•  The ability to articulate data and technology concepts in clear, layman’s terms with confidence and enthusiasm
•  An understanding of data practices including governance and compliance (including GDPR)
• The ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights
• Knowledge of SQL Server, data warehouses and visualisation tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
•  Experience of leading and developing teams

The Role

The Person

We are looking for a someone with a proven track record in managing large scale conferences and events at a senior and strategic level. Ideally with experience working in a membership organisation, you should have strong strategic skills in project management, planning and budget management.

You should have the ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with committees, sponsors, and partners and we are looking for someone who possesses the knowledge and expertise to negotiate, influence and solve problems. Most importantly, you will need to be pro-active, passionate and reliable. Please note that due to the requirements of this role, you must also be able to work flexibly to attend events when required (although the charity will pay expenses and operates a TOIL system).

Person Specification

Essential

• Substantial fundraising experience (minimum 5+ years), with a proven track record of raising six to seven-figure income across grantmaking, institutional funders, or major donors.

• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills — with the ability to own a multi-year fundraising roadmap and deliver results with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering fundraising strategies across multiple income streams (e.g. grants, high net worth individuals, public fundraising, or partnerships).

• Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling funding proposals and reports.

• Working knowledge of individual giving strategies, including use of digital tools for donor acquisition and retention.

• Working knowledge of GDPR.

• Understanding of how to build systems and culture to support high net worth individual engagement and income generation.

• Experience speaking and writing knowledgeably about deliberative democracy and multilateralism.

• Strong understanding of the global fundraising landscape in climate, democracy, and systems change — and ideally some well-established funder relationships.

Your role will be to lead on operations at Action Hampshire. This will include supporting our finance team and working with our external finance company. You will contribute to our progress against our strategy. Effective operations and financial management are key to our sustainability and a key part of our strategy, so you will oversee development work to keep improving the organisation’s performance in these areas.

You will play a leadership role across the organisation, internally and externally, championing the organisation’s strategy and building strong relationships.

We’re now looking for a Head of Marketing and Communications to lead and shape the vital function that sits within the role. This is a senior strategic role at the heart of the organisation, whilst still allowing the post holder to stretch creatively. You’ll be responsible for building national campaigns, leading our communications strategy, overseeing our brand, and ensuring our message reaches the right people including the public, law enforcement and commercial clients and partners.

Crimestoppers operates in a complex landscape of public safety, corporate partnerships, and digital innovation and so knowledge of the commercial world is key. You’ll need to balance creativity with accountability, public interest with stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership experience across marketing, media, digital, and strategic communications, ideally in a high-profile or sensitive environment whether this be not-for-profit or otherwise. You’ll need to be comfortable managing teams and budgets, influencing at senior management team level, and working across different sectors. Providence Row has been supporting homeless and vulnerably housed people since 1860. For homeless people, or those at risk of homelessness, finding employment and housing opportunities can feel like an uphill battle, even more so if they’re affected by physical, mental health or substance misuse issues. About the role

• To account manage a portfolio of corporate donors. Ensuring regular communications with corporate partners through phone, e-mail and face to face meetings to ensure targets are met and strong, lasting relationships are developed.
• To assist with all levels of corporate administration, including; thank you letters; certificates; project reports; updating all correspondence and meeting information within the CRM database.
• Create and implement tailored stewardship plans to maintain and grow existing corporate relationships.
• Undertake appropriate research and briefing (for self and others) in preparation for initial meetings with potential corporate supporters, demonstrating agility and creativity along with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Providence Row’s organisational strategy and services offering when engaging with potential partners.

Are you looking for a flexible role in finance? We’re looking for a Head of Finance to join our team on a part-time basis.

We are recruiting for a qualified accountant with a calm and professional approach to lead on the financial management and governance of Energise Me.

About You

You’ll need to be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA, ICAEW) with experience of working at a senior level.

You’ll have significant financial management and financial administration experience with proven track record of achievement.

You’ll have experience of administrating and managing payroll.

Charity Accounting experience is desirable.

You’ll be an effective and adaptable communicator, from working with our small team on a one-to-one basis, to providing comprehensive guidance and reports to our Board.

The Role

You’ll be part of Energise Me’s senior leadership team, and lead on the financial management and governance of the charity.

• Plan and co-ordinate annual audit and prepare Energise Me’s annual accounts. Manage external auditors and be the main point of contact for Auditors. Ensure accounts are filed with the Charity Commission on time and lead audit tender process at least every three years
• Manage relationships with external financial providers including banking and investment
• Manage outsourced payroll and ensure charity employees are paid accurately and on time
• Manage Energise Me’s financial and accounting functions and related policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and procedures (Charity Commission guidelines, HMRC and financial regulations)
• Make sure budgets are managed effectively and in line with overall target/costs
• Exercise strong financial and budget monitoring including preparing quarterly management accounts including balance sheet and SOFA
• Responsible for Financial IT Systems, ensuring they’re fit for purpose and data is accurate and up to date
• Lead, empower, support, develop, coach and mentor the Finance & IT Manager and other team members as required across the organisation
