The Role
In this new role of HR Coordinator you'll work directly with the HR Manager,operating at the centre of our people operations. Working closely with our diverse teams across the Trust and external partners,you’ll ensure a seamless HR experience.

Key Accountabilities:
- Own the recruitment journey, from working with hiring managers in the crafting of job descriptions and compelling job adverts to welcoming new starters on board
- Get into the details of the employee life-cycle; onboarding, offboarding and everything in-between, making sure everyone feels valued and supported from day one
- Strive for continuous improvement in our HR processes and maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations
- Be involved in the development, implementation and management of supportive and user-friendly policies and procedures that are aligned with our values

The role:
- Be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate, relevant management information to all levels of management within assigned Directorate(s), regularly reviewing this information with the senior management team. This will include provision of monthly reports, critical review of results, value-add analysis, explanation of variances and early identification of potential issues / opportunities.
- Proactively provide improvements to procedures, applying sound judgement based on knowledge and experience.
- Be responsible for providing analysis that informs and supports effective decision making
- Apply various tools such as investment appraisal techniques to better inform decision making.

Purpose of job:
As Senior Fundraising Strategist you’ll play an integral role in defining the fundraising strategies for cross organisational campaigns and targeted fundraising and engagement activities. Working as a senior fundraising strategist within our Campaign Strategy & Planning team, you’ll direct cross-disciplinary project teams from across all levels of the business to deliver target beating initiatives from Red Nose Day to new product development initiatives that drive new revenue streams. About the role:
As our National Youth Project and Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the charity’s youth strategy, we are looking for someone who is well organised, passionate and has a range of skills to work on a diverse project. For the past 15 years, We Are Survivors has provided survivor-focused therapeutic and advocacy support to male victims/survivors of sexual abuse, rape, and sexual exploitation. More recently, we have been commissioned by NHS England to provide trauma-informed support within each North West prison establishment.
Each of the incredible survivors and individuals that walks through our doors or requests our support, begins their journey by completing a referral, you will help support the processing of these – from referral opening to closure. As well as supporting the Operations Team in the maintenance of high-quality client data and providing other general administrative functions that helps the running of our support services.
