The Purpose of the Role

 The External Relations (ER) department includes private fundraising, marketing & communications and advocacy. ER’s goal is to mobilize external audiences to raise funding to meet core organization needs deliver programs that support our clients to recover and gain control of their lives; influence policy changes to improve outcomes for our clients; and build and grow our global brand.

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team plays a vital role in supporting ER to advance our ambitious global strategy. The FP&A team (1) is a strategic finance partner to leadership and ER teams (2) leads revenue modelling and budget development (3) provide insights and analysis to support decision making on funding decisions and critical initiatives. ER’s FP&A team sits within the Business Operations and Analytics unit, the backbone of the ER department which provides best-in-class strategy, financial planning, analytics, and operational support. The FP&A Senior Analyst will also be an integral part of IRC’s broader Finance organization. The Senior Analyst, FP&A, will be assigned a portfolio of ER teams. This role requires strong project management, the ability to drive projects from end to end, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the commitment to deliver high quality results at a fast pace

• Lead financial planning, reporting and analysis projects, with minimal supervision 
• Build and maintain robust revenue and expense models
• Generate insights on performance, track progress and identify risks and opportunities to meet target
• Provide strategic decision making support on critical initiatives, including the development of business cases
• Develop a strong command of data and systems that enable FP&A delivery (e.g. Power BI, Integra, Salesforce)
• Produce high-quality deliverables (often spreadsheets, decks, memos, and analysis) with little re-work required

• **Bachelors Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Business

The successful applicant will work as part of WGN, supporting survivors of sexual violence to access high quality legal advice relating to their rights as survivors of sexual violence within the criminal justice system, challenging unjust decision-making and disproportionate data requests that violate privacy rights, and increasing the legal awareness of WGN team members by developing and delivering training.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in criminal law or civil cases against public authorities, with a strong understanding of the impact of sexual and domestic violence. They will be self-motivated, highly organised, and capable of communicating complex legal matters clearly to diverse audiences. About the role

This new role will be part of our Supporter Engagement team, which includes Special and Challenge Events Fundraising, Community Fundraising, Individual Giving and Supporter Care. Our Special Events programme has expanded significantly in recent years, and we
have ambitious plans as part of our new three-year strategy. As part of this, we organise a diverse range of fundraising events, including a Comedy Night, Garden Party, Sports Quiz, Carol Service and Gala dinner.

Working closely with the Head of Supporter Engagement, the Special Events Officer will play a key role in developing and managing our special events programme. This includes overseeing multiple aspects of event planning and execution, collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team to produce high-quality event materials and ensuring that every event runs smoothly. Additionally, you will help manage key relationships and maximise fundraising income.

A key focus of this role will be leading the organisation of our annual Carol Service at St Margaret’s Church, Westminster Abbey, while also exploring opportunities to develop a new special event that diversifies our income streams and broadens our audience.
You will also stay ahead of industry trends, conducting competitor research and analysis to ensure our events remain innovative, competitive, and appealing to supporters.

Main duties

• Supporting the co-ordination and delivery of our special events programme.

In some services, this will include providing physical, domestic, emotional and social care. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.

The role involves working with clients with complex needs in a rota system that includes early, late sleep in, weekend and bank holidays

What you'll do:
- If a need arises, deliver all aspects of support to enable a customer to develop independent living skills as appropriate to the individual needs of the customer. In some services, this will include delivering personal and physical care as appropriate
- Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation
- Participate in the support planning and risk management, as facilitated by the lead Support Worker
- Carry out security duties to ensure the safety of the customers and premises
- Monitor the CCTV throughout the shift
- Enable customers to make full use of community facilities by providing support as directed
- Carry out support duties to enable customers to integrate into the community including e.g. accompanying the customer to attend benefit agency appointments and meetings, go shopping, to enquire at colleges about possible courses, to visit various public amenities
- Report any observations relating to customers welfare

Citizens Advice Knowsley is funded by the Money and Pensions Service to deliver debt and money advice.  We are looking to recruit a Project Central Debt Supervisor to provide Technical Supervision as part of Greater Merseyside Money Advice Partnership (GMMAP) Quality team to deliver high quality and effective debt advice and support the GMMAP central team. Reporting to the Head of EDI, and as part of the EDI leadership team, you’ll hold close relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation. The role does have flexibility to shape and innovate but will be focused on the continuation and delivery of two main priorities:

1. Working with our nature reserve teams to implement accessibility improvements that make our spaces more inclusive for Staff, Volunteers and Visitors
2. Working with Communications and Learning and Development teams, internal networks and other stakeholders, to deliver better experiences for our disabled workforce from the point they apply for a role.

Essentials:

• Experienced in delivering strategic accessibility interventions and influencing positive change at all levels of a large and complex organisation and the wider sector
• Personal commitment to making a tangible difference to accessibility with a focus on physical disability, sensory disabilities and neurodiverse people and communities.
• An advocate and practitioner of accessible design and clear communication
• Background and confidence in working with people with lived experience of access barriers and providing support and advice to organisations around accessibility.
• Comfortable to proactively challenge internal policy, practices and communications to better include marginalised groups. 
• Expertise on accessible communications, with experience working to improve standards of internal communications and co-designing engaging content for external communication
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to role model and drive behaviour change across all areas of accessibility
• In depth knowledge of accessibility standards and best practise within the UK. Including: WCAG, social model of disability, universal design principles, access to work, reasonable adjustments and working application of the Equality Act 2010
• Significant experience of designing and delivering resources and training around accessibility in a range of formats to meet learner needs
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills, ability to recognise a build key relationships and influence at a sector level
• Sound understanding of intersectionality of disability and other protected characteristics and a good generalist EDI knowledge to inform specialist advice and guidance
• Strong and effective communication skills, with ability to influence leaders and mobilise other teams to act
• Strong written communication and digital presentations skills to communicate accessibility and disability inclusion to a wide range of audiences
• Analytical evaluation to inform and report on areas of focus and impact
• Awareness of project and process management to enable work to be planned and delivered to a high quality, on time and within resource capacity

Desirable:

• Experience or interest in accessibility in the Conservation section, nature or climate emergency
• Understanding of the intersectional context of race and gender equity within accessibility
