As Website Coordinator, you will support the whole Digital Products team in our ambition to create sector-leading user experiences across our website and suite of digital products. We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our busy and supportive People and Culture team. What we want from you

We’re looking for a Senior People Partner who will bring solid experience in HR and recruitment—whether through a CIPD or REC Level 4/5 qualification or equivalent hands-on experience. You’re passionate about people, motivated to make a difference, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You’ll have in-depth knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice and experienced in building effective relationships with senior leaders, managers and employees, you’ll be skilled at managing complex employee relations cases. nia is recruiting for a Young Women and Girls Advocate as part of a pan-London project for minoritised young women and girls. The CouRAGEus project is a partnership between 12 leading organisations (WGN, Ashiana, IKWRO, London Black Women’s Project, Solace Women’s Aid, nia, Southall Black Sisters, Respond, Jewish Women’s Aid, Galop, Advance and Imkaan) in the VAWG sector established to provide advocacy, specialist mental health advocacy, counselling, VAWG awareness and well-being programs for minority young women and girls experiencing violence against women and girls, mental health and/or multiple disadvantages. 
The post is currently funded until March 2027. In the role of Young Women and Girls Advocate you will hold a caseload of minoritised young women and girls aged 14-24 years old who have been subjected to sexual violence. You will work from a trauma-informed feminist framework, recognising multiple and overlapping oppressions. You will support those whose choose to report through the criminal justice process. In addition, the role involves providing broader support to young women and girls to address the multiple impacts of VAWG. The advocate will work with the wider young women’s team to deliver group work and prevention activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Rape Crisis Service in a supportive feminist organisation. We’re looking for a highly organised and self-motivated woman who is passionate about ending violence against women. Our expert team of canine behaviourists provide behavioural support and advice to teams within Battersea, members of the public, and the rescue organisations we work with around the world. The team design and help implement behaviour modification and training plans for dogs whilst coaching members of the canine care groups through the practical day-to-day steps. They also assist with behavioural and welfare assessments of animals who come into our centres and are on hand to help manage and provide further support with dogs with more complex behavioural needs. We are now looking to recruit a Canine Behaviour and Training Advisor for our team in London. Within this role, you will work with our operational teams in the assessment and welfare of the dogs in our care and in the provision of behavioural training and advice for staff, volunteers, customers and external organisations. You will be working as part of a care group to create behaviour modification plans, support with handling difficult dogs and make recommendations, along with the individual care group, for individual dog outcomes.

LSESU is looking for a proactive and driven Facility Coordinator to oversee the daily supervision and operation of our sports facilities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the spaces, from health and safety compliance to customer service excellence. About the role

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Sexual Violence Paralegal to join our Sexual Violence Legal team and support the delivery of our pioneering Sexual Violence Legal Pilot. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, survivor-centred legal service committed to improving access to justice for those affected by sexual violence.

As a key member of the legal team, you will assist lawyers with casework, support client care, and ensure the smooth operation of our legal advice service. Your role will be integral to ensuring survivors receive high-quality, compassionate, and informed legal support.

About you

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to working in a trauma-informed, survivor-focused manner. You bring a strong interest in legal issues affecting survivors of sexual violence and are eager to learn and contribute meaningfully to the work of the team. Experience working in a legal or support services setting is desirable.

Women and Girls Network (WGN) was established in 1987 and has spent over 30 years supporting women and girls across London affected by gendered violence. This includes childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, rape, prostitution (including trafficking and sexual exploitation), female genital mutilation (FGM), and so-called ‘honour’ based crimes such as forced marriage. Our goal is to promote, preserve, and restore the mental health and wellbeing of women and girls, to empower them to make a total and sustainable recovery from the experiences of violence. 

The Centre for Women’s Justice (CWJ) aims to help women and girls who are subject to male violence get better access to legal remedies to defend and enhance their rights; CWJ’s mission is to hold the state to account and challenge discrimination in the justice system around male violence against women and girls.

We're Hiring: Advocates - London Stalking Support Service, Stalking Threat Assessment Centre and National Advocacy
In partnership with MOPAC, this specialist role is your chance to support victims of stalking with expert advice and advocacy for London, all while hlping to shape a trauma-informed, survivor-led approach that leads the sector.  The Stalking Threat Assessment centre is a multi-agency partnership involving the Metropolitan Police, NHS mental health services and Probation services to effectively manage stalking perpetrators and support victims.  Advocates within this team are co-located within the STAC unit, minimum one day a week.

About the Role

This is an exciting time to be joining the Lords Taverners as a Senior Corporate Partnership Manager. Our Finance Manager is an essential part of the LRMN team. You will work with colleagues to set and manage budgets, maintain accurate financial records, manage all donor management activities, oversee our banking and ensure all financial and compliance requirements are met. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a committed and passionate organisation.

LRMN is a thriving organisation and one of the most established refugee and migrants’ organisations providing services in London but focusing on south and southeast London boroughs. Our services include provision of specialist legal advice and information on immigration, housing and welfare, therapeutic and practical support to women who survived trauma, helping our service users access employment, training and volunteering opportunities, prevention of mental health problems, and helping our clients integrate and engage in their community.

We are currently working in a hybrid model. You would be expected to work at least one to two days/week from our office in Deptford.
