As the Corporate Partnerships Lead within the RCR Learning team, you will be instrumental in securing additional income for the College through sponsorship and exhibition partnerships. The Corporate Partnerships team has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships Officer to support with the delivery of a range of key corporate partnerships within the Partnership Management team and directly manage allocated smaller relationships and projects to drive income and maximise the value to Macmillan.

This is a rare opportunity to work with several recognised household brands and exciting campaigns such as Coffee Morning and Mighty Hikes.  You’ll be immersed into the brands and partners we work with every day and receive training and guidance on Corporate Partnerships, where you will meet lots of great people, both internally and externally.

The Corporate Partnerships team generates over £15m+ per year and those vital funds from corporates help people living with cancer every day.  By working with some of our biggest partners you will see the direct impact of our income, which goes to fund nurses, our support line, and bespoke projects in communities to support people living with cancer.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Adheres to the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics for nurses and midwives always. 
• Maintains clear and identified professional boundaries at all times. 
• Provides a high quality of direct care, as evidenced by clinical audit, placing the child/young person and their families at the centre of all planning. 
• Act as a role model for other members of the team, disseminating their skills as appropriate. 
• Ensure the safe custody and administration of medication and reports any discrepancies. 
• Demonstrate competence in the full set of clinical nursing skills, as required of role. 
• Utilise evidence-based practice and research, to inform care treatments that lead to the desired outcomes for children.

The Role
As part of an ongoing strategy of development, SCAA is looking for a highly motivated, focussed and committed individual to help increase the profile of the service and raise the funding required to continue to provide support across Scotland.

The Partnerships Fundraiser will become a pivotal role for SCAA so we are looking for the right person to take the SCAA lifesaving message to corporate partners and help them deliver a real impact on lives across Scotland. The successful candidate will be expected to develop the role to assist SCAA in achieving their ambitious goals. They will achieve this by developing a portfolio of transformational partnerships that drive strategic growth. The Partnerships Fundraiser will be part of a dynamic team who are passionate about supporting our corporate partners, demonstrating the contribution they make to our critical service through their donations of time and money. As well as working alongside the fundraising and communications team the successful candidate will be working with the SCAA pilots and paramedics.

This role will be based either in Perth, at Scone Airport, or at our Aberdeen base, at Aberdeen Airport, where our SCAA emergency response helicopters and crew are located. SCAA supports flexible working patterns and hybrid working. It should also be noted that this role will require the successful candidate to occasionally work at weekends and during the evenings.

About You

• Experience working in a similar role managing partnerships between businesses and/or charities either within the commercial or charity sector.

Duties and key responsibilities:

About you:

We are looking for a confident fundraiser who thrives on developing new opportunities and is self-motivated and pro-active.

We would like you to have at least three years’ experience in fundraising with corporates and/or trusts and foundations, or have demonstrable transferable skills, particularly around networking/new business and writing proposals. We would also like you to demonstrate skills in delivering presentations, managing data or supporter journeys, and it would be ideal if you had experience of working in, or a personal interest in, global health or infectious diseases.

The opportunity

The Partnerships Lead will act as Project Manager for the community strand of Together for Tomorrow, a five-year National Lottery-funded programme supporting grassroots climate action across Devon. Working in close partnership with Libraries Unlimited, you will coordinate delivery across libraries and grassroots groups, supporting communities to develop practical climate initiatives and helping libraries become active sustainability hubs.

You will lead on toolkits, training plans, outreach and focus groups, while also supporting monitoring and reporting. The role blends strategic coordination with hands-on delivery, ensuring the programme is inclusive, locally rooted, and aligned across all partners.

This role sits within the CAG (Community Action Groups) Devon team, a network that supports community groups to take action on reuse, repair, food waste, composting, biodiversity and wider sustainability issues. CAG provides the tools groups need to thrive, including training, resources, and opportunities to connect with others.

What you will be doing

Project, people and partnership management

• Acting as project manager for the community strand of Together for Tomorrow, overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Building and maintaining partnerships with libraries, grassroots groups, and underrepresented communities.
• Recruiting and line managing the Project Officer, who will be supporting project delivery. Working closely with the CAG Devon team to align community support and delivery models across the network.

Community development and delivery

• Helping new community groups to form and supporting existing ones to grow, diversify, or expand their climate action work.
• Facilitating focus groups and community consultations to shape project delivery and ensure activity is insight-led.
• Delivering a targeted promotion and outreach plan, with a focus on ‘deep dive’ areas and engaging underrepresented communities.

Reporting and learning

• Contributing to the development and implementation of the project’s monitoring and evaluation framework.
• You will lead on monitoring and quarterly reporting (including financial), ensuring that CAG team and wider community partners meet agreed targets.
• Acting as an ambassador for the project, sharing insights and learning to support continuous improvement and knowledge exchange across the sector.
• Carrying out any other duties required of the role.

We’re offering an exciting new opportunity to shape how health support is delivered within our innovative Camden Housing First service. As Health Lead, you won’t just be part of a team - you’ll be pioneering a vital, human-centred approach to health within homelessness services. You'll work directly with people who are often overlooked by traditional systems, taking the time to build trust, understand their needs and walk alongside them on their journey to better health. From completing health assessments and designing personal health support plans, to leading multidisciplinary meetings and opening doors to essential services - you'll be the link between individuals and the support they deserve. Your insight will also help us map local services, influence partnerships and drive forward more inclusive healthcare approaches.

About you:

• A knowledge of (or willingness to learn) about common health issues and the barriers to health access that people experiencing homelessness may encounter.
• Ability to find ways to engage and develop relationships with clients who may have a low level of interaction with and/or suspicion of services. 
• Good understanding of local level health set up/services i.e. homeless health providers and teams. 
• Confidence in working both as part of a team and independently. 
• Skills and understanding of creating and monitoring support plans and record-keeping with regards to client support, safety and safeguarding issues. 
• Skills and understanding of data collection and producing reports. 
• The ability to advocate for and coordinate access to health care for clients with multiple disadvantage.

This role is an opportunity to work for Mind BLMK as part of the Milton Keynes NHS mental health service for someone with experience working in health, social care or information and advice, in direct contact with service users.

Working alongside colleagues from Central Northwest London Foundation Trust (CNWL) this role will provide referral management to and from Secondary Services. This will include signposting patients to statutory services including talking therapies and wider community based & voluntary sector support.

The Community Navigator will work as part of the team to deliver on the aims and objectives of the Mental Health Hub whilst representing the Voluntary and Community sector with the NHS.

Service Delivery

• Work within the NHS Mental Health SPA (Single Point of Access) Team to review and process referrals received from GP Practices and other sources including those to be subsequently triaged and assessed by mental health practitioners.
• Actively call patients with a view to assisting them through the process and making their onward appointments into community or secondary care service providers.
• Support the hub to signpost patients and direct them to appropriate services including secondary care, the local Voluntary and Community sector services and activities that support the patients’ wider determinates of their mental health and wellbeing.
• Answer calls, ensure sufficient phone cover, respond to messages/voicemails, provide administrative support to the Mental Health SPA for all services and deal with queries in a sensitive and timely way liaising with clinical or team lead as is appropriate.
• Monitor service inboxes during core office hours, responding to any queries professionally providing helpful information.
• Monitor and action tasks within SystmOne and maintain records of all activities carried out, i.e. outbound calls, calls received, archiving any received correspondence.
• Build good working relationships with the voluntary and community sector, relevant services and activities to ensure signposting pathways are kept up to date as well navigating and developing the setup of new signposting pathways through networking.
• Provide clinical and non-clinical information in appropriate chronological templates to other services.
• Carry out health and safety responsibilities as directed by Managers in line with Mind BLMK’s H&S policies, procedures, and guidance (risk assessments, reviews, reporting, safeguarding, incidents/accidents, premises).
• To bring VCSE experience, knowledge and culture into an NHS team.

This role will work collaboratively within Manchester City Council’s multi-disciplinary Thriving Families Team alongside domestic abuse, substance misuse and family help workers to support families where children are open to Child Protection or Child In Need Plans. The aim is to ensure that children, young people and their families are better able to access appropriate support services leading to improved understanding and management of their mental health.

The Mental Health Practitioner will build collaborative and kind relationships where people feel heard and understood, enabling people to access services and navigate routes to support. The role is based within the Council’s Thriving Families team and referrals are received directly from the Thriving Families Team Manager. The Mental Health Practitioner will offer a range of support to families including delivering 1:1 psycho-social support interventions, community advocacy, making onward referrals, communicating with community, primary and secondary health care and assisting people in addressing practical needs.

Salary: £32,271

Contract: Initially for 12 months (extension possible dependent upon funding)

Hours:  35 hours per week

Base: Manchester City Council - Longsight Offices

The type of skills and knowledge that are important to us are:

· Experience of working in a psycho-social way with the whole family delivering interventions for people experiencing mental health problems.
