The Business Development team is a recently established and growing team at Frontline. The team is responsible for delivering and developing high-quality leadership programmes, workforce development training, and commissioned projects that support practitioners and leaders across the children’s social care sector. We work collaboratively across Frontline to ensure that these offers extend the organisation’s mission impact and contribute to its financial sustainability. The team is ambitious, collaborative, and committed to innovation, equity, and continuous improvement.​

As Business Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of Frontline’s leadership development programmes and workforce development training offers. You will provide high-quality administrative, operational and project support across the Business Development team, working closely with the Business Development Manager and Programme Manager to ensure smooth programme delivery and excellent participant experiences.​

Your responsibilities will include supporting communications, logistics, resource management, scheduling, and data tracking. This is a key role for an organised, proactive and collaborative individual who is passionate about supporting work that improves leadership and practice across the children’s social care sector.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Providing operational and administrative support for the delivery of leadership development
• Drafting and managing participant communications, including joining instructions, programme updates, feedback surveys, and certificates.​
• Supporting project planning, risk tracking, and logistics mapping for leadership and training offers.​
• Assisting with reporting tasks, information collation, and maintenance of project documentation.​

The post-holder will be responsible for deliver a range of support interventions for people newly diagnosed with HIV, and those re-engaging in their HIV care, who may be identified via Emergency Department Opt-Out testing in Liverpool.

Collaboratively work with Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (LUFHT) to ensure people living with HIV receive practical, social and emotional support. The delivery of peer support in a clinic setting and, in the community, and onward referrals to relevant services.

Ensure that people living with HIV in vulnerable circumstances are supported to minimise the risk of them returning to ‘need to find’ status and remain engaged in services.

We seek someone with experience working with diverse communities. Knowledge and understanding of the common experiences and need of people living with HIV is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification (such as an NVQ Level 3 or above in social work, health, education) or equivalent experience, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills (working with staff, volunteers, and service users), excellent organisational skills, and enthusiasm.

The Finance Officer together with the Treasurer and local finance coordinators will undertake tasks including:-

• Develop systems and enable finance tasks to be completed more effectively and efficient
• Manage Parish Finances using the software package ‘My Fund Accounting Online’ (training will be given) a web-based fund accounting software specifically designed for churches and charities
• Implement financial decisions made by the Trustees
• Place orders, make payments and produce invoices and run payroll. 

The Finance Officer will join our Support Services staff team in a pivotal role working with finance volunteers and overseeing day-to-day management of parish accounts and payroll.

• 22.5hrs per week (we are willing to consider beteen 18-25 hours per week, some home working and flexible hours).

As a Caseworker, you will provide direct, trauma-informed care to individuals and families suffering from the sudden bereavement or life-altering injury of a loved one. Working mostly remotely, with home visits to service users, you’ll offer vital emotional and practical support—including helping them access therapeutic resources, financial assistance, and guidance through the complexities of medical and legal processes.

This role is flexible, allowing you to structure your own working pattern within weekdays from 8AM to 6PM. While travel is required, you’ll have control over your diary. The work is challenging but immensely rewarding, requiring resilience, empathy, and a dedication to making a real difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing direct support to road victims and their families in the North Yorkshire  region, following Brake’s trauma-informed model of care.
• Managing a caseload of service users, ensuring their emotional, practical, and advocacy needs are met.
• Undertaking comprehensive needs assessments and creating individualised support plans
• Offering emotional and practical support—this can include helping families access therapeutic resources, financial aid, or even facilitating keepsakes to honour the memory of their loved ones
• Liaising with professionals, including police officers, Family Liaison Officers, mental health services, coroners, GPs, and other support organisations.
• Advocating for victims within medical, legal, and social services to ensure their voices are heard.
• Providing support through multiple channels, including in-person, remote calls, video chats, and messaging, depending on service user preferences.
• Completing safeguarding assessments and escalating concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed.
• Maintaining accurate case records in compliance with data protection policies.
• Engaging in external clinical supervision to manage personal resilience and well-being.
• Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.

Background

The Maypole Project supports children and young people with complex medical needs and their families across the UK. Our vision is that all families with a child with complex medical needs will have access to our support from diagnosis, for as long as they need.

Our unique model provides emotional and wellbeing support through counselling and therapy services for parents/carers, siblings and other adults involved in caring for a young person with complex medical needs. We provide counselling and play therapy for children and young people with complex medical needs, a youth club, buddying and activity programmes which are also open to children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

The Maypole Project has been providing vital services to families for over 21 years and is in an exciting phase of development. We are recruiting a qualified and experienced Child Therapist to meet the growing demand for support, and to grow and extend our provision to meet the needs of more families who would benefit from our unique model of support.

Overall purpose:

To provide appropriate, professional and responsive therapeutic support to children (the child/ren who have complex medical needs and/or their siblings) in 1:1 sessions through the integration of counselling with therapeutic creative and play skills. 

Role responsibilities:

Children, who have been assessed by an experienced member of the project’s counselling team, and with parental consent, will be referred on to the post holder who will:

· Work to The Maypole Project Model of Support for children and young people, providing therapeutic support through an integration of counselling with therapeutic creative and play with a caseload as agreed, relative to hours at a minimum of 5 clients per 7 hour working day.

• Undertake The Maypole Project mandatory in-house training (20 hours)
• Attend a training update session at least once per annum
• Contact the client’s parent/guardian organising an initial 1:1 meeting with them to talk through the issues their child faces and agree the time, location and frequency of sessions in line with Maypole Support office guidelines/room availability where applicable.

· Set up and clear away the therapy room that has been tailored to each individual client’s needs.

• Attend monthly group supervision (2 hours)
• Complete client notes and The Maypole Project paperwork as required
• Liaise with their Line manager or the Clinical Supervisor in case of questions/difficulties
• Follow The Maypole Project policies and guidelines including staff code of conduct at all times.
• Attend service-wide activities including family activity events and fundraising events

Support:

You will have support from our Children and Young People’s Therapies service manager for clinical oversight and day-to-day issues and a supervisor for Clinical advice/direction.  Attendance at monthly Clinical Supervision is mandatory.

Location:

Initially based at our premises in Orpington with some remote provision and possible travel to schools, hospitals, hospices and clients’ homes.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PR & Communications Lead to take ownership of our media strategy and help elevate the Hospice’s profile. You will manage all communications functions including media relations, branding, internal/external messaging, digital content, and event promotion.

Key Duties Include:

• Developing and delivering a PR & communications plan aligned with the Hospice strategy
• Acting as the main point of contact for all media and press enquiries
• Managing the Hospice website, newsletters, and social media presence
• Supporting income generation through high-quality marketing materials

Our small team of team & volunteers are  involved in organising and delivering tasks which facilitate a speedy hospital discharge and make homes safer to avoid admission – including fitting keysafes, moving furniture, shopping, giving advice and coordinating with health & social teams. 

This busy role will include:

- Taking referrals into the service and adding to the CRM / database.

- Updating CRM / database and gathering information for the team to support clients.

- Coordinating Nightingale staff and volunteers to ensure tasks essential for a safe discharge are complete.

- Ensure the individual receives the support/services they need taking a holistic approach – working and communicating with staff, referrers, clients, family members, carers, social workers, hospitals and other Age UK Richmond and voluntary sector services.

Overview:

The impacts of climate change on our food system are escalating, affecting food prices and production and food and farming are themselves a major source of greenhouse gas emissions. ECIU has generated multiple analyses of these issues over the past few years which have been used by a broad range of stakeholders and covered extensively by the media.

We are now seeking to grow our team in this space. These roles are an exciting opportunity to combine your analytical and communication skills to generate reports and commentary that expands the evidence base while grabbing the attention of a range of stakeholders including journalists. Your work will help to ensure a better informed debate on the interactions between food, farming and climate change, covering emissions, resilience and adaptation to, for example, climate-induced food price shocks. 

The work will include different types of foods, different farming from livestock to arable and both UK and international agriculture. You will be liaising with expert stakeholder groups and academics. Health will be a key theme in the work. The postholders will communicate findings to stakeholders including journalists and MPs.

You will manage your own programme of work, supported by a wider team of analytical and communication experts.

The Energy and Climate Intelligence Unit (ECIU) is a non-profit organisation that supports informed debate on energy and climate change issues in the UK. We provide independent analysis and accessible briefings to the media and other stakeholders to improve understanding of climate-related topics and contribute to evidence-based discussions. Our work covers a range of issues including land use, transport, the power sector, and heating and buildings, with a focus on the UK but with international work too.

This is a unique opportunity to inform the debate on one of the most pressing and less explored areas of climate change.

Role and responsibilities:

·Analyse how climate change is affecting UK food and farming and vice versa, using various sources and data; present findings clearly in reports, briefings, press releases and social media content.

·Monitor and analyse emerging political and media debate around climate change and UK food and farming, including misinformation.

Waking Night Behavioural Specialist Support Workers are responsible for ensuring continuity of a support service at night and for keeping customers and the building safe.

The shift pattern for this role: 21:30-07:30 10 hour night shift two nights a week

What you'll do:
* Building a supportive, trusting relationship with the customer and creating a positive atmosphere.
* Supporting the customer in their preferred night-time routine, including personal care, and promoting good sleep hygiene.

The overall purpose of this Financial Controller role is to prepare the statutory accounts for the Raven Group, alongside maintaining the general ledger, purchasing systems and interfaces to other operational systems, as well as leading the team responsible for managing Raven’s finance transactions, treasury, cash management and fixed assets.

The Role:

• Leading and co-ordinating delivery of the financial statements for the group including leading on the annual external audit
• Managing and developing the Financial Control Team consisting of five direct reports and a wider team of ten in total
• Management of the general ledger, including all financial transactions and fixed asset accounting
• Responsible for the financial control framework and for day to day treasury management
• Oversight of all VAT, corporation tax and the general tax strategy for the group
• Responsible for managing the annual rent setting process
• Reporting into the Assistant Director of Finance you will work with other Managers in the Finance and Procurement Teams to ensure best practice is maintained throughout the finance team.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Post Adoption and Aftercare team and make a real difference to people’s lives. Facing an unknown past can be daunting. You will lead a team of experienced social workers to ensure service users access a high-quality, sensitive and compassionate service.

· Have at least five years’ experience of working in the field of adoption and/or post adoption, with a minimum of two years’ experience in post adoption.

· Have experience of managing a team, including providing supervision to other social workers.

· Have excellent knowledge of the Adoption and Children Act 2002 and related regulations.

· Be highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
