About The Role

You will supervise and support a hub of foster carers and a small number of specialist ‘Step Forward’ foster carers. You will also play a key role in building relationships with new carers prior to approval. About the opportunity
Working closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and wider Philanthropy Department, the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will identify and cultivate fruitful partnerships with a range of small, medium and large businesses.

This role will manage the delivery of our legacy marketing strategy across our priority markets reporting into the Global Legacy Director, and working closely with the Legacy Officers, the Direct Marketing and Digital Teams. Role and Responsibilities

The Legacy Marketing Specialist will have a global role, managing the marketing in each of our priority countries, Canada, US, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands and Australia.

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of all legacy campaigns across stewardship and acquisition including multi channel activity including digital, print, and events. Ensuring high-quality delivery and maximum impact.

Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) are a national Christian charity working in partnership with local churches to bring struggling children hope and a future. Building on the huge success of TLG Early Intervention Coaching, TLG Therapeutic Support will be a new way for TLG, with partner churches, to provide support in school for the increasing number of pupils struggling to cope due to their emotional, relational, and mental health experiences. This programme addresses the underlying issues children are facing, whilst also providing the option of direct support to their parents/carers and the school staff team.

In this role we are looking for an individual that thrives working with children and young people in a school context and is passionate about supporting pupils and their families struggling with emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will be a qualified counsellor with an aptitude for creativity whether this is music and drama, sport and outdoor recreation or other fields of kinaesthetic development. The TLG Therapeutic Counsellor will be present each week in the school, providing specialist trauma aware care for these children, whilst supporting staff and parents/carers too, so we're looking for an individual who can build and foster strong relationships.

In the Mission Associate role, you will work as part of our teams to:

• Collaborate with and equip churches in evangelism to those who are marginalised or least likely to hear the gospel in their local area 

• Contribute to the development of sustainable, structured, innovative missional teams in local churches 

• Do mission research and mapping of the mission needs and opportunities in a local area 

• Contribute to networking with churches in a local area by, for example, building a list of churches and connecting them with the right LCM colleagues with a view to mission partnership. 

The Mission Associate role we are looking to fill will involve ministering in the Pan-London Schools Team with a focus on Children, Youth and Schools (CYS). 

You would be joining LCM at an exciting time as we take forward our new five-year strategy. Our aim over the next five years is to see 150 new missional teams established in churches across London. These missional teams are groups of church members who “own” outreach to a particular group, are recognised by the leadership, and pray for each other, using their varied gifts regularly to minister to that group. We pray that, together by 2029, these teams will be part of 25,000 gospel conversations within communities where Jesus Christ isn't known.

Our Mission Associates are wholly committed followers of Jesus who bring their passion and skills to contribute to the work of our teams, helping to research the mission needs of an area, supporting networking with churches, helping to train and equip church volunteers in practical evangelism, or helping churches develop their mission work. Successful candidates will be able to prove their ability to contribute to our field teams in these ways. Our professional and established internal training team and your line manager and others, will train, develop and support you in your role so that you develop your own missional skills and evangelism experience.

We're looking for a Finance Officer to join our Treasury Team. The team is  responsible for the day-to-day stewardship of Tearfund's financial resources and are focused on continually improving the effectiveness of their processes, playing a vital role in enabling the mission of the organisation. • Management of short-term and long-term cash positions by monitoring and reporting daily bank balances and managing foreign exchange requirements
• Weekly and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, and reviewing and recording bank transactions
• Preparing, analysing, and coordinating information for internal and external audits
• Providing support to the rest of the Treasury team, getting involved in project work and providing cover for the other Finance Officers, who focus on donation income and international payments.

You will hold a degree or equivalent level of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) and have experience of computerised accounting and double-entry.

The role

The responsibility for the Programme Lead is to support the organisation to deliver it’s strategy and embed agile ways of working. They will work with cross-functional groups set up to support strategic delivery. This will include designing and running workshops to help us develop our strategy and plan our activity to deliver it.

The Programme Lead will manage cross-team groups of colleagues that work together to develop impactful activity. Enabling strategy to translate into delivery. The role will develop sessions with the groups, ensuring objectives are set and collating insight.

Continuous learning and improvement will be a priority, due to our new ways of working. The Programme Lead will run retrospectives and use feedback to ensure Scope is set up to deliver its strategy.
