Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions for various projects, including retail, trading, and community support.
- Year-End Accounts: Lead the production and reporting of consolidated year-end accounts, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

Person Specification:
- Qualifications: CCAB recognised qualified accountant.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in senior finance roles, with experience in complex organisational structures and the charity, voluntary, or retail sectors. Experience liaising with auditors, business advisers, and board members.
Skills:
- Advanced IT and data manipulation skills, particularly in Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables).

TACT East Midlands Team have a unique opportunity for either a Supervising Social Worker who is ready to progress their career to a Senior Supervising Social Worker or a current Fostering Senior Supervising Worker who understands trauma and therapeutic parenting approaches. Your role
You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. This work includes:

Support our Development Manager to create and deliver impactful and innovative fundraising strategies including our public appeals, challenge events and local fundraising campaigns.

Developing and implementing communications strategies to promote CWNN’s work, managing our social media platforms and external comms to ensure they reflect our strategic goals and values.

Producing our e-newsletter, with support from the Development team, to ensure CWNN’s key work, impact, news and campaigns are effectively promoted to our supporter base.

Create engaging digital content for our website and social media including written copy, video and graphics.

As Finance and Administration Assistant, you will be a key member of the Finance function within a growing charity along with providing vital administrative support to the CEO in order to ensure The Saviour Trust can achieve it's mission.

Key Tasks:
- Accurately manage petty cash and balance it to ensure clear record keeping
- Accurately input financial information onto Sage in order to enable clear financial reporting
- Assist in the accurate and timely production of monthly financial accounts
- Assist in the production of a monthly finance report for presentation at monthly board meetings
- Effectively reconcile accounts and bank statements resolving any issues effectively and efficiently
