The Carers Support Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the Services Manager and SMT to support the implementation and development of the Bromley Well Adult Carers Service. The post holder will coordinate the provision of emotional and practical support to Adult Carers in the London Borough of Bromley, aligned and working closely with the integrated care networks and other Bromley Well Services, both within Age UK Bromley & Greenwich and Bromley Well partner organisations.

Job Purpose:
WomenMATTA delivers support services to women in Manchester and Trafford who are in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with, the criminal justice system. This includes one to one advice, advocacy, practical and emotional support, and group interventions.
This position will provide strategic oversight and operational management to all WomenMATTA services delivered through hubs across multiple sites in Manchester and Trafford, ensuring quality standards are consistently met, staff are effectively managed, partnerships are established and maintained, and budgets are appropriately managed.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Lead on the operational management and strategic oversight of WomenMATTA; ensuring high quality, trauma informed, and gender responsive services are delivered to vulnerable and marginalized women in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with, the criminal justice system.

The Role

We have a rare and exciting opportunity at Woodgreen Pets Chairty to join our Senior Leadership team as a Head of Retail. You would be leading a transformation change to the Retail Estate that continues to enhance the Woodgreen brand, providing an exceptional shopping and donor experience alongside excellent customer service. Our Retail team is an integral part of our Charity, and as Head of Retail, you will be responsible for our estate of 27 shops that cover East of England, west towards Oxfordshire and south towards London. We would ask that you are flexible so as to travel around the region and have a regular presence in our Godmanchester Head Office.
As Head of Retail, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational direction, which includes:
Driving Growth: Achieve sales and profit targets through managing our Retail Area Managers whilst strengthening the existing estate by building strong foundations.
Strategic: Developing a customer focused strategy, ensuring it maximises sustainable net income and long-term value for the charity.
Team Building & Management: Working alongside the People and Volunteering teams, empower, support and develop a high performing retail team and create a collaborative workplace culture.
Budgetary and Financial Management: Work with the retail managers to set target net contributions for retail activities and making any amendments where necessary.
Operational: Ensure that all processes and systems are fit for purpose and constantly review the operational framework to ensure that the highest standards are being met.

The aim of the post is to work alongside the Parent Peer Advocate to improve and enhance the West Glamorgan regional advocacy network by creating a new form of peer advocacy and peer support for parents who are going through the child protection process, statutory assessment and/or the looked after children system within the Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea area.
Main Duties
⦁ To work as part of a team working with parents who are going through the child protection process, statutory assessment and/or the looked after children system within the Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea area.
⦁ Provide support, to parents which may include accompanying clients to a range of meetings, or support in writing letter/telephone calls to represent and/or negotiate on their behalf as requested.
⦁ Providing clients with information, resources and signposting to other organisations/agencies and when necessary making onward referrals.
⦁ Provide befriending and mentoring support based on a supportive working relationship with parents within a professional remit.
⦁ Motivating and/ or encouraging parents to achieve relevant goals and outcomes. Help to raise the confidence and self-esteem of the parent.
