Hours: 36 hours per week
Location: Head Office: Wandsworth SW18, flexibility to support pan-London sites

Employment and Supported Internships
A current and key area of our focus is Employment across London and beyond, we work in close collaboration with a range of stakeholders and commercial partners to deliver supported internships as a pathway to paid employment and a career.
Selected interns undergo a full academic year-long placement in a commercial work setting, gaining valuable work experience and essential employment skills. Throughout the internship, tailored job support and pastoral oversight is provided by Job Coaches and Managers working on-site, in our partnership settings. These currently include a range of hospitals, colleges, and local authorities.
Generate has been building stakeholder partnerships at the forefront of supported employment internships for young people with learning disabilities since 2018. We are proud that an approximately of 70 % of interns transitioned successfully into paid employment. This translates into real change: reducing reliance on services and increasing agency in positive, self-directed outcomes.
As Partnerships Manager, your collaboration with the Employment Manager will lead on the delivery of supported internships. Responsibilities include: managing multi-site projects and a growing team, recruitment and training initiatives, securing funding and fostering key partnerships with local authorities and colleges. Your contribution will be to manage and lead the sustainable growth of our supported internship offerings in alignment with our organisational objectives.
We are seeking a highly skilled business professional to cultivate and nurture these critical relationships. You will have experience of multi-site project management, data analysis and reporting, plus exceptional people management skills. Experience in the employment sector/internships/graduate recruitment would be of interest. A degree in business/marketing/communications or similar preferred.

The Public Affairs and Policy Manager will play a crucial role in helping to determine and shape TMs policy goals and how best to achieve them. Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation, and in close consultation with the TMs internal and external stakeholder groups and networks you will develop policy, research and campaigning projects to meet the organisations strategic objectives. You will be able to understand complex policy issues, recognise their relevance to the Traveller Movement and identify policy solutions. You will know how to generate and analyse data and bring issues to life by drawing out the lived experience of people from Romani (Gypsy), Roma and Irish Traveller communities
You will led develop and sustain a small committed team of two policy and campaign officers to produce policy, research and campaigning activities. You will lead TMs Public relations and influencing work developing relationships with policy makers, partner organisations, parliamentarians and the media. You will ensure co-production and the voice and lived experiences ethnic Romani (Gypsy), Traveller and Roma is central to all our engagement and influencing work.

The post holder will be an active member of our programmes team and will work across our portfolio of programmes, particularly focusing on our Parental Engagement Programme.
They will be responsible for regional stakeholder engagement, developing relationships and promoting Ygam training across the UK. They will recruit suitable delegates to workshops, working closely with a range of organisations and families.
They will provide training both face to face and online and will be responsible for the delivery of our assured workshops and promoting the work of Ygam at conferences and events.
They will be able to demonstrate the impact of this work by working with organisations to collate case studies and evidence to support the programmes achievements.
