Grant Support Executive
£24,000-£27,000 (dependent on skills and experience) plus generous benefits

To help us with this important mission, we currently have vacancies for Grant Support Executives. Our Grant Support Executives form part of a pro-active, centralised function who support each other and work together to deliver the greatest impact wherever it’s needed the most.
The role includes carrying out the assessment of capital and revenue grants; preparing and formatting assessment reports, drafting offer letters, processing claims and ensuring key information is captured within internal systems; connecting with applicants to arrange monitoring and evaluation meetings; and working together as part of a united team to provide administrative support across the Foundation - always delivering high levels of customer service.

What are we looking for?
We would love to hear from you if you have an understanding of grant application processes and governance, coupled with knowledge of how sport can be used for community benefit. You will also need experience of working with office administration systems, delivering effective administration support to a varied team, and communicating with colleagues and customers remotely.
We’re looking for a team player with a keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills who takes pride in delivering excellent customer and administrative service.

What can we offer you?
The salary band for this role is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
You will start on 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (which increases after 2 years), plus additional time off to volunteer. We also offer a generous pension scheme (8% employer contribution), collective bonus scheme, free health care provision, a monthly gym subsidy, interest-free season ticket loan, death in service benefit and access to selected match tickets

The role
As Digital and Social Media Executive, you’ll have a broad and varied role, working with our Marketing and Digital Manager to develop and implement our digital and social media strategy at a critical time for the Football Foundation and for grassroots sports. Working within the Brand, Marketing and Communications Team, you’ll manage and maintain all our digital and social media channels and support the Marketing and Digital Manager in briefing agencies to create engaging content for our channels.
You’ll work with the wider team to plan impactful campaigns, and deliver the digital and social media elements and any email/CRM campaigns. You’ll also produce campaign analysis reports, including your insight, analytics and recommendations. Due to the breadth of the role and the variety of the projects, you can expect it to be an exciting role, with no two days the same.

What are we looking for?

You’ll be really creative, but you’ll also be organised, flexible, able to manage competing demands, and be confident managing a diverse portfolio of projects. You’ll also have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of people.

SENIOR YOUTH AND COMMUNITY WORKER
LOCATION: ENACT, 52 ISLAND CENTRE WAY, ENFIELD, EN3 6GS
HOURS: FULL TIME (40HRS PER WEEK)
RESPONSIBLE TO: YOUTH AND COMMUNITY TEAM LEAD
SALARY: £32,543 PER ANNUM
Are you a passionate about youth work? Looking to use your skills and experience to inspire young people through projects based on the needs identified in Enfield? Are you motivated to create opportunities that include young people’s voices?
Enact have a vacancy for a Senior Youth and Community Worker to lead our open-access community youth provision. We are looking for an experienced youth practitioner to manage our youth team and work within the enact team to develop a range of engaging activities and training opportunities for young people with particular focus on those aged 10 to 19 in the Enfield community.
The Senior Youth and Community Worker needs to be a passionate, enthusiastic and professional. They will lead the youth team to create community-based opportunities for the whole family, in accordance with the ethos and values of Oasis. The Senior Youth worker will also support the enact team to develop and be involved in community cohesion projects involving children, families and youth.
