Job description

Prospectus is pleased to be supporting a leading educational and social mobility charity in the UK to recruit for an Interim HR Projects Manager for a period of 6 to 9 months. This role is to be based out of their London office and remotely and is available on a full time or part time basis (minimum 3 day per week).

Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager, the Interim HR Projects Manager will undertake specific projects to enhance the charity’s HR support, including for example, reviewing training and skills development for line managers and scoping frameworks and considerations for organisational values development. In addition, the HR Projects Manager will support other areas of HR activity and keep up to date with legislation, policies and procedures relevant to the role and the charity’s work. 

The successful candidate will bring some broad HR experience from across the employee lifecycle with a good understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance. You will have excellent experience of managing HR related projects and will have strong organisational and problem solving skills with the ability to build relationships quickly. It would also be beneficial to bring experience or passion for working in the education or not-for-profit sector
