Context of Role:
Our Head of Young People's Services is a critical, strategic and operational role within Blackburn and Darwen Youth Zone. As a supporting member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will work closely with the Director of Operations, CEO and the Director of Finance to ensure the charity delivers its vision and strategic objectives. This includes strategies for sustaining and overseeing the ongoing transformation of Blackburn and Darwen Youth Zones' operational business plan and its operational processes and infrastructure. As an Area Manager you will give leadership, direction and guidance to the staff of Medaille Trust to ensure the provision and development of a high quality service in line with the Trust’s Mission, Values and Strategy.
You will have a good understanding of the CQC framework relating to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. You will carry out quarterly assurance audits in all safe houses ensuring any appropriate action is taken where necessary.

Although the post is home based, the post holder will be expected to travel frequently to our safe houses within the South and London areas with some overnight stays.

The Pituitary Foundation is the UK’s leading charity providing support and information for people living with pituitary conditions, their families, friends and carers. We are based in an office in central Bristol, with some staff and volunteers working remotely throughout the UK. Pituitary conditions are uncommon, usually lifelong and can be life threatening. Conditions include acromegaly, Cushing's, prolactinoma, AVP-Deficiency and hypopituitarism.

We are looking for a Creative Expression Coordinator to line manage and support the delivery of Creative Expression programmes including Arts & Crafts, Music, Creative Expression and our newest provision of drama. You will work with the Independent Living Skills and Creative Programmes Manager to ensure we deliver a creative programme that maximises our students' potential, makes the best use of local partnerships, enables students to develop their creativity and increases wellbeing and communication skills.

Main responsibilities
- You’ll manage the delivery of our creative programmes at various locations looking to ensure they are delivered to the highest standard
- You will ensure all sessions are inclusive challenge students, and where possible, use digital technology and learning outside of Share to embed skills
- You will line manage the Creative Expression Tutors supporting them in developing project objectives, conducting one-to-one and appraisal meetings and reviewing and agree project resourcing
- You’ll monitor the quality and impact of the creative programmes, their outcomes and delivery

The Role
As our Marketing Operations Officer your role will be to build brand awareness, helping to ensure the Yorkshire Cancer Research brand is accurately and consistently presented across all marketing touchpoints, including branded merchandise and printed collateral.
Supporting the Marketing Manager, you will extend the charity’s reach across Yorkshire and support the marketing team to deliver effective marketing campaigns that engage supporters and help raise the profile of the charity.
Specifically, you will:

Work with stakeholders across the charity to define requirements for branded items and marketing products / services (e.g. branded merchandise / clothing, printed collateral, branded display items).

Manage the relationship with external marketing suppliers (e.g. printers, merchandise suppliers, signage companies etc.) to source marketing products and services.

Identify suppliers, make product recommendations, obtain samples / quotes and evaluate which products/services represent overall best value for the charity and formulate recommendations for approval.

Manage the procurement of marketing products/services in line with the charity’s procurement processes/policies.
-
Be responsible for stock management for branded items/collateral across the charity.

Develop a preferred-supplier framework for marketing products/services in partnership with the Finance and Corporate Services department.
-
Manage the marketing budget for branded collateral and merchandise, ensuring team and charity processes are adhered to.

Lead the Photo Permissions Process on behalf of the marketing team and ensuring appropriate permissions are in place for all images used in the charity’s marketing, ensuring that permissions are recorded appropriately on the supporter database.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:

To have a degree or relevant qualification and or work experience (e.g. apprenticeship / further education).

To have experience of working in or with a marketing team.

To have knowledgeable about the different types of products and/or services required to fulfil marketing campaigns.
