The Head of Commercial & Visitor Experience role offers the opportunity to join a young and growing registered charity at an exciting point in its evolution, and to help lead on establishing Crystal Palace Park as an exemplar in urban park management, community-led regeneration and cultural and heritage programming whilst restoring its position as one of the UK’s leading visitor attractions.
We are looking for an experienced commercial and visitor experience professional to join our friendly team in the new post of Head of Commercial and Visitor Experience, reporting into our trading board, Crystal Palace Park Events Ltd (CPPEL), and line managed by the Director of Park Management.
Responsible for achieving ambitious income targets, you will lead the management, development and growth of key revenue generating activities including concessions, leases, retail, licensing, catering, markets and car parking activity (and excluding events and venue hire). Alongside this you will oversee the smooth running of the park as a visitor attraction, ensuring an excellent visitor experience and an accessible, warm welcome to all.
You will be a creative and entrepreneurial team player with experience working in a visitor attraction, cultural, heritage or park setting and a proven track record in business development and income generation.

About GMYF
GMYF is a long-established charity that works with young people across Greater Manchester to support their aspirations and create opportunities. We deliver a year-round programme of recreational and educational opportunities to young people within our stand-alone Centres as well as providing support to affiliated clubs.
GMYF opened our first youth centre in Partington in September 2022 and a second youth centre in Charlestown in July 2024. These Centres provide an ambitious and enriching curriculum for young people with a wide range of activities. We also jointly own an Outdoors Activities Centre in Cumbria – Ormside Mill. Youth Activites Lead - Main Purpose of the job
To lead day to day operations providing a ‘hands-on’ management role to play & youth workers, oversight of external providers delivering activities to young people at Norbrook. Leading and implementing an enriching youth work curriculum, quality assurance and health and safety standards, providing outstanding outcomes young people. Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract based in London (Hybrid). The post is renewable funding dependent. The salary for this role is £65,000 per annum.
The organisation's mission is to support global efforts to eradicate conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) and strengthen national and international responses to it through research and action on CRSV against men and boys. Working with victims/survivors and in partnership with national and international actors on the ground, the charity undertakes long-term, in-depth work in selected conflict-affected countries, currently Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, Colombia, and Ukraine.
In this role you will report to the Executive Director and lead a hands on, driven small team. You will play a key role contributing both strategically and operationally.
You will take ownership of all aspects of financial management. This includes, financial planning and reporting, preparing management accounts, audits, bookkeeping, budget management, grant reporting, maintenance of financial systems and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

People facing decades of prison time often completely lose connection with their family and friends on the outside. Depending on the prison, there may be limited access to rehabilitative programmes and educational courses until later in the sentence. People leaving prison after 10 years will have different needs to those leaving after 10 months. The world has changed – there are different habits and new social norms. We are looking for a passionate and empathetic individual who has the skills, knowledge and experience in coordinating casework and undertaking reporting of data to stakeholders. The IPO will undertake and be responsible for a range of administrative functions to advance and simply casework flow under the Sub-Regional Immigration Advice Service (SIAS) project. The IPO must have the ability to communicate effectively with referring agencies and stakeholders on a regular basis. The IPO will organise and present data to funders and others on behalf of NKLC. The IPO would have a good general understanding of Legal Aid casework, and the regulatory obligations set by the SRA and IAA.
The IPO will work closely with the Immigration Supervising Solicitor (ISS), Director and general admin team to progress and maintain the SIAS project. The IPO will manage referrals, liaise with the immigration team, and undertake a variety of administrative functions to maintain and resolve associated issues within the immigration department. Where appropriate, the IPO will arrange appointments, attend triage sessions off-site and liaise with referring agencies to ensure that caseworkers can advance casework as efficiently as possible.

Role and Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit an experienced, innovative senior legal manager to manage our international Governance & Accountability Programme. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer (or international development professional with equivalent experience in rule of law /governance / NGO use of legal strategies), with deep enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of how our partners could use the law to achieve anti-corruption reform. Working as part of a small but dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to learn at close hand what it means to work for an international NGO focusing on how the law can be used to fight corruption and achieve environmental and economic justice. You will develop projects with a range of partners, including international agencies, NGOs, CSOs, governments and government bodies. About the role

At SPANA, we support a network of global partners working through both a short- term small grants and long- term programmes – known as our Senior Partners. Senior Partners represent key strategic investments in our mission to enhance working animal welfare. These programmes are established country offices, each led by dedicated Country Directors who oversee the implementation of our work. As Programme Manager you will lead our critical relationships and day to day activities with SPANA Senior Partners in overseas country offices delivering our international programmes. You will be responsible for managing activities across SPANA’s international programme work including budget reporting, grant making and management as well as procurement.
