Award-winning music education charity, the London Music Fund, is seeking a Fundraising & Data Manager from October 2025 to join our small team of 3. The role is varied and interesting, with a fundraising and donor reporting focus – the post-holder will support the CEO with all fundraising for the charity, including writing Trust and Foundation applications, research on new prospects, and managing donor reporting. In addition, we hold 2-3 major fundraising events each year, and this role would support the CEO in all aspects of event management.

We are also looking for someone who is interested in developing our impact reporting, working with the Programmes Manager to develop evaluation frameworks, using and gathering data to support impact reporting to donors.

The role is advertised as full time, initially on a 12 month fixed-term contract. However, a part-time option (min. 3 days per week) may be discussed. If part time, a reduced role description would be agreed.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The charity currently raises c. £750k annually from a variety of sources including individuals, trusts and foundations, corporates and events. The key aspects of this role are:

Trusts and Foundations

• Research and draft Trust and Foundation applications, updating the prospects and pending report, managing pipelines.
• Manage the reporting schedule (with the Programmes Manager).
• Collate data for reports and maintain positive relationships with funders.

Individual Donor Relations:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records on Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Respond to donor enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage donor communications, including thank you letters and updates.
• Assist with donor stewardship activities to build relationships and encourage continued support.
• Manage the Scholarship Sponsor reporting schedule (with the Programmes Manager).
• Lead on the management and growth of the Friends Scheme, including developing relationships and reporting.

Data Management and Impact Reporting

• Maintain and update the fundraising database (Salesforce), including GDPR and Gift Aid records, processing donations, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Develop methods of data analysis and segmentation for targeted fundraising efforts e.g. event attendees, Scholarship sponsors, major donors.
• Work with the Programmes Manager and CEO to develop quantitative KPIs and evaluation of programmes, including graduation data, surveys, alumni monitoring and developing a long-term impact framework.

General Fundraising Operational Support

• Lead on fundraising campaigns e.g. the Big Give Christmas Challenge and ad hoc projects.
• Support the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, in collaboration with the CEO.

Finance Support/Gift Aid

• Responsible for managing the online donations platform, Enthuse, including thanking donors and supporting the Senior Programmes and Operations Manager in reporting / reconciliations.
• Support the CEO in managing the quarterly Gift Aid reporting schedule.
• Support the CEO in managing fundraising events, including donor invitations, and event management where required.

Marketing & Comms

With the team:

• Manage LMF’s social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), posting regularly, growing reach, compiling strategy, keeping up to date with current trends.
• Manage LMF’s website and news stories, keeping updated, monitoring photos etc (within Scholars’ privacy policy), support the development of LMF’s new website launch in 2026.
• Contribute to LMF’s impact reports and other publications.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented storyteller and strategic communicator to join our busy, dynamic, and focused team of professional activists as a Copywriting Coordinator. With a natural flair for persuasive writing and a background in direct response marketing, you will craft powerful narratives that expose the reality of animal farming, inspire action, and mobilise financial support for our life-saving mission.

You will be responsible for creating compelling content across print and digital platforms – from fundraising appeals and newsletters to blogs, campaign pages, and supporter journeys. Combining creativity with analytical rigour, you will ensure every piece of copy both engages hearts and delivers measurable results. You will proudly champion Animal Equality’s tone of voice, supporting fellow team members to apply our messaging to their copy.

• Be a brand champion: Develop engaging, accurate, and impactful copy that embodies Animal Equality’s tone and mission, sharing the experiences of farmed animals with donors and potential supporters.

ABOUT YOU

You are a forward-thinking communicator with exceptional writing skills and a passion for advocating for animals with impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing resilience and creativity with strategic and data-led decision-making. You are self-motivated, organised, and able to multitask, working on several briefs simultaneously.

You actively seek constructive feedback and use it to continuously improve your work. You show ownership and a growth mindset that is focused on improving the world for farmed animals. You must have a minimum of three years’ experience in copywriting or a directly related field, with a proven ability to design and deliver content for successful fundraising. Experience of Pardot, Grav and/or WordPress is a plus.

You will be based remotely in the UK. In addition to monthly meet-ups, some travel within the UK may be required for demonstrations, meetings, and events. While not common, occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to support campaigning activities. Any additional hours worked and agreed with your Manager can be reclaimed as TOIL.

Background and purpose

We are the only UK-wide charity for everyone affected by a genetic and acquired bleeding disorder. 

At the Haemophilia Society (THS) we want to empower everyone affected by a bleeding disorder to live life to the full, whatever your stage in life.

One in 2,000 men, women and children in the UK have a diagnosed bleeding disorder, which are a group of conditions, including haemophilia and von Willebrand disorder, that result when the blood cannot clot properly. 

As many as a third of bleeding disorder diagnoses have no known family history and can be the result of a random gene mutation. This means a bleeding disorder diagnosis can come completely out of the blue.

THS brings together people with bleeding disorders and their families to share experiences and understand more about how to live well with a bleeding disorder. Together, we can all make a difference.

About the role

The Role:

As our Grants Manager, you will be a key leader in our grant-making process. You'll be responsible for the strategic development and smooth operation of the grant lifecycle, ensuring applications are processed efficiently, records are meticulously kept, and communication with our Air Cadet applicants is clear and supportive. You will also play a key role in informing the Grants Committee's decisions and leading the expansion of our programmes. Your strategic and organised approach will ensure our funding reaches those who need it most, helping us achieve our mission effectively.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing our grants strategy, identifying new funding opportunities and leading the expansion of our grants programme to increase our reach and impact.
• Working closely with the Grants Committee to assess applications, providing expert insight and analysis to help inform their decisions.
• Administering the online grant application portal, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Conducting initial screening and eligibility checks of incoming grant applications.
• Preparing and issuing grant agreements and coordinating payment schedules with the Finance Manager.
• Monitoring the progress and impact of funded projects by reviewing grantee reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Serving as a primary point of contact, providing clear guidance on application processes to prospective and existing grant applicants.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records within the charity's CRM/grants management system.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and reporting requirements throughout the grant lifecycle.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with our Air Cadet grantees.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a grants management or similar senior role within a charity, foundation, or similar organisation.
• A strong track record of developing and implementing successful grants strategies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of audiences, including the Grants Committee and Trustees.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with a CRM or grants management system.
• A proactive and professional approach, with a genuine passion for youth development and the Air Cadet Charity's mission.
• Familiarity with the Air Cadet organisation or other uniformed youth groups is an advantage.

To help us achieve this, we are looking for an experienced and empathetic Operations & Change Manager to lead the successful integration of two office locations and staff teams within our association. This is a key short-term role, supporting both the practical and people aspects of the merger, ensuring minimal disruption to services and a smooth transition for staff and stakeholders. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management or organisational development, ideally within the voluntary or public sector, and a passion for values-led leadership. 

Key Responsibilities 

Project Management & Planning 

• Develop and deliver a clear, time-bound transition plan for the merger of two offices and their staff teams, which total around 10 staff. 

• Coordinate the logistical aspects of the merger, including workspace planning, IT/data transfers, supplier liaison and operational systems. 

• Ensure day-to-day services continue to run smoothly throughout the transition. 

Staff Integration & Communication 

• Work closely with the CEO to support team alignment, role clarity, and internal communications. 

• Offer interim line management, support and/or supervision to a small staff team 

• Facilitate team-building and change management initiatives to support culture integration. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Provide regular updates to the CEO and trustees. 

• Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and transparency. 

• Maintain clear and open communication channels across both merging offices. 

Reporting & Handover 

• Track and report progress against key milestones. 

• Identify risks and mitigation strategies as the merger progresses. 

• Provide a full handover and final report, including lessons learned and recommendations for long-term sustainability.

• Proven experience managing organisational change projects or mergers, ideally in the charity or non-profit sector.

Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people, families and vulnerable adults experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties across South West London. Jigsaw4u has experienced considerable growth and development over the past several years. Jigsaw4u’s Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) have recognised the need for dedicated staffing resource to hold the day-to-day responsibility for the service management function as part of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

As a member of our SLT, you will help to deliver and shape and the organisation’s vision and strategy. It will be your responsibility to ensure that Jigsaw4u’s services achieve their goals, meet their strategic objectives and achieve our growth targets while being delivered to Jigsaw4u’s exceptionally high standards.

Under the direction of the CEO, the postholder’s areas of responsibility will be to:

• Line Manage the Service Managers, ensuring that their teams are high performing, reporting and data collection is of a high standard and relationships with funders and other stakeholders are outstanding.
• Ensure that the structure of all Jigsaw4u services are optimised to allow for growth and support staff and volunteers (including trainee counsellors/therapists) to develop key skills.
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of best practice within the charitable sector (and other sectors where relevant), to inform and update Jigsaw4u so that we take advantage of the latest approaches to change, innovation and development which can have a positive impact on our beneficiaries lives.
• Work proactively and collaboratively to identify innovation and business improvement within the SLT to define and agree Target Operating Models and oversee implementation and ongoing review. Use insight, evaluation and analysis to continually inform and refine practice.
• Play a full part in the development of the SLT and deputise for the CEO as required. As an independent charity at the heart of South Devon, Rowcroft Hospice provides expert care and support to local people with life-limiting illnesses, many of whom are facing the hardest times imaginable. Each year we support over 2,500 patients and their loved ones, with 80% of people cared for in their own homes, from Dartmouth to Dawlish and up onto Dartmoor. For patients whose complex needs cannot be met at home, we also provide care, support and specialist services in our 12-bedded Inpatient Unit in Torquay. We deliver our services free of charge to adults, helping to make every day the best day possible and enabling families to share precious moments together.

We would be unable to provide our essential end-of-life services without the generous support of our local community who fund the majority of our care.
