What you’ll do
You will lead on postgraduate recruitment and marketing for the Education and Training division, working with UCL and internal teams. Key duties include creating and delivering marketing plans, managing web and promotional content, organising recruitment events, running social media campaigns, promoting bursaries, tracking recruitment data, and supporting alumni engagement.

Key details
Hours: Part-time: 14 hours per week. Between Monday and Friday, 09:00-17:00, which must include Wednesday. Flexible working is possible.
Salary: £33,000 FTE per annum, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.
Location: Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).

As Corporate Partnerships Manager you will actively identify and secure new partners for the charity, as well as managing a portfolio of existing corporate partner relationships.
As a key member of the team you will work across the organisation to develop opportunities for supporters to be partners in delivering our ambitious plans to end new cases of HIV by 2030.
Main duties of the role:
- Work with the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships to develop and implement a robust strategy to secure income from corporate partnerships (e.g. employee fundraising, sponsorship, cause-related marketing, strategic partnerships, pro bono and philanthropic donations).
- Manage a varied portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring that they are stewarded effectively through strengthening their engagement and ensuring partnerships are delivering against their objectives.
- Producing attractive and compelling proposals related to Terrence Higgins Trust sponsorship and partnership opportunities, as set out in the Fundraising and Organisational Strategy.
- Developing contractual agreements between sponsors and Terrence Higgins Trust to protect and deliver the interests of both parties.
- Be responsible for developing and implementing a yearly activity plan to co-ordinate applications and reports to funders to achieve year on year targets.
- Lead on the generation of creative, strong and impactful collateral to ensure applications, proposals, presentations and information attract and retain partners.
- Ensure that the charity is generating sustainable, unrestricted income from the corporate sector by developing a varied portfolio of strategic and commercial partnerships, in addition to other types of partnerships.
- Lead on the account management and stewardship of successful partnerships, liaising with appropriate teams, ensuring that objectives of the donor are fully met.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to support brand awareness and increase awareness of the charity’s work through corporate partnership opportunities.
- Managing strong and enduring relationships with colleagues in relevant areas across the charity to ensure that partnership opportunities are optimised and ensure maximum value to Terrence Higgins Trust.
- Ensure all information relating to each corporate partnership is accurate, up to date, documented on the CRM, prospect tracking tools, and well organised.
- Ensure that all donor communications are handled appropriately, promptly and courteously and that complaints and criticisms are logged, investigated and resolved, in accordance with the organisation’s systems and procedures.
- Work closely with the trustees, senior volunteers and the senior management team to recruit and steward Corporate Partners.
- Contribute to the budgeting process for the Corporate Partnerships team and significantly contribute to the annual income budget.

Advice Manager (Outreach & Data)
The Advice & Wellbeing Team at KCLSU are looking for an Advice Manager (Outreach & Data) to join us in running our vital Advice service for student's at KCL.
As the Advice Manager (Outreach & Data), it is your role to ensure an effective and efficient Advice service that meets the needs of students and supports the development of the colleagues in Advice. You will do this by developing partnerships across both King’s and KCLSU to ensure more students and staff have a strong understanding of the service. You will also lead on process changes to streamline data collection and impact reporting to ensure our service is constantly improving.
Key responsibilities include;
- Managing the delivery and development of the Advice Service by collaborating closely with the Advice Manager (Training and Development) and the Advice Manager (Triage)
- Collaborating with the Advice management team to review and improve systems and processes to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leading the development of the Advice outreach strategy and delivery ensuring it responds to the needs of underrepresented groups while educating students about the Advice service and relevant procedures and regulations.
- Managing three Student Advisors and support their development and ensure the quality and consistency of advice delivered.
- Leading partnership building across King's and KCLSU to build awareness and collaborative working including leading faculty-specific projects informed by data.

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key senior member of the finance team and will help shape the strategic management and direction of the team. They will support the Director of Finance and Operations, Senior Leadership Team, Trustees and budget holders to understand and interpret IIED’s finances and play a key role in the long term strategic financial planning process.

About you and the role
The purpose of this role is to manage operational delivery of our School by School Programme, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
You will be supported by our Chief Innovation Officer, and manage our Chef Trainers delivering our School by School interventions. You will work closely with the Director of Partnerships & Impact, our School Engagement Manager and our Research Supervisor.
Your role will oversee our School by School interventions, delivered across multiple school sites. This role will be primarily focused in London, but will include supporting schools in locations across the UK as we develop new hubs. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader, with a passion for giving children the best possible start and with a strong belief in the power of communities. The role will work both locally and nationally, as part of the wider team.
The Director will manage our client’s existing programme in Redcar and Cleveland with a talented and committed team (10 staff). They will also develop and manage the new programme in Middlesbrough, currently in Discovery phase, and recruit a staff team of 8- 10 people, with support from the charity’s central team. You will play a key administrative Postgraduate Studies department within the Education and Training Division, supporting the delivery of UCL-accredited postgraduate programmes. At the heart of Camden’s mission to end rough sleeping, the Gray's Inn Road project offers short-stay accommodation for 16 individuals experiencing some of the most challenging periods in their lives. Funded by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and the Greater London Authority, and delivered in partnership with One Housing Group and Camden Council, this service plays a pivotal role in ensuring rough sleeping in Camden is not only rare but brief and not repeated. Residents typically stay between three to six months, during which time the focus is on creating pathways into safe, sustainable housing and renewed independence.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering trauma-informed, psychologically informed support. You’ll work closely with clients facing overlapping challenges including homelessness, poor physical and mental health, substance use, trauma and histories with the criminal justice system. With your own caseload, you’ll conduct in-depth assessments, build tailored support plans and facilitate interventions that reflect the needs, strengths and aspirations of each person. Every day brings new opportunities to connect people with education, training or employment, to help them rebuild practical life skills, and to foster progress towards long-term goals.

The Degrees Initiative is a UK-based NGO that builds the capacity of developing countries to evaluate solar radiation modification (SRM), a controversial proposal for reducing some impacts of climate change by reflecting sunlight away from the Earth. Degrees is neutral on whether SRM should ever be used, but we believe that developing countries should be empowered to conduct their own research and to play a central role in SRM discussions.
Degrees’ programmatic work is centred on capacity-building through research grants and North–South and South–South collaboration schemes, outreach activities, and cross-cutting community building. As part of this, Degrees runs workshops in the Global South that bring new voices into the SRM conversation, and our research funds support scientists and other experts in developing countries as they research what SRM could mean for their regions and become part of a global research community.
