The advocate will play a vital role in improving outcomes for survivors, aiming to increase their safety, confidence, and quality of life. Accurate case recording, participation in supervision and training, and engagement in service co-production with survivors are essential components of the role. Overview of Role:

The Operational Support Worker plays a vital role in enabling the team to offer compassionate, Christ centred support to vulnerable women. Brief role description ​

The People and Systems Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the People Team, with responsibility for recruitment and onboarding of new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating benefits, and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries. Principle Responsibilities

We are pleased to be recruiting a Programme Administrator to support the new Fair Futures for Young Carers programme across Scotland, Wales and England.

This is a hybrid role, anchored to either the London, Glasgow or Cardiff Carers Trust office 1-2 days a week.

This role is key to ensuring the programme runs smoothly and consistently by coordinating schedules, preparing meeting packs, maintaining trackers and supporting monitoring activity. The postholder will provide the structure that enables the wider team to deliver excellent support to young carers.

As the postholder you will:

· Liaise with local carer organisations and education stakeholders to coordinate support offers and events.

· Maintain up‑to‑date records, trackers and reports for the Programme Lead and Programme Officers.

· Help ensure communication, timelines and resources are aligned across all three sites.

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Product Marketing and Engagement Manager to strengthen how schools and staff connect with our products, particularly the Boxall Profile® Online and our wider nurture-based professional learning and recognition product offerings.

You’ll lead campaigns and engagement strategies that grow adoption and retention across our user base, working closely with product managers, the communications team, and partners. This role sits at the heart of translating our mission into action and helping schools see, use, and value nurtureuk’s evidence-based tools.

Reporting to the Director of Products and Services, you’ll take ownership of developing and delivering marketing and engagement strategies that strengthen our product portfolio and deepen relationships with our customers.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers and the External Relations team to plan and deliver targeted campaigns, design engaging content, and improve how our products are positioned, experienced, and valued by schools and practitioners.

Your main duties will be in five main areas:

• Designing and delivering regular marketing activity and campaigns
• Product positioning and messaging
• Content and collateral development
• Designing and delivering email and other engagement activity for existing and new customers
• Customer engagement and retention

Westway Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial properties within the Trust’s estate and will be committed to working with a culturally diverse community.

You will possess extensive experience in property management, knowledge of property related legislation and commercial awareness, plus good knowledge of landlord and tenant related legislation, affecting commercial properties.

You’ll be a strategic, commercial and customer focused professional who will provide a friendly and efficient service to tenants, staff and other stakeholders with an aptitude for working in a complex and fast changing environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for day-to-day tenant and building management.
• Undertaking routine property inspections to ensure compliance with the lease/licence Agreements
• Provide property reports and follow up on required actions with facilities management and tenants
• Review and select suitable tenants and negotiate terms
• Oversee the management of car parks and public realm
• Prepare the scope of works for refurbishment of vacant premises
• Prepare basic reports to enable the governance of the Trust
• Line management of a direct reports
• An understanding of service charges and reconciliation of accounts is desirable.

Qualifications:

• Commercial Property Management qualification or extensive related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Commercial Property Management qualification or extensive related experience.
• Demonstrable experience in dealing with Commercial Landlord & Tenant matters, in a similar role across complex property portfolios.
• Experience of managing the delivery of projects/programmes to time and budget.
• Good people relationship skills
• Experience of line management
• Experience of commercial property and tenancy transactions in an environment that wants to invest in development via consultations
• Experience of Multi User property management software (or similar).
• Proficient in using databases and programmes.
