We have been running a weekly LGBTQIA+ youth group since 2012, and have since developed our offer to include 1-to-1 key work sessions, and more recently, 1-to-1 specialist therapy, and a mentoring training programme. We are proud to be a LGBTQIA+ led and youth-centred service, creating a safe and welcoming space for young LGBTQIA+ to meet each other, try new things, and get support and advice on issues impacting them.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader for our transformative LGBTQIA+ youth project. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in LGBTQIA+ young people’s lives, leading a dedicated and passionate team.

Main Responsibilities:

• To lead on planning and facilitating group sessions, activities and trips for the Project Indigo group. Planning to incorporate the views and interests of members and develop opportunities for partnership working.

• Developing and delivering strategic projects within the City and Hackney CAMHS Alliance to promote LGBTQIA+ inclusivity

Main Requirements:

• Strong experience in LGBTQIA+ youth work, and understanding intersecting social issues impacting young LGBTQIA+ people
• Understanding of best practice for supporting young LGBTQIA+ people and promoting LGBTQIA+ inclusivity within youth services
• Management experience on multi-faceted projects; strong leadership skills, ability to take initiative, and work effectively to manage competing priorities

Your role is to manage a range of Central Services for the Eikon Charity and to be a familiar constant presence in the Eikon offices. Central Services includes IT, Data Compliance, Health and Safety, Facilities. Facilities includes the site at Fullbrook and the associated site maintenance of the cabins and the garden. In addition to this you will line manage the reception function on site. A portion of the role will be managing outsourced providers who are accountable to support the specialist nature of these services. These outsource providers include Health and Safety (Croner) IT (ramsac) Data Protection (Satswana). You will also support the service data management work, this involves monthly reporting and service data provision, in accordance with the reporting calendar.

Responsibilities 

IT Management

• Manage the operational IT delivery via Eikon’s IT partner (ramsac) 
• Manage the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure
• Oversee and direct the work and tasks of the data officer (IT support)
• Attend quarterly management meetings with outsourced IT provider including technical IT consultant visits
• Oversee Help Desk approvals
• Review monthly total IT estate in partnership with ramsac and Data Officer
• IT hardware, software and comms:
• Manage the relationship with repair partner (one touch) and disposal partner (CPR)

The Criminal Justice Services Manager will manage and develop all aspects of Birth Companions’ criminal justice-based services and line-manage the criminal justice services Coordinators, (currently three staff members but this likely to increase as we expand our services).

They will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with other relevant agencies and ensure the successful delivery of services through internal monitoring and evaluation, external evaluation and the charity’s governance structures.

The Criminal Justice Services Manager will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of new prison and wider criminal justice system-based services through stakeholder engagement and service design where opportunities are identified.

The Criminal Justice Services Manager will also contribute to the policy, engagement and strategic work of the organisation where appropriate.

It’s important for you to know that Scope Charity Shops are open every day. So some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. Our full time hours are 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven. Weekly hours for part-time vacancies are on a seven-day rota.

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you'll join a high-performing team of eight, reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in stewarding and growing existing partnerships, securing income, and ensuring our values and impact are reflected in every collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow existing corporate partnerships, securing incremental income.
• Research, write and present compelling funding proposals.
• Ensure robust due diligence and effective deployment of funding.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality reporting and impact.

• Contribute to strategy development and budget planning.

About you

We're looking for a confident, creative and resilient relationship-builder with a track record of managing high-value corporate partnerships. You'll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and passionate about the power of literacy to transform lives.

• Proven experience stewarding corporate partnerships worth £50k-£250k annually.
• Strong presentation, writing and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship management and collaboration abilities at all levels.
• Financial planning and budget management experience.
• Experience in the voluntary sector, CSR or fundraising.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and steward a portfolio of corporate partners, providing both reactive and proactive support.
• Develop and implement fundraising initiatives, creating resources that drive engagement.
• Achieve personal income targets from existing and new corporate partnerships and new business activity KPIs.
• Research and cultivate new corporate prospects to grow our supporter base.
• Create impactful communications including reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Provide administrative support including income coding, inbox management, and volunteer coordination.

What you’ll bring:​

• Previous experience within Account Management, Sales, Event Management or Marketing.
• Ability to generate creative and imaginative proposals and take the initiative to develop new relationships with prospective partners.
• You’ll be an excellent communicator, someone who can build relationships easily and able to provide expert customer care.
• You’ll be familiar with working to achieve income targets and some experience gained within a Charity fundraising or third sector role is desirable.
