Stand Against Racism & Inequality (SARI) is seeking a new Head of Services to join our senior leadership team and help shape the future of our frontline work. This is a unique opportunity to lead a passionate team delivering casework support, training, education, and community outreach to tackle hate crime and promote safer, more inclusive communities.
As Head of Services, you’ll oversee our day-to-day service delivery—ensuring it remains high-quality, trauma-informed, and aligned with our values. You’ll also play a key role in developing staff, representing SARI externally, and supporting organisational strategy, income generation and policy.
Your responsibilities will include:

Carers Scotland is seeking a Business Support Administrator to assist our work in supporting unpaid carers in employment and employability, as well as provide some admin support to the Carers Scotland team. You should be passionate about supporting unpaid carers.
There will be some travel throughout Scotland and within the UK, involving occasional overnight stays and weekend work.

A confident, self-starter you should have experience of working on programmes and projects, some desk-based research experience, as well the ability to work on your own initiative and be very well organised. A good team player is a must.

The Employment Adviser (EA) plays a key role in supporting refugees and people from refugee backgrounds to progress towards and secure sustainable employment. The EA provides tailored employment advice and guidance, helping clients build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to navigate the UK job market. This role will work with clients at various stages of their employment journey, with a particular focus on those in the earlier stages of understanding career options, developing employability skills, and exploring education, training, and volunteering opportunities.
The EA will deliver one-to-one and group-based employability support, collaborate with employers and volunteers to source opportunities for clients, and maintain strong relationships with referral and support partners to ensure a holistic approach to employment support.

As our Professional Lead for Nursing Workforce Research, you’ll make a critical contribution to the Workforce Academy’s programme of research, informing national debate, RCN policy, and advocacy. You’ll work closely with policy leaders, academic partners, and external stakeholders across health, education, and government to ensure our research is timely, relevant, and influential.

Regional Youth and Community Director

At an exciting and key stage in our journey we have the opportunity for Youth and Community Directors to join our team supporting Oasis’ youth and community work in neighbourhoods in the following regions;
- London and South East (North, Central and South London and Kent - five local Oasis charities)
- North West (Greater Manchester – two local charities, and two regionwide youth violence contracts)
- North East (NE Lincs, Humber, Bradford and Sheffield – four local charities)
With accountability to the Oasis CEO for Youth and Community the role of the regional Youth and Community Director will have three main functions:
1 Strategic management oversight of local Youth and Community teams
2 Regional development, working alongside other functions within the Oasis family
3 Being part of the national Youth and Community leadership team
The Youth and Community Director will have strategic management oversight of local Youth and Community teams in the region, providing accountability and support to the local leaders and charity boards. This responsibility area falls into two categories; those the Director is directly responsible for, and those they are responsible for ensuring are carried out by those within their region.

The Senior Finance Officer (Purchase Ledger) maternity cover role will play a key part in the delivery of an efficient and effective payables service to the business and it's customers by ensuring invoices, expenses and regular payments are paid and accounted for correctly and promptly and in line with the purchase order process, policy and internal procedures.
This is a Fixed term contract for 12 months. This role is a Hybrid role and you will be required to be at the office 2 days a week.
What you'll do:
* Process Purchase orders and invoices onto the system, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and authorised as per policy and in line with purchase order procedures
* Process petty cash reimbursements in a timely manner

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Systems Accountant to support the implementation of Unit4 ERP system within our housing association. The post holder is expected to take over the ongoing system admin role post go live. This pivotal role bridges finance and IT, ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and enhanced financial reporting capabilities.
What you'll do:
ERP Implementation & Project Support
* Support the Project Team in the implementation of Unit4 ERP modules tailored to housing association needs.
* Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of financial data.
* Support the user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and data integrity.
* Provide training and support to end-users during and after the implementation phase.
System Administration & Support
* Act as the primary point of contact for all Unit4 ERP related queries and issues.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates or patches.
* Maintain and update system documentation, including user guides and procedural manuals.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
* Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards within Unit4 ERP to support decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through system controls.
Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement
* Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the system meets organizational needs.
* Stay abreast of Unit4 ERP updates and best practices to inform system development.
What you'll bring:
Essential:
* Proven experience in managing and supporting Unit4 ERP systems, preferably in the housing or public sector.
* Part Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
* Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.
* Experience in data migration, system testing, and user training.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Desirable:
* Familiarity with housing association operations and sector-specific financial requirements.
* Experience in supporting ERP implementation projects.
* Knowledge of SQL or other reporting tools for data analysis.
