As a member of the Charity's Leadership Team, you will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing development of our culture by embracing our vision, role modelling our values and driving positive colleague engagement.
As a member of the People Directorate Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Learning and Colleague Engagement strategies, frameworks and plans that drive a positive employee and volunteer experience, resulting in a job ready and engaged workforce.
You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
- Developing the Learning strategy across the organisation.
- Identifying and putting plans in place to address the learning and development needs of all clinical and non-clinical employees and volunteers at all levels (including induction, management and leadership development).
- Setting the frameworks for monitoring and recording all learning activity, ensuring reports are provided to Committees as required.
- Developing the Colleague Engagement strategy across the organisation.
- Identifying and putting plans in place to address the communication needs of employees and volunteers at all levels (including organisational, culture and leadership comms not local and tactical comms).
- Deploying Rennie Grove Peace's chosen Listening Tool then understanding the results and collaborating with colleagues to drive workplace improvement.
- Recruiting, selecting and retaining staff and volunteers with the right skills to deliver organisational strategy in line with our values.
- Performing all people management responsibilities on time, supported by Rennie Grove Peace policies and procedures, including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievances.
- Supporting personal development through coaching / support and training.

Customer Service and Administration Officer
Hours: 28 to 35 hours per week
Starting salary: £25,767 (pro rata)
Location: Contractual base is our office in Chorley.
Contract: fixed term for a minimum of 12 months (potentially longer dependent on funding)

We’re looking for a bold and caring person to join Lancashire Mind in a new role: Customer Service and Administration Officer. You will support our range of services with administration support and provide vital customer service support to those contacting Lancashire Mind.
To succeed in the role, you will need excellent administration skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and using databases. You will be warm and friendly with excellent customer service skills, often with people who may be in distress due to their mental health.
You will be flexible and adaptable with excellent time management and organisational skills. This is an exciting time as Lancashire Mind is growing and we want someone who believes in our vision of a Lancashire where everyone can have the best mental health and wellbeing possible.

COMMUNITY HUB LEADER
Oasis Hub North Bristol
Full-time (40 hours per week, 1 FTE), Permanent Contract
Salary: £35,217 - £39,647 per annum
Oasis is looking for someone who can combine an entrepreneurial flair and excellent leadership skills to become the next Community Hub Leader supporting the established Hub at North Bristol.
The post holder will lead the development of the Hub, based in the Lawrence Weston area of Bristol supporting the Oasis Academies and wider local community, and to hold the vision of integrated community delivery, which will include a range of services such as family support, volunteering, youth mentoring, deliver a food pantry, community events and a toddler group.
This is a key role as you will be responsible for strategic oversight of the hub charity, ensuring the youth and community work supports the work of the academies, working alongside other local Oasis leaders such as Principals to develop one joined up local vision for the Hub.
A significant part of this role will involve fundraising and business development, working with local people to develop and grow the charity and local community movement.
We are looking for an experienced community leader who enjoys project and budget management, but also has a deep understanding of community work. A degree or professional qualification is valued, but we also value extensive relevant experience and being able to demonstrate an embodiment of our ethos and values.
