This is a senior position with scope to influence both the direction of YMCA’s corporate fundraising strategy and the culture of the wider team. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team and finance volunteers.
- Lead on month-end closing processes and producing timely and accurate monthly management accounts.

We are offering a salary of upto £38,000 FTE dependent on experience and qualification, and in addition we offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme and the opportunity to join a strong management team who are committed to making a difference in our local communities.
