Individual Giving Manager

Salary: £40,000
Location: Fully remote (UK-based) with occasional travel
Contract: Permanent, full-time (part-time applications considered)

Our client is a well-established charity with a national reach and a strong reputation within its field. With growing demand for its services and ambitious plans for the future, the organisation is investing in fundraising and supporter engagement to strengthen and diversify income.

As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead and develop their individual giving programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that sees significant potential for growth in supporter fundraising and is committed to investing in new ideas, digital innovation and donor engagement.

Working closely with the Head of Income Generation, you will take ownership of a broad individual giving portfolio, helping shape strategy while delivering campaigns that deepen supporter relationships and drive sustainable income growth.

As Individual Giving Manager, you will:

• Develop and deliver the organisation's individual giving strategy, driving long-term income growth.
• Lead multi-channel acquisition, stewardship and retention campaigns to maximise supporter engagement.
• Grow income across regular giving, appeals, in-memory and legacy fundraising activities.
• Use supporter insight, data and performance analysis to optimise campaigns and donor journeys.
• Manage and support a Digital Engagement Officer while working collaboratively across fundraising, communications and marketing teams.

You will bring:

• Proven experience delivering successful individual giving programmes and achieving income targets.
• Strong understanding of supporter acquisition, stewardship, retention and lifetime value development.
• Confidence using data, insight and segmentation to inform fundraising decisions and campaign performance.
• Experience of digital fundraising and creating effective supporter journeys across multiple channels.
• The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, alongside excellent relationship-building skills.
