You are a data-driven thinker with a passion for medical research and a talent for turning evidence into action. You are confident leading projects, managing data, and communicating complex ideas with clarity and purpose.

You bring:

• Experience of monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, and the collection, analysis, reporting and management of data, ideally in medical research
• Familiarity with the UK biomedical research landscape
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, IT and data visualisation skills
• Line management expertise

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience of widely used databases (e.g. Dimensions, EuropePMC), survey tools
• Experience of Flexigrant or Flexigrant Insights
• Project management or strategic planning experience

This is a full-time post, but we are happy to consider a part-time contract (min 0.8 FTE). 

We value spending time working in-person to develop strong connections with each other and with our mission, so you will be based at our central London office for a minimum of three days a week if you are full-time (Monday, Tuesday, and either Wednesday or Thursday) with the option to work remotely for the remainder.  If you are part-time, you will be office-based for at least 50% of your time.

Development Group generates philanthropic and sponsorship income to help us create a Natural History Museum for the future – investing in capital development, attaining vital acquisitions for the collection, transforming our galleries, developing innovative exhibitions and undertaking ground-breaking scientific research on issues that affect us all.

The Museum is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual for the role of Philanthropy Executive. Working alongside an approachable and highly successful Philanthropy team, reporting into the Patrons Manager, the role will support the team in the Patrons and High-net-worth individual (HNWI) income streams, as well as managing your own portfolio of HNWIs. You will focus on the administration and stewardship of the Patrons Circle and supporting the HNWI wider team with donor stewardship. Alongside this, you will have your own portfolio of 5-figure funders and prospects and maintain a high level of organisation and excellent communication to build both internal relationships and external relationships with donors and prospects.

You will work closely with colleagues in the Philanthropy team and wider Development Group across varied income streams whilst also building successful working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the Museum. The role will be line-managed by the Patrons Manager with guidance from the Philanthropy Manager (HNWI) and Senior Philanthropy Manager.

Insights and Impact Manager £41,738

This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.

We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. Our Infrastructure Systems Manager plays a crucial role in the development, support and maintenance of these systems, implementing the tools and technology we need as well as driving the reduction of IT costs where possible.

This role is responsible for:

• Maintenance of technical infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies
• Automated process creation to ensure systems are monitored and managed
• Migration of remaining on premise systems to Microsoft cloud based solutions

We are looking for a motivated major gifts fundraiser to join our small fundraising team to support our ambitious goal to raise £20 million in support of the Be the Spark campaign.

This role is perfect for a collaborative self-starter who wants to make an impact, working at all levels of the organisation to maximise the relationships that will enable the Ri to succeed. You will be used to managing a portfolio of donors or high value clients and be comfortable working with donors at the highest levels.

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We have embarked on our 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.

Location: Based in London office, E1, with the team meeting in person to collaborate once per week. There is also the expectation of travel as required (usually 2-4 times per month) across London (and potentially) the UK to meet with donors. You would use your proven ability to build strong relationships and secure four- to five-figure gifts to manage a dynamic portfolio of major donors and prospects, applying your understanding of moves management and the major donor solicitation cycle to engage, inspire, and retain support. Confident in working with high-profile individuals, you would use your excellent communication and influencing skills to deliver compelling cases for support, represent Crisis with professionalism, and create meaningful donor experiences.

Proactive and creative in your approach, you would work collaboratively across teams, integrate digital techniques to enhance engagement, and measure success against KPIs and targets. Above all, your work would be driven by a deep commitment to Crisis’ purpose and values—equity, inclusion, and the belief that together we can end homelessness for good.

About you

We are looking for an ambitious and relationship-led fundraiser who is passionate about making a tangible difference and inspired by Crisis’ mission to end homelessness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of moves management and the major donor solicitation cycle, using these principles to strategically cultivate, solicit, and steward high-value supporters. With a proven track record of securing four- and five-figure gifts, you will be confident in engaging and influencing high-value and high-profile individuals, understanding their motivations and inspiring their confidence in Crisis’ work. You will combine excellent communication and influencing skills with creativity and independence, managing a dynamic portfolio of donors while working collaboratively across teams to deliver outstanding supporter experiences. How you will make a difference

We are looking for a Research and Operations Manager to join our passionate fundraising team. You will play a pivotal role in driving high-value fundraising outcomes across Rethink Mental Illness and Mental Health UK by delivering a strategic, insight-led approach to prospect research and portfolio management.

Managing the Senior Philanthropy and Research Officer you will oversee the identification, qualification and prioritisation of prospects across Philanthropy, Trusts & Grants and Corporate Partnerships. You will lead on due diligence processes, prospect pipeline management, connection mapping and the development of systems and tools that enable data-driven decision-making. Working closely with senior fundraisers and the Interim Head of Trusts and Philanthropy, you will ensure teams have the intelligence and insights needed to build strong, meaningful donor relationships.

Senior Individual Giving Executive

We're recruiting for a Senior Individual Giving Executive to join our team for a fixed term, and manage fundraising campaigns across print, digital, telephone and other channels to raise income to help children and young people in the UK. This role offers a mixture of campaign and project management, problem solving and creative thinking.

As Senior IG Executive you will

• Run fundraising campaigns for warm and cold audiences including cash appeals and campaigns, raffle and lottery asks, regular giving and engagement pieces including newsletters and welcome journeys. 

• Act as a mentor to junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and experience. 

• Support IG Managers in managing income and expenditure budgets. 

• Work collaboratively across the department and organisation on integrated campaigns, process improvements and new projects. 

We offer remote or hybrid working (dependent on location) for this role and are willing to discuss flexible working arrangements.

You will have experience of working in a team environment, and in delivering campaigns using a project management approach.

Life is a UK charity for vulnerable women and families facing unexpected pregnancy or pregnancy loss. Life’s aim is to provide housing, care and support to vulnerable pregnant women (typically aged 16-25) who are in crisis situations, such as those facing homelessness (or at risk of), escaping abuse or other traumatic circumstances. About You

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the postholder will work closely with the Individual Giving Manager and other fundraising team members to identify major donor prospects, ensuring thorough research and engagement to cultivate relationships and solicit major gifts. About the role

We’re searching for a Regular Giving and Legacy Giving Manager to oversee a sector-leading, multi-channel appeal programme to increase numbers of gifts and donors to the University. Following the launch of Imperial’s bold and ambitious strategy we are preparing to launch a comprehensive fundraising campaign. The Regular Giving and Legacy Giving team will play a pivotal role in bringing about a step-change in regular, mid-value and legacy donations to the University.

The postholder will oversee and implement the overall strategy and supporter journey for alumni and donors primarily through direct mail, telephone, email and social media.

This is an exciting role with opportunities for the postholder to oversee an award-winning acquisition campaign, a brand new mid-value programme and a successful legacy marketing programme. The post holder will be instrumental in building collaboration with the Alumni Engagement team to promote philanthropy and take alumni on a journey to their first gift.

What you would be doing

Working across the Regular Giving & Legacy Giving team, you will oversee supporter journeys for donors, working on cases for support, appeal development and data segmentation. You will have the opportunity to pilot new ideas as well as delivering a mature and sector-leading programme. Working across Advancement, you will build relationships with key internal stakeholders especially the Alumni Engagement team, Major Gift, and Event teams to capitalise on opportunities to embed regular giving and legacy messaging in all University activities.

What we are looking for

• Successful track record, in direct-marketing fundraising in Higher Education or the charity sector
• Proven track record of line management and professionally developing members of staff
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaboration among key stakeholders and teams
• Significant and demonstrable experience of managing and organising projects to agreed budgets, targets and timescales
• Significant and demonstrable experience of developing and evaluating compelling and response driven copy and creative
• Significant and demonstrable experience of interrogating, analysing, manipulating and interpreting large, complex data sets for targeting and segmentation purposes
• Experience of liaising with and managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders and obtaining buy in and support for projects
• Experience of working with external agencies (creative agencies, fundraising consultants, copywriters, mailing houses and printers)
• Experience of working effectively in a changing, fast paced and innovative environment.
