About the role

As Regular Giving Manager, you will play a key role in the continued development and growth of UCL's Regular Giving programme. Working closely with colleagues across Advancement, you will help deliver compelling fundraising appeals and stewardship communications that inspire support from UCL's global alumni and supporter community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team following the successful relaunch of the Regular Giving programme. You will project manage multi-channel fundraising campaigns, work with data and audience insight to improve performance, and help build sustainable income streams that support UCL's mission and ambitions.

About you

You will have experience delivering successful direct marketing fundraising campaigns and a strong understanding of donor acquisition, stewardship and retention activity. Job Purpose:

Manage the on-site delivery of MSF UK’s Face-to-Face (F2F) fundraising activity across Festivals and Events, ensuring high-performing, safe and professional fundraising operations that maximise income and public engagement.

Provide day-to-day management and development of Team Leaders, Fundraisers and Coordinator-level roles, driving performance through coaching, monitoring and clear accountability against targets.

Coordinate and deliver on-site operational and logistics activity across up to 60 festivals and events annually, working in close partnership with the Logistics Manager, who is responsible for logistics planning and infrastructure.

Act as the most senior on-site representative for MSF, ensuring all festival and event activity runs smoothly, maintaining strong relationships with event organisers, suppliers and stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality, self-sufficient operational presence.

Work closely with the F2F Programme Lead and wider F2F management team to deliver the Festivals and Events plan, contribute to programme development and support the ongoing growth of the events portfolio.

Support the recruitment, onboarding and effective deployment of F2F agency workers and MSF UK staff, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver high-quality fundraising and meet performance expectations.

Take responsibility for on-site operational planning, including rota management and oversight of timesheet accuracy, ensuring effective resource allocation across activity.

Ensure all team activity adheres to MSF’s standards for behaviour, safeguarding, safety and compliance, creating a positive and professional working environment.

Outside of festival periods, take responsibility for the delivery of Private Sites activity, maintaining the same standards of leadership, performance and target achievement. The role is accountable for delivering annual Festivals and Events income targets and contributes to the overall success of the Face-to-Face programme.

We are thrilled to be looking for an Individual Giving Manager to join the amazing team at Imperial Health Charity on an 18-month FTC. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape a growing Individual Giving programme, taking ownership of face?to?face fundraising, direct marketing, and supporter journeys to deliver sustainable unrestricted income.

As Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of a multi?channel Individual Giving programme, manage all aspects of face?to?face fundraising, work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders, and use insight and testing to continuously improve performance.  This is a newly created role, offering the chance to put plans into action, embed best practice and make a tangible impact from day one.

To be successful as the Individual Giving Manager you will need:

• Demonstrable experience in Individual Giving fundraising within the charity sector, including managing face?to?face fundraising programmes
• Proven track record of planning and delivering successful multi?channel fundraising campaigns, managing budgets and meeting income targets
• Experience managing agencies and suppliers, with a strong understanding of fundraising compliance, regulation and best practice

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead the development and delivery of our supporter acquisition and retention strategies. This is a full time, permanent role working on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our London office.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you will lead multi-channel campaigns with a focus on new product development and supporter journeys, driving supporter growth, income and lifetime value.

The Individual Giving & Legacies team is a key driver of voluntary income at Sense. We are an ambitious and growing team, focused on increasing supporter engagement and long-term income. You will play a key role in shaping our individual giving programme and the growth of digital fundraising activity, testing new ideas, improving performance and ensuring our supporters feel inspired and connected to our work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver supporter acquisition and retention strategies, plans and budgets.
• Lead multi-channel fundraising campaigns across direct mail, digital, DRTV, telemarketing and face-to-face.
• Drive income growth and maximise value of supporters.
• Develop engaging fundraising propositions and creative campaign content.
• Lead ongoing testing, learning and innovation across products, audiences and channels.
• Manage income and expenditure budgets, with responsibility for forecasting and reporting.
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
• Collaborate across fundraising, marketing and the wider organisation to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure all activity is compliant with fundraising regulations and data protection legislation.

About You

We’re looking for a confident and data-driven fundraiser with strong experience in multi-channel individual giving and direct marketing. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end while continuously improving performance through insight and innovation.

You will bring:

• Proven experience delivering successful individual giving or direct marketing campaigns.
• Strong multi-channel experience (e.g. direct mail, digital, DRTV, telemarketing, face-to-face).
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and reporting on performance.
• Strong analytical skills, including segmentation, targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Experience with prize-led fundraising would be beneficial but is not essential.
