Our fundraising team is made up of passionate people dedicated to making BCUK’s mission a reality, so we can prevent even more people from getting Breast Cancer. Fundraising income has grown significantly over the last few years thanks to a talented staff team, and we have an ambitious strategy to grow this income even further.
Working with agencies, including a digital mobilisation agency, The Senior Individual Giving Officer will be responsible for leading growing our individual donor and supporter base and delivering an excellent supporter experience.
You’ll need to be a digital native with experience in building digital-focused approached to supporter acquisition and development.

We’re looking for a Research Manager who combines exceptional ability in research and report-writing, with a real passion for (and experience in) peacebuilding. We offer flexible hours and working from home, anywhere in the world. It will be vital that you have an excellent grasp of the context in the Central African region, which will require time spent there and, ideally, significant prior knowledge.
In the first months of the programme, the team will consult at least three thousand people, with a combination of key informant interviews, individual questionnaires and focus groups to build both quantitative and qualitative datasets.

Job Title: Fundraising and Donor Engagement Officer

Started in 2022, Utilita Giving provides grants to voluntary sector organisations, who can alleviate and prevent suffering and hardship caused by fuel and food poverty.
We raise awareness about this issue and enlist the public’s support in fundraising campaigns. Supported by our Patrons David James (ex-England footballer) and Adam Scorer (Chief Executive of National Energy Action), there is huge potential for this small but mighty charity to become a household name.
We are seeking an experienced Donor and Stakeholder Engagement Officer, who has a proven track record in fundraising and effectively engaging donors and stakeholders to support a charitable cause.
You will be successful in submitting Tenders, Grant Applications, Bids etc. and competently engaging with high-net-worth individuals and corporate donors. You will be highly organised, numerically proficient and be great at building effective relationships.
You’ll be part of a small team, reporting into the Executive Director, however we work with a diverse stakeholder network of other charities and the general public, therefore you will have excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

The Individual Giving Manager in the Mass Fundraising team will work closely with the Senior Individual Giving Manager and Mass Lead to develop the programme across membership, lottery, raffle and digital fundraising.
As Individual Giving Manager you will:
- Lead on the RNID weekly lottery, which this year will be launching private site face to face recruitment
- Manage our two annual raffles
- Support the Senior Individual Manager with the review of our Membership programme and deliver the recommendations
- Support the Senior Individual Giving Manager and Mass Lead to set budgets and conduct regular reforecasting of your area

You’ll work closely with the Marcomms team on marketing plans and concepts that will inspire donors to give and stay to our case, allowing us to grow a sustainable programme. You will use evidence and insight to deliver an audience led programme, driven by a test and learn culture. You will create, test and iterate new products and be comfortable in developing audience profiles and propositions to support these products. You will have experience in managing supporter data to ensure compliance and maximise effectiveness of our campaigns.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Individual Giving Team for a nine month secondment as Individual Giving Manager managing our regular giving programme.
Regular giving at Alzheimer’s Society is growing year on year with an ambitious target of £8.5M for 2024/25. In this role you’ll get the opportunity to lead a high performing team of two, working across all regular giving campaigns including face to face fundraising, telemarketing, payroll giving, digital and SMS. We need an events manager who is adept at managing projects and events, working with our fundraisers and encouraging our supporters to get involved in our events such as our annual trek, the prestigious Care Sector Ball, and all the other events we’re involved in. The right person will have the confidence and persistence it takes to persuade, cajole, prod and encourage fundraisers to do as much as they can to raise funds for us. You need to be proficient at managing the admin that goes with events, including using fundraising platforms such as Just Giving and Enthuse to engage with fundraisers and provide regular reports on the income raised. We will also need you to organize hotel, travel, conference arrangements for the team.
You must be based in England, to help us keep travel costs down as much as possible. The role is home based, with travel to fundraising events, conferences and network meetings, and with travel every 10 weeks or so to central London for team meetings.
You must be a determined self-reliant professional though also a team player, to effectively coordinate and execute events and other activities, and be passionate about events management and fundraising to enable us to raise as much money as possible for the charity.

To help us achieve this, we’re looking for an experienced marketing specialist to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach our key audiences.
Location: Here East or another Scope office with flexibility to work from the office and from home.

The role
In this role you will:
- Provide integrated marketing expertise and lead on strategy development and implementation to drive customers to Scope energy support services. You’ll ensure multi-channel marketing campaigns:
- Are delivered on time
- Within budget
- Meet objectives
- Elevate our brand
- Support our internal creative teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns, and efficiently project manage and prioritise work. You’ll also support on monthly evaluation reporting and manage agencies and freelancers.
- Take proactive ownership of the marketing for this stream of work, planning the next moves based on insight and communicating future direction with all key stakeholders.
- Be an accessibility champion – ensuring everything we do is inclusive and accessible to all of our audiences.

About you
We are looking for someone who enjoys building cross-organisational relationships and is comfortable negotiating and influencing.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong marketing experience with a record of developing multichannel marketing strategies and an excellent understanding of digital marketing planning, optimisation and execution.
- Knowledge of the consumer energy market and experience of driving inbound activity to an energy support or consumer service provider. Experience from other sectors is also welcome.
- Solid experience of project management in a complex environment.

About You
