We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Head of Fundraising to lead and grow our voluntary income. Your focus will span the full range of fundraising activities, from statutory and trust funding to developing and increasing income across major donor giving, legacies, corporate partnerships, and individual giving.

As Head of Fundraising, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to increase philanthropic support and voluntary income. You’ll lead our efforts to diversify and grow income streams – securing support from individuals, corporates, and other partners – with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and long-term impact. You’ll be part of an organisation where you can see the direct effect of your work on the services we deliver to keep children safe.
You will lead and support a small team, bring fresh thinking and strong relationship-building skills, and work closely with project leads to ensure our funding reflects real needs and delivers real impact. You will be able to combine strategic and commercial awareness, with hands-on delivery.
This role will give you the opportunity and responsibility to build on our successful fundraising and extend our appeal to new donors as well as maintain our existing supporters. You will need demonstrable fundraising experience and the ability to work confidently as a strategic thinker as well as a practical fundraiser. You will come with strong ideas and skills to implement them.

This is a critical time for SEA. With a bold three-year strategy now in place, we’re looking for an experienced income-generation leader to oversee and diversify our income streams — across high-net-worth giving, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and earned income through consultancy and training. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Income will play a vital role in shaping the future of the organisation and enabling us to scale our impact.
The Head of Income will lead a talented team, including our Senior Fundraising Manager (trusts and foundations) and Corporate Development Manager (strategic multi-stakeholder partnerships), and collaborate closely with our CEO, Trustees and earned income delivery teams (consultancy and training) whilst also being hands on in relationship development. Your approach will be collaborative, survivor-centred and driven by SEA’s values. What will I be doing?
Leading on the delivery of campaign set up, development and launch across multiple channels (including ALT digital channels, telemarketing, direct mail, email, social)
Translating cross-channel integrated briefs into production specific briefs, leading on the delivery of data and digital campaign set-up requirements in collaboration with a number of internal teams
Taking responsibility for the content and creative production process, working with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling creative across a range of channels
Leading on in-campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, sharing recommendations for optimisation and to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns
Working with UX experts to devise pre-launch test and learn initiatives, using results to recommend areas for optimisation
With Marketing Executive support, leading on all aspects of campaign delivery including direct mail production and new supporter letter fulfilment
Keeping the marketing activity plan up to date and ensuring upcoming campaigns and activity are being briefed in to the correct teams in advance taking into account team SLAs
Being a marketing expert for the relevant product function, mentoring and upskilling 1 Marketing Executive.
What skills are you looking for?
Relevant experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysis, that meet campaign KPIs
Good understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns
Experience of managing and motivating agencies to drive maximum value from relationships
Strong time management skills
Commercially aware with experience of budget management
Data-driven with a good understanding of UX principles and experience of interpreting results and recommending opportunities for optimisation
Experience of developing highly effective campaign assets for use across channels

Refuge’s National Domestic Abuse Helpline provides a first point of contact and a national gateway to services across the UK for women fleeing domestic violence and other forms of violence and abuse. The helpline will be handling 144,000 calls per year, and is constantly developing and expanding the ways that women can safety reach out for support exploring technological innovation. It offers a gateway for women and children experiencing domestic abuse by providing support, signposting, referrals and information about the services available to them.
The Deputy Helpline Manager will be working as part of a management team, leading, planning and delivering the service to ensure that it supports as many women as possible in line with Refuge’s strategic vision. They will be directly responsible for a large team of helpline staff and sessional workers and will work alongside the Volunteer Coordinators to support with the recruitment, training, induction and development of a large volunteer team.

This is an exciting role which will combine overseeing and managing existing and prospective research partnerships with research teams around the country and world, and taking part in the development of Bipolar UK-led research.
Current research partners include teams at UCL, Oxford, Cardiff and the GW4 Alliance, Swansea, King’s College London, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Lancaster, Liverpool, together with international organisations such as The Global Bipolar Cohort and the International Society for Bipolar Disorders. As well as having our own inhouse Face to Face Fundraising team, we work with circa 4 agencies who provide us with the resource to engage and inspire the public to sign up to monthly donations supporting CRUK. To date, we have generated over £120m from face-to-face fundraising third-party individual giving activity, having a huge impact for our life saving research.
As a Face-to-Face Fundraising Manager, you'll be the driving force behind delivering our ambitious fundraising targets in this area, maximising opportunities, working with a range of agencies, stakeholders and your team to deliver our outsourced face to face acquisition programme in the UK, ensuring its success day to day.
You don't need to have worked specifically in the Face-to-Face Fundraising space previously, but you will need to come with experience of managing multiple agency relationships as well as strong stakeholder management skills.

What will I be doing?
Delivering a face to face fundraising acquisition programme via outsourced partners, in line with agreed strategy and targets.
Driving the success of the face to face fundraising acquisition programme, ensuring key performance indicators are met, pro-actively looking for opportunities to improve performance, working collaboratively and alongside our outsourced partners.
Ensuring appropriate training and compliance monitoring of face to face outsourced partner activity is in place, with timely and appropriate remedial action being taken where needed to ensure Cancer Research UK and industry standards are upheld and an excellent supporter experience is offered.
Establishing, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our suppliers and partners, proactively looking for opportunities to optimise our partnership with outsourced partners, for the benefit of the organisation.
Leading on the troubleshooting of day to day campaign delivery challenges, acting swiftly to implement workable solutions and ways forward, working closely with the F2F Manager - Outsourced Partners, Individual Giving Operations team, and the relevant stakeholders.
Ensuring all operational aspects of campaigns from planning through to execution and analysis are in place and as efficient as possible, putting processes in place to ensure the effective management of campaigns, working with the Individual Giving Operations team and other internal and external stakeholders to achieve this.
Onboarding new suppliers as required, and managing existing relationships through contracts, performance, monitoring compliance and service level agreements, working closely with the Face to Face Manager - Outsourced Partners.
What are you looking for?
Relevant experience of managing agency relationships, contract management, managing performance, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators ( Face to Face agencies would be beneficial but isn't essential).
Experience of working in a heavily regulated environment and ability to get up to speed with current fundraising regulation.
Relevant experience of planning, delivery and analysis of end to end project activity or campaigns (fundraising or face to face would be beneficial).
Flexible approach, with an ability to work successfully in a dynamic operating environment.
Proactive approach to problem solving with ability to manage several projects at any one time.

About the role:
This role's primary purpose is to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of Respect's training programmes. This involves an experienced Trainer facilitating courses, webinars, and workshops, as well as overseeing the creation of new training content and securing its CPD certification or OCN accreditation. This is a brand-new role with the exciting opportunity to help shape and grow Save the Rhino International’s fundraising from high-net-worth individuals, charitable family trusts and foundations, and corporate partners who share our passion for conservation. As Senior Philanthropy and Partnership Manager, you will lead on building and managing relationships with both new and existing supporters, helping to secure significant funding to support our long-term goals.
You’ll be responsible for the full supporter and partner journey, from identifying and approaching new prospects, to developing tailored proposals, making personal asks, and delivering excellent stewardship. - Experience in developing stewardship and recognition strategies that deepen engagement and foster long-term support
