We are now seeking a strong project manager with great people skills and an eye for detail to join as our Head of Operations. Join The Fore, the UK’s only venture philanthropy fund dedicated to backing the best small charities, and play a key role in achieving our goal of getting the most innovative solutions from grassroots to nationwide impact.
Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will lead the delivery of The Fore’s grant rounds, which are the core engine of our impact. You’ll oversee our Programme Team and pool of Strategic Applicant Consultants (SACs) and will make sure the strongest proposals reach our funding panels. Overview
Barts Health NHS Trust provides maternity and neonatal care for women and birthing people and their babies each year, providing all aspects of obstetrics and midwifery care in our labour ward, midwife-led birth centre and home birthing service.
NEL Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) listens to the experiences of women, birthing people and families, and brings together service users, staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity and neonatal care. The Meetings and Events Manager would lead on the delivery of the RSTMH meeting and events strategy. The Association of Directors of Public Health (ADPH) is a Charity and Company Limited by guarantee and is the representative body for Directors of Public Health (DPH) in the UK. The Association has a rich heritage, its origins dating back more than 160 years. It seeks to improve and protect the health of the population through collating and presenting the views of DsPH; advising on public health policy and legislation at a local, regional, national and international level; facilitating a support network for DsPH; and providing opportunities for DsPH to develop professional practice.
We are now looking to appoint to the full-time, permanent position of Development Programme Manager. The successful candidate will work with our Head of Development and Engagement to develop and deliver our comprehensive membership offer to our range of members.
In addition to managing their work programme they will act as Project Manager for some ADPH events, participate and lead cross team projects and line manage and oversee the work of our Project Administrators and Coordinators.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate experience of working in a training and leadership development environment, as well as a background in event and workshop management. Working with our senior stakeholders will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside a proven ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
The Association operates a hybrid working model, with an office in central London for staff who wish to attend, and welcomes candidates from across the UK. There is however a requirement that all staff attend our regular ‘face to face’ team meetings, further details of which can be provided ahead of any application by contacting the address shown in this posting.

The Governance Administrator will be responsible for supporting the organisation to adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, reducing the risk of non-compliance, fines, or reputational damage. They ensure policies and procedures align with governance standards and industry regulations.
What you'll do:
* Risk Panel Coordination: Manage and facilitate the full end-to-end process, including scheduling, document collation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Financial Administration: Process invoices and raise purchase orders in line with company procedures.
* Insurance Claims Management: Investigate, administer, and liaise with insurers and colleagues regarding company insurance claims.
* Whistleblowing Case Handling: Receive, allocate, and review whistleblowing complaints, including manning the helpline on a rota basis.
* Land Registry Assistance: Support colleagues with Land Registry searches and the procurement of copy title registers and plans.
* Legal Liaison: Work closely with solicitors on property transactions involving LACS and its subsidiaries.
* Governance Documentation Management: Ensure key governance documents are maintained, reviewed regularly and kept up to date.
* Coordination of the Contract Management documentation - gathering and keeping record of contract documentation
* Key Regulatory Filing - supporting the Director of Governance to complete online and physical filling requirements for Companies House, RSH etc.
* Maintaining online filing system - keep the Diligent Board portal and SharePoint filing up to date in an organised structure.
