al health rehabilitation units for young people aged 18-25 who may have experienced a mental health-related hospital admission. The aim is to support young people to gain and develop the necessary skills for independent living and to manage transitions from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult Mental Health Services.

Together, these services support up to 12 young people at any one time, offering a welcoming, supportive environment on a spot-purchase basis.

The successful candidate will deputise for the Service Manager when required. This includes direct line management, leadership, coaching, and supporting Specialist Support Workers, Support Workers, and Waking Night Support Workers. Responsibilities also involve ensuring compliance with current legislation, contractual requirements, financial regulations, and Look Ahead's Policies and Procedures.

The role of Deputy Manager will involve five 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

What you'll do:

Support the Service Manager in driving operational activities within your service area, ensuring clear, relevant, and challenging objectives and ongoing performance tracking.

About the role

This is a new role created at IRMO to strengthen how we measure, understand and communicate our impact. It sits at the heart of a learning-focused, community-led organisation working for migrant rights and social justice. We are open to hiring at either Officer or Lead level, depending on the experience and skills of the successful candidate.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) who can take the lead in reviewing our current MEL systems and practices, identifying what’s working well and where there’s room for improvement. You’ll help embed more consistent, robust approaches to evidence and learning across the organisation, with the aim of improving the quality of our services and better demonstrating our impact to funders, partners and the community.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role, with the primary goal of strengthening our MEL systems, tools and capacity. There may be potential to extend the contract, depending on organisational needs and funding.

You’ll work closely with Programme Managers to ensure that data is collected, analysed and used in ways that are meaningful and accessible — not only to meet funder requirements, but to improve how we work and support our community. You’ll also support reporting processes and help build capacity across the team around MEL tools and approaches.

Key responsibilities

Strategy review

• Conduct an initial analysis of IRMO’s current MEL practices, systems and tools.

• Develop recommendations and an action plan for strengthening MEL across the organisation with support from the Head of Programmes and Impact.

Systems and frameworks

• Design or refine MEL frameworks and tools across IRMO’s programmes.

• Set up or improve systems for tracking outputs, outcomes and impact, including use of IRMO’s CRM system (Views).

• Ensure MEL systems are practical, consistent, and aligned with IRMO’s Theory of Change and values.

Data and analysis

• Support teams with day-to-day data collection and quality assurance, in line with project and funding requirements.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate useful insight and evidence.

• Support quarterly and annual reviews across programmes.

Person specification

Essential

• 2–4 years of experience in a MEL, data or research role, ideally in a community, charity or non-profit setting.

• Demonstrated ability to assess existing MEL practices and lead improvements to systems, tools, and processes.

• Experience designing or managing MEL frameworks, such as theories of change, results frameworks, and indicators.

• Confidence working with both quantitative and qualitative data, including surveys, focus groups and participatory methods.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to generate learning, demonstrate impact and inform decision-making.

• Experience facilitating learning and reflection processes, and supporting services to adapt based on evidence.

Livingstone House is a 24 hour staffed 92 bed mix gender hostel, which provides short term supported housing for single homeless vulnerable people with Low to Medium support needs. Look ahead provides the support function and Riverside provides the housing management and night concierge. The Service provides on average 5 hours of weekly support to customers who reside in the hostel with the aim to provide them with the tools to move on within the community and live independently. On occasions, we may need support within our scattered sites based in Brent.

The Shift pattern of this role consist: 8am -4pm and 1.30pm - 9pm. Over a 7 day rota with 2 days off with weekend working

The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS), is the only patient-led organisation in the UK specialising in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Due to its targeted focus on RA and JIA, NRAS provides truly expert and wide-ranging services to support, educate and campaign for people living with these complex autoimmune conditions, their families and the health professionals who treat them.

1. Main Purpose of Job

To drive referrals to and use of, NRAS services from NHS relationships across the UK.

Identify, build and maintain relationships with Rheumatology and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure relevant healthcare professionals are aware of the support that NRAS provides to people with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Adult Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis.

To work with those healthcare professionals to maximise uptake of their referrals to our services.

We are seeking an experienced consultant (or consultancy) to develop a practical technical guidance document for brands on responsible disengagement and engagement. This will support responsible business conduct in sourcing decisions and contribute to better human rights outcomes in supply chains.

Purpose of the Consultancy

The consultant will develop a guidance document that helps companies navigate responsible disengagement (including order reduction and exit strategies) and engagement within global sourcing strategies. The document will be practical and accessible to both commercial/buying teams and ethical trade/human rights professionals. It will align with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and ETI’s frameworks on responsible purchasing, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and just transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a benchmarking exercise on existing frameworks and identify remaining gaps.
• Develop a 20–30 page technical guidance for brands, with case studies and examples of good practice.

JOB PURPOSE

You will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy, CEO, trustees and international colleagues to steward and cultivate key donor relationships and continue the development and implementation of the strategy to grow the major donor pipeline. As a Senior Manager, you will take ownership of the overall Major Donor Strategy, and budget and provide strategic insight into how we grow and improve our programme.

You will be confident in navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders and in negotiating internally as well as externally, championing the major donor programme to ensure a strong enabling environment for the growth of the programme. You will enjoy developing strong relationships, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and will be adept at managing donor and prospect pipelines as well as crafting compelling donor communications.

This role will be responsible for managing the Philanthropy Manager role and will provide support, mentorship and coaching to help the development of this role.

ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES

• Manage the philanthropy manager role through coaching, and by motivating and supporting them to reach their annual target.
• Build on a warm portfolio of donors to achieve current income targets and spot opportunities for growth and deeper development of philanthropic relationships
• Monitor and deliver annual philanthropy budgets and KPIs, assessing ongoing performance, proactively managing risks and providing accurate reporting.
• Own and drive the Major Donor strategy in collaboration with the Head of Philanthropy.
• Support on intermediary strategy and growth in this area.
• Work as part of the Philanthropy Team to grow opportunities within the major donor funding stream in line with UK4U’s fundraising strategy
• Lead on the growth and development of a robust prospect pipeline working with the corporate team, individual giving team, trustees, prospect research team, philanthropy team and other key stakeholders.
• Work with the wider international organisation to identify the most appropriate funding propositions for donors and also the internal technical experts and leadership colleagues who can help support and drive forward opportunities.
• Craft compelling propositions and proposals for major donors and ensure quality and timely reporting on donations made.
• Establish a strategic and tactical response to selected prospects and existing major donors in the event of humanitarian emergencies.
• Work independently and with the prospect researcher to gather up-to-date and accurate information on existing and prospective donors.
• Maintain accurate records on Salesforce, for income recording and earmarking.
• Work with the wider team to deliver bespoke activities including virtual and in-person events
• Support wider PPH strategic initiatives: helping identify and implement enablers to help the organisation secure and grow more multi-year partnerships, including at transformational levels.
• Help to position and raise awareness of UK4U’s role among peers, donors and other audiences by participating in sector networks and representing UK4U at events, as appropriate.
• Work within UK4U’s due diligence policy and GDPR policies and processes.
• Support the philanthropy team in other activities, as requested.

About the Service

Our Nightlight Service is proud to provide urgent support, crisis intervention and emotional support to people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire as an alternative to statutory pathways.

We provide support to adults across Hertfordshire 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our helpline, crisis centres, crisis cafes and a weekend Crisis House. We aim to provide a safe space for people in crisis to talk and feel supported, be listened to without judgement, access relevant support with problem solving and facilitate access to external services when necessary. As a member of our team you will work closely with service users in crisis by using a person-centred approach as to ensure that each individual is supported with dignity and respect.

The objectives of Hertfordshire Mind Network’s (HMN) Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Services are:

• To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire.
• To increase early access to help for people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire, by providing a clear and effective pathway to services provided by Herts Mind Network and other third sector and statutory providers.

About the Role

Mental Healthcare Support Workers are key members of staff delivering the Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Service, taking part in a rota covering 7 days per week, ensuring the delivery of quality crisis support services and instilling Hertfordshire Mind Network’s values throughout the crisis cafe and helpline provision. Working closely with other staff (bank staff, volunteers), coordinators, team leaders and Crisis manager to ensure services are of the highest quality and support the continued growth and development of the service.

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role

This Corporate Partnerships Manager role plays an essential role in helping the Fundraising Team achieve our ambitious income target, as the role will primarily support the planning, development and delivery of our hugely successful partnership with Asda Tickled Pink.

Raising over £92 million since 1996, Asda Tickled Pink has been the largest supporter of breast cancer charities in the UK over the last 29 years. It has been a major driving force in breast cancer research breakthroughs, funding life-changing services and championing vital breast awareness messaging to its customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Asda Tickled Pink works closely with two charity partners, CoppaFeel! and Breast Cancer Now, to raise funds for better treatments, vital education and life-changing support, for anyone who needs it. Together, we’re putting breast cancer awareness on everyone’s list.

As we head towards the exciting milestone of Asda Tickled Pink’s 30th Anniversary in 2026, we are looking for someone to join our team who will continue to amplify CoppaFeel!’s unique voice, creativity and perspective through the partnership to ensure we are reaching as many people as possible with our life-saving message.

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will support the Head of Partnerships in the delivery of all elements of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership, encouraging colleagues, customers and suppliers to fundraise and raise vital chest-checking awareness for us. You will deliver a variety of activities across the partnership, from working closely with the team at Breast Cancer Now to brainstorm and develop exciting new colleague engagement opportunities, to reviewing and signing off creative assets and communications that will be seen across Asda stores and channels nationwide.

As the day to day lead on the partnership, you will be responsible for achieving the ambitious annual target. The role will involve lots of hands-on account management to ensure that the partnership continues to be successful and works towards achieving both its ambitious awareness and fundraising objectives. There is opportunity to identify areas for growth within the partnership which would work towards achieving key objectives both for Asda Tickled Pink, and also for CoppaFeel!.

As part of the Partnerships team, you may also be required to support on the day to day delivery of other team activities, events and account management, including responding to enquiries, participating in meetings with internal stakeholders and supporting the delivery of the wider partnerships team strategy.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering the day to day management of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership , giving excellent customer service and stewardship to maximise income and strategic opportunities for CoppaFeel!
• Be a key point of contact for the team at Asda and Breast Cancer Now
• Deliver account management plans, communications plans and engagement plans for the partnership helping to achieve the partnership KPIs
• Work closely with the Asda PR and Social team, and the Marketing and Communications Manager at Breast Cancer Now to deliver engaging partnership communications
• Work with the wider CoppaFeel! team to identify, pitch and deliver new innovative projects to help us achieve our strategic aims through the partnership
• Present to Asda colleagues and suppliers about Asda Tickled Pink, CoppaFeel! and the impact that their support has
• Write and deliver a quarterly impact report to communicate the progress of CoppaFeel! projects and activities to the Asda Tickled Pink team
• Write and review copy, content and artwork for different partnership activities
• Motivate and inspire Asda customers and colleagues to fundraise for Tickled Pink
• Work with key Asda suppliers to support and enhance their Tickled Pink campaigns
• Manage incoming emails and queries from the Asda Community team as well as other colleagues and customers
• Represent CoppaFeel! in external meetings with key stakeholders alongside Asda and Breast Cancer Now
• Work closely with wider CoppaFeel! teams to provide high quality account management for Asda

• At least two years’ experience working for a charity in partnerships

National Numeracy supports volunteers from our corporate partners to deliver sessions in primary schools
that inspire children to see the value of maths in the real world. The Programme enables volunteers to
directly support communities with low number confidence and skills, celebrating everyday maths, and
developing the building blocks of social mobility in areas of need.

The new Programmes Assistant will work with the Volunteering Manager and wider Programmes Team to
deliver this exciting Programme. The role will involve working with internal team members and external
partners to assist with delivery, including recruitment of volunteers and schools, training of volunteers,
resource delivery and preparation, feedback, data collection and associated admin. The Programmes
Assistant will be the first point of contact for volunteers, schools and partner organisations.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to respond to the fast-paced work around the busiest
periods of the year for the Programme. It’s not imperative that you come from the education or charity

We are seeking an experienced consultant (or consultancy) to develop a practical technical guidance document for brands on responsible disengagement and engagement. This will support responsible business conduct in sourcing decisions and contribute to better human rights outcomes in supply chains.

Purpose of the Consultancy

The consultant will develop a guidance document that helps companies navigate responsible disengagement (including order reduction and exit strategies) and engagement within global sourcing strategies. The document will be practical and accessible to both commercial/buying teams and ethical trade/human rights professionals. It will align with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and ETI’s frameworks on responsible purchasing, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and just transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a benchmarking exercise on existing frameworks and identify remaining gaps.
• Develop a 20–30 page technical guidance for brands, with case studies and examples of good practice.
• Incorporate considerations such as climate-related sourcing shifts, geopolitical change (e.g. tariffs), and responsible purchasing practice requirements.
• Lead two consultation workshops with ETI stakeholders and brand members.
• Finalise and present the guidance following feedback and stakeholder input.

Essential Skills and Experience

• In-depth understanding of responsible sourcing, with experience in the garment and footwear sectors.
• Proven ability to develop clear, practical tools or guidance documents for business use.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills—able to translate complex concepts into plain language.
• Experience facilitating consultation workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage short-term consultancy assignments with high-quality outputs.

• Type: Consultancy contract
• Duration: 1 September – 21 November 2025
• Budget: Up to £19,500 (inclusive of VAT if applicable)
