Our client is a large, complex organisation operating in the not-for-profit sector, with a diverse portfolio that includes investment management, grant funding, housing services, and pension scheme administration. With an annual income exceeding £100 million, the organisation is undergoing significant transformation to modernise its finance systems and improve service delivery.
The Finance department operates as a shared service across multiple entities, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial sustainability. The team is currently engaged in a major transformation programme, including system upgrades and process improvements. This interim role has been created to allow the Head of FP&A more time to focus on this transformation. The Deputy will focus on BAU.
The Job
This is a senior interim leadership role within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. As Deputy Head of FP&A (Finance Business Partnering), you will:
- Lead a team of five Finance Business Partners, ensuring consistent and high-quality financial support across the organisation
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
- Drive improvements in reporting tools, templates, and processes
- Support the Head of FP&A and collaborate with other senior finance leaders
- Lead on business-as-usual change initiatives, including internal audit actions and risk mitigation
- Act as a senior finance representative on project boards and steering groups
- Promote financial accountability and literacy across the organisation

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.

We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.

About the role
This is a great chance to be a part of a service working alongside the Healthcare & Education Department within HMP Bronzefield to identify and support women who are identified as being neurodiverse or presenting with symptoms of neurodiversity and will be returning to the community. The Neurodiversity Lead will focus support on women with a neurodivergent need and improve their transition into the community, with ongoing community support; including collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop their support plans.
The Lead will work in a multi-disciplinary way, including attending the weekly complex case meeting and/or the Safety Intervention Meeting (SIM) as appropriate, they will act as a specialist member of the wider Advance Criminal Justice Service - London team, to facilitate a pathway for women with complex needs including mental health and neurodiversity needs. The Neurodiversity Lead will accept referrals from the Advance Criminal Justice Community team and prison services, and will create a link between prison and the community, helping women to navigate support services and to positively re-integrate into their community upon release. They will co-design a person-centred support and action plan with women accessing support, enabling to support them to address their needs and any risks. The role will combine a casework- based approach, along with a signposting and advice service for the women.
The Neurodiversity Lead will be based in the community and will provide a drop-in service (1-2 day per week) in HMP Bronzefield to support women who are close to release.
A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential
About You
To be successful as the Neurodiversity Lead you will need the below experience and skills:
An excellent understanding of mental health, neurodiversity needs violence against women and girls and its links to women in the criminal justice system
You will have the ability to complete trauma informed, support and action plans in collaboration with the woman; to support in addressing their multiple and individual needs and enable them to engage with services, which will result in timely and prescribed outcomes being achieved.
You will possess excellent organisational skills, excellent communication skills and be able to work in a prison environment whilst remaining calm.

OVERVIEW
This role will be a key member of our ambitious team, delivering a growing portfolio of fundraising campaigns, fundraising events, and supporter engagement initiatives. You’ll oversee our supporter journeys, manage our communications channels, and build meaningful relationships that drive income and deepen our impact.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising Campaigns & Income Generation
- Work with the Head of Fundraising to plan and deliver our 12-month supporter journey – including fundraising campaigns (online and offline), events and appeals.
- Manage our calendar of challenge events (e.g. The Don’s Cycle Challenge, Wombles Walk, Sponsored Skydive).
- Grow supporter-led community fundraising in the local area.
- Lead outreach to engage new local partners – including small businesses, schools and clubs – promoting fundraising opportunities and supporting their initiatives.
Communications & Marketing
- Alongside the Head of Fundraising, lead all communications for the charity.
- Create engaging fundraising content for email, website, and social media to drive online donations, event and programme sign-ups.
- Work with the wider Foundation team and club comms team to create content for social media, e-newsletters and our website.
- Promote Foundation programmes and campaigns to fans, families, and local supporters, driving participation and donations.

- Hold a relevant higher education or industry recognised certification or have a minimum of at least 1–2 years' experience in a fundraising, communications, supporter engagement or similar role

The British Academy – the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences – is seeking a Training and Development Manager to join our friendly and collaborative team in the Research Directorate, providing key support in the delivery of the Early Career Researcher Network Leadership and Development SHAPE Programme.
The role
The ECRN Training and Development Manager will work closely with the Head of ECRN and the ECRN Training and Development Officer to deliver the British Academy Early Career Researcher Network (ECRN) and Wellcome Leadership and Advancement SHAPE Programme. This involves overseeing the design and delivery of training content, managing budgets and payments, and coordinating logistics across both online and in-person activities.
You will contribute to the development and implementation of efficient working systems, policies, and processes and work collaboratively with the Head of ECRN to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
With responsibility for leading the planning and delivery of training programmes and workshops, as well as managing programme budgets and overseeing payments, you will also implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track impact.

We’re a small charity with a global reach and an important purpose: to reduce the burden of pulmonary vascular disease (PVD) - a serious condition that can lead to heart damage and trigger symptoms like breathlessness, chest pain, fatigue, poor growth, fainting, and light-headedness. Main Responsibilities
The principal responsibility of an Associate Organiser is their own development: learning the craft of Community Organising under the guidance of an experienced Community Organiser. Sounds great, what will I be doing?
To inspire people with complex mental health conditions to progress, and to gain and sustain paid employment. The Senior Employment Specialist will support clients directly by managing a caseload and will also support and develop the wider IPS team. The Senior Employment Specialist will work across the local NHS secondary care network alongside NHS clinicians to secure client referrals.
To work with clients with complex mental health conditions, you will need to be comfortable supporting people who have experienced / are experiencing serious mental health challenges, as well as possibly other serious difficulties in their lives. Although you will receive full training and support, it's important you are aware of the potential impact this may have on your own mental wellbeing.
The Senior Employment Specialist will follow the 8 principles of IPS, adhere to the IPS Fidelity Scale and achieve monthly targets and KPIs with the required administration and compliance.
What do I need to bring with me?
You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in employment services, preferably utilising the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of the mental health recovery framework and possess a proven track record of successfully placing individuals with barriers to employment into suitable roles. Excellent networking and employer engagement skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of the support needs of people with mental health conditions in securing, returning to, or retaining mainstream employment. Additionally, the candidate should have relevant knowledge and experience of working within a health or social care setting.
