About the role:

As a Service Delivery Assistant you will be:

• Supporting the Domestic Abuse Service Manager to provide a high quality and responsive administrative function for the Ashraya male victims service
• Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries into the service, supporting the wider team and service with general administrative duties
• Responsible for external and internal communications, collating and supplying information to internal and external contacts within deadlines

About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Internal Communications & Engagement Officer who can hit the ground running in our fast-paced team for a 12 month fixed term contract. What we’re looking for in our ideal Service User Engagement Lead :

Highly organised, you will have great attention to detail and help to reinforce our high standards in our work.

You will be good with data and proactively use this, other research information and best practice standards to identify opportunities for services to develop and improve. You will support others too in the use and analysis of data and its importance to service improvement.

You will demonstrate a passion to ensure the best outcomes for our service users, always placing them at the heart of what we do. Happy to challenge poor practice and internal and external policies.

You will also need to ensure that Vibrance’s Leadership Values into Actions are delivered and maintained to a consistently high level, and staff teams work with service users to identify and meet their own goals and aspirations.

Good knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements is essential.

You must be willing to work flexibly across our services and will have experience of managing staff and leading a diverse team, with a willingness to develop within the role. You must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), both internally and externally and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office.

As the role requires travel between services it is essential you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.

As CEO, you will lead the strategic and operational development of the Society, with a particular focus on:

 •  Fundraising & income generation – developing and securing grants, donations, and earned income

Are you passionate about pastoring and impacting the spiritual lives of children and young people? We’d love you to join our community at Springfield Church and lead our children and youth ministries in Wallington (a suburb of London with easy access to the City Centre). 

The Role:
You’ll be developing innovative discipleship spaces that connect with our young peoples’ unique experiences, shaping our monthly ‘All in’ services, and supporting Springers midweek Toddler group. You would develop these and other spaces, such as a Sunday afternoon Bubble Church, and build upon our relationships with local schools where we run Messy Church and have mentors supporting children.

What We Offer:
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll have opportunities to develop your leadership skills, contribute to our church’s vision, and shape the future of the children and youth ministry in our community. You will have ongoing support in the role from an experienced and committed staff team, led by Pioneer Vicar David Atkinson, alongside Pioneer Curate, Mel Wynn including strong operational support alongside other volunteer team members. You will receive children and youth-specific training through the Southwark Diocese Aurora course.

Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a passionate and strategic-thinking candidate - someone who loves pastoring young people and can train and release our growing team of volunteers (rather than doing everything yourself). You will understand and relate to the pressures and sense of community that come from living in different areas, such as the Roundshaw Estate and wider Wallington, and you would be able to demonstrate that you have been successful in pastoring children and youth in the community. You would share our values to grow in courage, compassion and creativity as we seek to build a culture of belonging around Jesus. Ideally, you would have a qualification in children and youth work, but this is not essential if you have relevant experience.

Older People’s Clinical Fellow (Occupational Therapist)​

About the role
We are launching the 2025-2026 Macmillan Clinical Fellowship programme. This is an exciting new programme, key in the implementation of our new ambitious 2025-2030 strategy.

The Older People's Clinical Fellow (Occupational Therapist) will be part of the Centre of Clinical Expertise and a member of the Cancer and Other Long Term Conditions Core Strategic group. The role will bring insight, expertise and the opportunity to collaborate to seek solutions, best practice and innovation. As part of this work there will be opportunity to deliver learning and development, conference presentations and media and communications activities such as academic publications, newsletters and web content development.

This role will be both beneficial to Macmillan in helping to improve the lives of people living with cancer, as well as provide the successful candidate with a potentially career changing opportunity. 

The fellow will be part of a highly motivated, inspirational and supportive team and be given mentorship support throughout the fellowship. 

This role is being recruited to as part of a cohort of clinical fellows from different disciplines and will have different areas of focus around Macmillan’s core strategic objectives allowing for peer support and learning:

• Equitable Experience of Care Clinical Fellow 

• Multi-Disciplinary Team Clinical Fellow

About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as an Occupational Therapist.
• An understanding/experience in health inequities
• Evidence of involvement in clinical leadership and management commensurate with your level of practice
• Evidence of considering equality, diversity and inclusion in work undertaken
• Good communication and IT skills
• The ability to build and sustain networks and professional relationships and work with multi-professional teams
