Homelessness continues to rise across the UK, and for many individuals experiencing it, their pet has been a vital and integral part of their life, often long before they lost their home. The bond between a person and their animal can be profound, offering emotional support, companionship, and a sense of purpose. For many, their pet’s wellbeing is a top priority, even in the most challenging circumstances. 

Accessing veterinary care while living on the streets, sofa surfing or living in a hostel or temporary accommodation provider can be incredibly difficult. That’s where StreetVet comes in. We are an award-winning national charity and a registered veterinary practice with the RCVS, providing free, accessible vet care to pets belonging to those experiencing homelessness across the UK. Our dedicated team of volunteer veterinary professionals deliver essential services where support is needed. We take our experience out of the consulting room and onto the pavements to provide the same first opinion vet care you would expect to receive in a practice. 

StreetVet also works to remove barriers to accommodation and homelessness service through our Accredited Hostel and Day Centre Scheme, which helps hostels, day centres, and hubs implement positive pet policies and become pet-inclusive. This includes free veterinary care for registered pets, staff training, essential pet supplies, and access to virtual vet consultations via our telemedicine platform. The scheme empowers hostels to welcome pet owners without forcing them to choose between a roof over their head and their beloved companion.

For someone experiencing homelessness, their pet can be a lifeline, offering unconditional love, emotional stability, and a reason to keep going. Many of our clients may have faced trauma, relationship breakdowns, addiction, and mental health challenges, making it difficult to build trust. StreetVet’s approach is rooted in compassion and accessibility, meeting people where they are to ensure no one is excluded from care. 

Operating in more than 20 locations currently across the UK and growing each year, we provide free essential and emergency veterinary services that keep pets healthy and happy. In doing so, we nurture a bond that is healing and empowering, helping people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their communities, and move forward together with their pets. 

Together with the critical support of a host of renowned organisations backing our team, StreetVet is changing the future for the pets of those experiencing homelessness who may otherwise have to go without the care they need and deserve. 

Role Description

The Hostel & Day Centre Coordinator (North) will work closely with the Hostel and Day Centre Manager and the Coordinator (South) to ensure the effective administration and smooth day-to-day operations of the StreetVet Accredited Hostel & Day Centre Schemes. This role plays a key part in welcoming and onboarding new hostels and day centres into the network and supporting the ongoing engagement and success of existing partners. By fostering strong relationships with hostels, day centres, suppliers, and sponsors, the post holder will help build a connected and responsive community that ultimately supports more pets accessing hostels and day centres. Acting as a central point of contact, they will collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure queries are addressed efficiently and support is delivered consistently. 
 
StreetVet is a small team of 15 employees and so we expect people to be highly flexible in their roles, a team player with a “can do” attitude, willing to turn their hand to anything that needs to be done.

The Lucy Faithfull Foundation (LFF) is a UK-wide charity that exists to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation. We’re here for everyone who needs us. We protect children by working with people who pose a risk and diverting them from causing harm. We support individuals and families who have been affected by abuse. And we help professionals who work with families to create safer environments for children through delivering risk assessments, interventions, training and consultancy.

About the role and you

We are looking for a data professional to support and manage significant changes in the way our charity uses, processes and manages data. Our teams pride themselves on evidence-informed practice, using research and data to enhance their work at every stage. There are elements of our charity’s work which are unique to our field, making our data highly valuable in contributing to the future of preventing child sexual abuse. We collect data all the time: on the individual progress of our clients, the reach of our campaigns and the demand for our support. As part of our new Tech and Data Strategy, we are taking the next stage in our use of data analysis and data science, ensuring that we use our data more effectively and efficiently to support our teams in preventing child sexual abuse.

We are looking for a Data Scientist/Analyst to help us make this change. You will be based in the LFF Research Team, reporting to our Director of Research and Impact.

This role will facilitate better use, processing and management of data across the organisation. It will focus on four areas:

• Data systems and structures
• Data analysis
• Data visualisation
• Data security and compliance

The postholder will work alongside experienced researchers to develop a new portfolio of priority projects to enhance our work. With no fixed task list or assigned service, this role offers the freedom to explore and innovate, identifying where data, data science, and data systems can drive real change.

This role will be remote or hybrid - we have offices in Bromsgrove, Epsom and Edinburgh.

You’ll be part of a collaborative Finance Business Partnering team of eight, providing financial insight and support to Mencap’s enabling functions – including IT, People, CEO Office, and Finance – as well as key org-wide strategic projects. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by helping senior leaders understand their financial position, make informed decisions, and help deliver the charity’s objectives.

What you’ll do

• Partner with senior stakeholders and project managers to deliver clear, insightful financial analysis and reports.
• Lead monthly finance reviews with budget holders, providing expert advice and challenge to drive sound decision-making.
• Support the creation of accurate budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial plans are realistic and aligned to organisational goals.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through critical review of results and proactive financial insight.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in management accounting, business partnering, or financial planning and analysis.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to build relationships and explain financials to non-finance colleagues.
• Ideally, part-qualified or working towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Charity or not-for-profit experience, and familiarity with Power BI, would be an advantage.

The Data & Research Manager plays a key role in Youth Futures Foundation’s Impact and Evidence team, helping us understand and address youth unemployment in England.

The postholder will lead on managing our data infrastructure including our flagship youth labour market dashboard and contribute to the design, commissioning, and delivery of high-quality quantitative research and analysis.

Reports to: Transport Solutions Manager. 

About the role:

At the Motability Foundation, we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose.  

We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that can work flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. This includes a growing portfolio of projects tackling key challenges like inclusive EV charging, complex community transport funding opportunities, and large-scale research such as the National Centre for Accessible Transport.  

We are now recruiting several Grant Managers to join this team and help us deliver our vision. This role works within a dedicated team to assess grant applications from charities and organisations applying to the Motability Foundation for grant-funding to support their work in the disability transport sector. 

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, purpose-led team driving change in the transport system for disabled people and to work on some of the most interesting and impactful projects in the sector. 

What you will be doing:

• Manage grant delivery, including assessment, due diligence, contracting, monitoring, and closure, across our funding rounds.  
• Engage with all levels of applicant and grantee organisations to understand their work, assess their proposals, and provide support and challenge to strengthen delivery and outcomes. 
• Undertake financial, reputational, governance, and operational due diligence in line with our policies and risk appetite. 
• Produce high quality assessments of applications for review by our grant panels, including award recommendations.
• Work with applicant organisations to develop and agree contractual grant agreements. 
• Manage and monitor multi-year grant awards to ensure objectives and KPIs are achieved within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Ensuring all of our data records are kept up-to-date including reconciling payment schedules to grant records. 
• Work closely with colleagues across the TST to provide insight from delivery into programme development, and to learn from others’ work across research, innovation and partnerships. 
• Staying abreast of key issues facing the disability and transport sectors, to understand how these shape and influence applications to Motability’s grant programmes. 
• Support delivery of non-traditional funding mechanisms such as challenge prizes, research calls, or commercial commissioning approaches, contributing to assessment and management.

• Experienced in assessing, managing, monitoring and evaluating grant applications or similar roles related to charitable grant making. 
• Understanding of not-for-profit structures, including charities, social enterprises and other not-for-profit organisations. 
• Experience in writing a variety of styles including academic, reports, and impact.
• Demonstrable ability to prioritise when faced with a continuous flow of applications and variable work load.
• Experience of effectively engaging at all levels within applicant organisations leading discussions where necessary. 
• Good with numbers, and the ability to understand and interpret budgets and accounts.

Health & Safety Coordinator

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months max, to cover maternity leave.

The hours are 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday

The role:

The Health & Safety Coordinator will provide support across the Rothschild Foundation to ensure that all appropriate health and safety, risk management, and related compliance systems and procedures are in place, reviewed and updated regularly.

This role is responsible for producing incident reports and submitting RIDDOR reports, undertaking weekly and quarterly playground inspections, as well as responding to all queries - both internally and externally - relating to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations into workplace and visitor incidents, and be directly responsible for the necessary record keeping and any claims management.
• Working with the Security Department, and supporting as required with fire testing and safety. You will work with the Head of Security on disaster planning and the disaster team in general
• Ensure contractor management policy is followed, and new contractors are onboarded correctly with all documents checked
• Undertake weekly and quarterly routine inspection of the children’s woodland playground at Waddesdon Manor, ensuring all paperwork is completed, reporting any required works, and liaising with ROSPA and the insurers during their annual inspection
• Make the action points for the H&S Committee meeting, distribute these in a timely manner, and support preparation of the agenda in advance of the meeting
• Ensure Heads of Departments update and maintain all risk assessments for their business area and that record of awareness forms are completed annually, and remind Heads of Department about conducting new activity risk assessments
• Coordinate mandatory training for the Rothschild Foundation using the e-learning system and regularly produce reports on staff members that have not completed the required modules and flag to the relevant line manager

You have great attention to detail and excellent record keeping skills, as well as 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. You'll have experience working in health and safety and the ability to process incident reports and undertake inspections.

This position is Maternity cover until March 26 initially but with the opportunity for something permanent or longer term after this date subject to performance. 

As an IPS Employment Specialist at Twining-Hestia, you will support individuals with severe mental health issues to find and sustain paid employment using the internationally recognized Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.  

Based in Hounslow, you will manage a 20-25 caseload of clients, engaging them in developing and implementing tailored employment plans to meet their goals. Your responsibilities include conducting career guidance, job searches, CV preparation, and interview coaching, while working closely with clinical staff and community partners such as Job Centres, local business employers. You will also provide ongoing support to clients to help them remain in or return to work, ensuring they receive the necessary adjustments and access to financial advice. Engaging with employers, meeting monthly targets, and maintaining accurate records are key duties. This role is primarily based on site and in the community 65% of your working week, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week only.

The role
Relief International is looking for an operational Global Human Resources Director to lead our global HR function. This is a unique opportunity for a senior HR professional to drive real, lasting impact across our international operations by strengthening the foundations of HR practice, enhancing team capability, and embedding consistency and compliance across global offices.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the Global HR Director will act as a trusted advisor to the COO and wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on all people and organisational matters.
This is a transformative role for a leader who combines vision with pragmatism, and who thrives on translating challenges into meaningful change. The successful candidate will:

• Modernise and harmonise HR policies and processes across country programmes and global support offices.
• Review and update staff handbooks and HR procedures to ensure relevance, clarity, and compliance.

• Skilled in change management and supporting organisations through transitions.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g. BambooHR), staff handbooks, and performance tools.

• Strong communicator, capable of building relationships across cultures and levels.
• Fluency in English, French language skills are desirable but not essential.
• Current right to work in the UK.
