Reporting to Head of Employment & Careers you will be required to manage and support a varied and challenging caseload into employment by providing high quality information and guidance. As a Senior Employment Advisor, you will be expected to conduct employer engagement activity for the service, as well as support the delivery of job fairs and sector specific workshops. The role will also require you to ensure the service is at capacity levels by establishing and maintaining a network of referral partners and attending outreach events.
You will have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar post supporting disadvantaged groups back to work and/or training and education. You will have experience of working in an evidence-based practice and working to set targets. You will be equipped with influencing and persuasion skills.
You will also be responsible for conducting caseload reviews weekly/monthly and maintaining up to date beneficiary records on our internal systems.

Summary of the role:
The Global Programmes Manager provides supervision and management support to Muslim Aid Country Offices and implementing partners ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of high-quality delivery of projects and programmes in line with organizational strategy, in compliance with donor expectations, governmental and international standards.
The role is responsible for technical and management advice and support to ensure Muslim Aid Country Offices and partners are implementing, monitoring and evaluating programme activities in compliance with Muslim Aid’s strategy and budget as well as recognised international standards.
In addition, other key responsibilities include building and expanding strategic partnerships, with donors and other development partners to increase the size, scope and quality of programmes implemented by the Country Offices to reach the poorest, marginalised and underserved populations. - Educated to degree level standard in international development or similar related field

- Excellent project management and facilitation skills.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Sustrans as part of the Paths for Everyone Strategy to shape and develop the future vision for the National Cycle Network in across Scotland.
As Network Development Manager for NCN Planning, you will work closely with councils and partners to identify and initiate a range of projects that will fix and grow the National Cycle Network in Scotland. About the role:
As our Finance Manager you will be at the heart of the charity’s operations and play a vital role in helping to achieve our strategic objectives. You will be confident using financial systems and tools such as Sage 50, Excel, and spreadsheets, and will consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. About the Role
We're looking for a Therapy Manager to join the team. Leading a team of trauma-informed therapists while delivering trauma-informed therapeutic services. We are a dynamic service with a holistic service model, so the senior role is supporting wider than just direct delivery.
You'll play a key role in supporting clients, managing communications, supporting volunteers/placements. You will work closely with our community development team and criminal justice teams to ensure survivors have access to the right support. All staff have a thematic leadership area to expand the organisations knowledge in areas impacting male survivors and their loved ones.

You’ll be someone who is a qualified and experienced therapist working with trauma with a background of leading effective teams. We’re especially keen to hear from people with experience in working with men, sexual harms and supporting therapist and trainees, but we value transferable skills too. The role of the Human Resource Officer is integral in progressing UNISON’s people management and wide HR strategic agenda. It will provide professional human resource and employee relations advice and support to UNISON’s managers on key areas such as case management, staff movement and recruitment, absence management and Occupational Health referrals, and general people matters.
The role will be responsible in providing support to managers in addressing performance, harassment, grievance and disciplinary matters effectively in line with current employment law, while also ensuring that staffing budgets are managed and maintained within the financial guidelines.
The successful person will have the ability to problem solve with a proactive approach to finding solutions and have the ability to advise and communicate effectively. They will have experience of operating in an environment where there is an active trade union representative and negotiate and consult on day to day issues.

As our Advice & Supervision Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the delivery of advice services across both office-based and community outreach settings.
You will supervise, support, and develop a team of employed advisers, volunteers, and supervisors—ensuring our services are of the highest quality and delivered in line with Citizens Advice standards. This includes oversight of advice sessions, project coordination, case checking, and ensuring team members are up to date with training and development.
This is a key leadership role requiring strong people management skills, sound advice knowledge, and the ability to motivate and empower others. You will demonstrate a deep commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service, with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for our clients
Job Location: Home-based, with some travel to our London office.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Grade: Point 32-34 £35,614- £37,489 (a London Allowance will be applied to employees who live in London, plus 6% employer’s pension, subject to a minimum 2% contribution by the employee)
Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2026, with potential 12-month extension to March 2027 pending funding confirmation

Advice Manager (Outreach & Data)
The Advice & Wellbeing Team at KCLSU are looking for an Advice Manager (Outreach & Data) to join us in running our vital Advice service for student's at KCL.
As the Advice Manager (Outreach & Data), it is your role to ensure an effective and efficient Advice service that meets the needs of students and supports the development of the colleagues in Advice. You will do this by developing partnerships across both King’s and KCLSU to ensure more students and staff have a strong understanding of the service. You will also lead on process changes to streamline data collection and impact reporting to ensure our service is constantly improving.
Key responsibilities include;
- Managing the delivery and development of the Advice Service by collaborating closely with the Advice Manager (Training and Development) and the Advice Manager (Triage)
- Collaborating with the Advice management team to review and improve systems and processes to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leading the development of the Advice outreach strategy and delivery ensuring it responds to the needs of underrepresented groups while educating students about the Advice service and relevant procedures and regulations.
- Managing three Student Advisors and support their development and ensure the quality and consistency of advice delivered.
- Leading partnership building across King's and KCLSU to build awareness and collaborative working including leading faculty-specific projects informed by data.
- Leading on service evaluation and impact reporting ensuring that data collection is accurate, consistent and frequent.
- Being a point of safeguarding escalation for Advice colleagues and be responsible for escalating safeguarding concerns appropriately to the Head of Advice.
- When needed, support with complex cases and be responsible for cases being picked up in busy periods.
- Leading Advice involvement in KCLSU activities such as Welcome, Take Time Out, Wellbeing Week, Wellbeing Hubs and cover in times of sickness to ensure a consistent presence of Advice
- Supporting the Head of Advice and Wellbeing to build an advice service that is accessible to all KCL students, for students currently underrepresented in our community profile.
