The role and your key responsibilities
As a Partner Success Lead your role is to provide world class customer service to our partner base of over 2,500 schools and colleges. You will be responsible for onboarding our new schools and supporting our existing schools to make the most of the Unifrog platform. Solutions and customer service focused, you will make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are prompt, positive and successful.

Chief Executive – full-time, permanent, London (flexible/hybrid)
The Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) is seeking a new Chief Executive to lead the organisation through the next phase of its growth and development. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and energetic senior player to lead a small executive team, along with many highly dedicated and capable Institute members, as we embark on a number of key development projects which will continue to grow our charitable activities and influence in the food sector. The role is a key point of contact and ambassador for the Institute with many senior and influential stakeholders within the food sector and governments.
We are looking for a strong strategic and conceptual thinker, experienced in business and financial management, who can communicate with and influence people at all levels. The role leads a small team and will have significant hands-on involvement in day to day operational matters.
The individual will have attained a BSc or equivalent level, and have demonstrable experience in leadership and people management. They will have a broad understanding of the food (or associated) sector (and preferably experience working in the sector). Ideally, the individual will already have experience managing or running a charity, and so will have a practical understanding of charity governance best practice.
With multiple activities from publishing through to professional recognition and from scientific and technical events and communication through to supporting the next generation of talent, the Institute is looking for a leader who can work creatively and yet in a focussed way to ensure all these activities are progressed.
Ideally, they will have previously worked for a professional membership body and are likely to have experience in the food sector.

Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing & Sales plays a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s growth. Our projects are usually complex with a high public profile, they have significant impact on the lives of many thousands of people, and involve working with an exciting mix of tech entrepreneurs, civil society organisations (not for profits and public interest organisations) and government bodies
We have launched prizes that include improving outcomes for Nepalese farmers, improving access to energy for refugees and the £10m Longitude Prize for antimicrobial resistance. Some of our current prizes include the EU Social Innovation Competition, the Toyota Mobility Unlimited Challenge and prizes aimed at using tech to reduce social isolation, improving access to justice and giving people control over their financial data in order to access innovative products tailored to them.
Job purpose
We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to support all aspects in the delivery of Challenge Works programmes. An enthusiastic team player with a knack for problem solving. Someone who is able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, moving effortlessly from day-to-day management to supporting the team on planning and strategy. The ideal candidate will have some programme assistant experience, including experience of developing, maintaining and revising systems, budget and financial monitoring, relationship management, communications and management of social media channels.
The Role
Programme Coordination
- Work closely with Programme Managers to enable smooth day-to-day programme execution.
- Monitoring of milestones, evaluation and finance to keep check of project budgets and deadlines. Flagging action points to the Programme Manager when necessary.
- Develop, maintain and revise (as necessary) systems that will underpin the delivery of the prizes.
- Carry out procurement activities end-to-end, including development of contracts, legal documents and CRM
- Development of key documents relating to the delivery of the prizes.
- Manage internal and external meetings, including developing agendas and writing minutes.
Stakeholder Management & Teamwork
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the prizes.
- Day-to-day management of external relationships, from stakeholder networks to high-profile individuals and prize entrants.
Communications & Events
- Help support communications activities of various challenge prizes, for example, managing monthly newsletters, social media and updating websites.

The post holder will:
Working with the Head of New Partnerships, the New Corporate Partnerships Manager will:
-Help develop and implement the Corporate Partnerships team's new partnerships strategy, working closely with the Head of New Corporate Partnerships and other team members.
-In year one, be accountable for delivering an individual income target for 22/23 and supporting the overall New Partnerships Teams' multi-year income targets and ROI, working with the Head of New Corporate Partnerships and reviewing progress on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead a large staff team across London to achieve and exceed programme performance targets and operational standards.
· Oversee core services including IPS in Primary Care, IPS in SMI and Employment Advisors in Talking Therapies, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
· Line management of currently 4 Service Leads.
· Champion a person-centered, outcomes-focused culture of excellence and innovation.
· Ensure services meet quality assurance standards including high IPS fidelity.
· Monitor and evaluate team/individual performance, taking action to address issues.
· Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with commissioners, health providers, employers.
· Contribute to the delivery of Twining and Hestia’s strategic plans, by working in partnership with other departments and directorates, external organisations, and commissioners.
· Proactively scan the environment for gaps and opportunities to create new interventions to underpin recovery through employment for people experiencing complex needs.
· Collaborate closely with Business Development in tendering for new services and in the retention of existing services.
· Achieve results within agreed budgets and identify efficiencies.
· Prepare and distribute reports as required.
· Promote Twining’s employment services and successes through effective internal and external communications.
· Recruit, train, develop and performance manage high caliber staff.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety responsibilities, legislation, regulations and policies.
· Work flexibly within the Senior Leadership Team and maintain professional knowledge and development.
· Perform other duties as required.
