About the team
Kinship is in the third year of delivering the first national peer support service for kinship carers in England. We have created 145 peer support groups and supported and trained kinship carers to create and lead their groups in a way which meets their needs.
With a new contract from the Department for Education, we’re now entering a new phase of our service with a focus on:
- creating 90 new sustainable peer support groups in areas of most need over 21 months;
- sustaining and developing the current 145 existing groups; and
- providing support and help to build a sustainable and welcoming community for all peer support groups across England.
This role will mobilise, develop and innovate our existing offer into a new Peer Support Hub with the focus on supporting sustainability and building resilience of peer support groups and their leaders. You will support and build our Kinship peer support community.
You’ll work with group leaders to develop a central hub of accessible and useful resources to help them to sustain their groups, working with colleagues right across Kinship to promote consistent access to services and activities (training, programmes, information, advice and campaigns), building a joined-up user experience.
About the role
The role of the Peer Support Hub Lead is to oversee and take accountability for sustaining kinship peer support groups across England in priority areas as part of a new hub and spoke delivery model.
In this context, your team is the centralised ‘hub’ of the service, delivering an exciting programme of training, speakers, toolkits and resources to help peer support group leaders develop, build and sustain their group well.
Your national team of three will make sure groups feel connected and supported, learn from each other and build a powerful and resilient peer community.

The type of person we’re looking for:
This is a new a role and a new structure for the team. You will need to be a strong, boundaried manager and leader. You will understand the power of building relationship-focussed peer support groups and the importance of in person local community engagement and outreach.
The team you lead will focus on community outreach and relationship building to develop new groups and new support group leaders through to independence. By independence, we mean that the groups will function successfully without a staff member present.
We want groups to feel a sense of community and belonging through all support and services we offer at Kinship, so your team will be the local contact. They are expected to be out and about in communities.
Your team will need to build resilience through in person outreach, support, training and connection to ensure groups are able to function independently before moving to new ‘hub’ team who will provide centralised support and community building.
Your team will also reach out to existing groups (providing a face of the service and a relationship with it), ensuring they have the resources they need and support to sustain their group and then transition to the ‘hub’ team. This will include in person visits.
Purpose of the role:
The role of Programme Lead is to oversee and take accountability for the development and creation of new sustainable kinship peer support groups across England in priority areas as part of a new hub and spoke delivery model. In this context, your team is the ‘spoke’ of the service, delivering local outreach, online groups (where appropriate) and relationship building with kinship carers.
Managing a national team of seven staff (two direct line reports), you will provide firm leadership, ensuring targets and funder SLAs are met consistently and the service is delivered to a high quality. You will provide monthly reports, ensuring delivery is on track and most importantly that kinship carers have an excellent and positive experience.

The Operations Manager is responsible for Dose of Nature’s day-to-day operational management, providing a welcoming and efficient front face and ensuring organisational effectiveness to support the delivery of Dose of Nature’s strategic objectives. Dose of Nature is a mental health charity whose objective is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of individuals through increased engagement with the natural world. Our work is rooted in a wealth of scientific evidence that demonstrates the physiological and psychological benefits of spending time in nature. We deliver ‘nature prescriptions’ to people referred by their GP with a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Our Dose of Nature Prescription Programme is overseen by psychologists and is a genuine alternative to both medication and more traditional psychological interventions. Through a combination of education, first-hand experience, and practical and motivational support, we aim to encourage a greater connection with nature, and inspire lifestyle changes that will have a significant and lasting impact on mental wellbeing. Purpose of job: To work as a key part of the Philanthropy and Partnerships Team, line managed by the Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, and accountable to the Museum’s Director. This role will bring in vital income from trusts, foundations, corporate partners and individuals to deliver the business plan. The Philanthropy & Partnerships team
In Autumn 2023, Foundling Museum delivered a successful, ambitious capital campaign to secure the future of the Museum through a variety of supporters, from individuals, major supporters and trusts/foundations.
The Philanthropy team is responsible for the funding revenue needs of the Museum, which for 2024-25 is c£800,000, making up approximately 36% of total income.
The post of Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager will deliver against personal targets toward this goal. Remaining income includes Arts Council England National Portfolio funding, NLHF funding, core earned income (admissions) and trading activities (retail and venue hire).
The Philanthropy and Partnerships team collaborates closely with the Director, Chair of Trustees and Development Consultants and across all departments to understand and translate fundable and core activities into compelling cases for support. Across a year the team raises vital income for exhibitions, learning and participation activities, events, capital projects, an established endowment fund and unrestricted revenue income.

The Responsibilities

Working closely with people in prison, prison managers, Shannon Trust staff and volunteers you will ensure development of our criminal programmes maximising literacy and numeracy learning opportunities for people across a number of prisons and contracts in your area.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings, managing teams and contract performance, underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach. The Royal Marsden offers hybrid working, with a requirement of 2 days per week based at their Chelsea or Sutton site, with occasional working from Chelsea or Sutton site. Salary for this role is between £40-44k per year.
The Marketing Campaign Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery, and measurement of defined marketing campaigns, seeking efficiencies and development opportunities for growth. They will implement insight driven test and learn programmes and work to identify new marketing opportunities and audiences.
We are looking for a passionate and proficient marketer with experience of driving the development and delivery of complex integrated campaigns, someone who is a confident communicator and has strong relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Successfully manage the strategy development and delivery of key defined marketing campaigns such as The Banham Marsden March from brief to launch and evaluation, on time and to budget, to achieve growth.
· Project manage these campaigns, ensuring marketing deliverables and milestones are met, and incorporate marketing activity across our channel mix. This includes defining and agreeing the brief with the key stakeholder, defining timings and budgets, and gathering quotes.
· Work cross-functionally with Fundraising colleagues and across the Marketing and Digital team to understand and develop, design and execute marketing campaigns applying a holistic view, which unifies channels and customer engagement touch points.
· Manage the day-to-day relationships with associated external suppliers, such as printers, freelancers, photographers, and creative agencies on allocated projects.
· Manage the Marketing Officer, supporting them to deliver their objectives and ensuring their development.
Person Specification:
· Creating marketing strategies for individual campaigns or products, including the testing of new tactics or ideas.
· Proficiency in executing end to end multi-channel marketing campaigns or projects from brief to delivery.
· Excellent written and oral skills including strong content production and brief writing skills.
· Working across multiple teams, with a range of internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
· Delivering clear, collated and focused feedback to agencies and stakeholders.
· Excellent knowledge of creative design principles – showing good creative appreciation and an ability to recommend direction.
· Establish and report against KPIs which measure success, impact and effectiveness.
· Management of an officer level line level report, or desire to take on this responsibility.
· Strong project and campaign management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and be adaptable to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
· Confident communicator, proficient in building relationships and managing stakeholders.
