- Manage the development and implementation of new versions of the postgraduate curricula for our specialities.

- Undertake market research to evaluate the viability of proposed new workforce initiatives, targeting those with the greatest reach and impact.

This area covers prisons HMP Winchester, HMP Bullingdon, HMP Grendon, HMP Springhill, HMP Aylesbury, HMP Huntercombe, HMP Woodhill, HMP Isle of Wight and HMP Gurnsey. We are seeking proactive, committed, and enthusiastic applicants to join our team and help us continue our journey.
Working closely with people in prison, prison managers, Shannon Trust staff and volunteers you will ensure development of our criminal programmes maximising literacy and numeracy learning opportunities for people across a number of prisons and contracts in your area.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings, managing teams and contract performance, underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach. We want to hear from applicants who can lead, drive performance and who are as committed to the cause as we are.
This is a home-based role which requires regular weekly travel across the South Central area to prisons and meetings (anticipated number of travel days are 2 days per week).

The Communications Officer will be responsible for supporting the communications and digital team to maintain consistent and high-quality communications across our global membership, donors and external stakeholders.
They will handle the day-to-day operations of our programme communications, website, social media platforms, member community forum, asset management, email marketing, and event communication, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.

Communications:
- Develop, contribute to and implement impact-driven and strategic communications campaigns that build Kineara’s fundraising capacity and raise awareness of the issues

Age UK are recruiting for a Senior Influencing Project Manager on a fixed term 12 month contract.
We will be developing a number of research, policy and practice development projects in support of our new strategy. These include the 'extremely vulnerable people' project and a new partnership researching older people's experiences pre and post an urgent episode of care or emergency hospital admission.
This exciting opportunity will also take on responsibility for managing our response to the Pandemic Inquiry and relationship with the Health and Wellbeing Alliance. This is initially a 12-month role, with the possibility of extending to 24 months depending on project funding.
The successful Senior Strategic Influencing Manager will take the lead in designing and delivering these complex projects, including management of external partners, consultants or agencies and internal teams as required.
