The role:

The CRM Systems Manager champions and enables long-term customer engagement through the management and continued development of our CRM systems, primarily Tessitura. Working closely with the Head of Digital and Data, you will lead the Globe’s use of Tessitura and the wider integrated ecosystem, ensuring it is optimised for the organisation’s business needs.

The role is responsible for both:

Support and maintenance - ensuring this business-critical system is functioning correctly and efficiently

Development and innovation - working across the organisation to deliver new features that improve efficiency for staff, increase revenue generating opportunities and deliver a seamless self-service experience for customers

The skills:

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience supporting CRM and ticketing systems, ideally Tessitura, who can help us develop how we use the system to deliver our strategic objectives and audience goals.

You’ll be confident writing SQL queries, using reporting tools like SSRS and exploring new technologies to extend our capabilities. Alongside this, you’ll be able to translate these technical ideas into plain language and deliver training that builds confidence and capability.

You’ll bring business analysis and problems solving skills to develop and deliver smart solutions and you’ll be able to quickly build strong relationships across teams to ensure everyone makes the most of our systems.

The team:

The Digital and Data team is responsible for the Globe’s digital products; our strategic use of audience and visitor data; and our approach to integrated customer journeys across all touchpoints. Alongside the rest of the Audiences directorate, we champion an audience-first approach across the organisation and work to build customer loyalty whilst diversifying our live and digital audiences.

The Audiences directorate includes the Digital and Data team as well as Marketing, Communications and PR, Ticketing and Sales, Retail and Audience and Visitor Operations.

About the role

To help drive fundraising, we’re creating a new senior role: Supporter and Community Engagement Lead. This role will lead our supporter-led fundraising—covering regular giving, digital fundraising campaigns, community fundraising, and legacies—with a focus on expanding our donor base, improving supporter experience, and developing new, insight-led fundraising products.

We know there’s increasing demand from supporters and partners for more creative and meaningful ways to engage with our work. This strategic role brings the expertise and capacity needed to meet that demand—boosting engagement from current supporters and enabling us to reach new audiences.

This role is essential to ensure we continue to be an effective, inclusive and people-led organisation. Your role will be vital in making sure Breaking Barriers is and continues to be a great place to work for its staff.

Purpose of the role:

The Junior Salesforce Administrator role supports the effective use and ongoing development of the Churchill Fellowship’s Salesforce CRM platform and related applications. Working closely with the Salesforce Team and other internal teams, you will ensure our data remains accurate and accessible, help to improve business processes, and provides user support and training across the organisation. You will play a key part in ensuring Salesforce functions as the single source of truth for organisational data. 

Key responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration and Support:

• Support day-to-day Salesforce user needs, including responding to support tickets and troubleshooting.
• Maintain data quality through duplicate management, validation rules, and standardised field formatting.
• Assist with regular data cleaning activities and updates to system records. 
• Help to prepare technical documentation and user guidance materials. 
• Contribute to routine platform maintenance, upgrades, and third-party app integrations (e.g., FormAssembly, Conga). 
• Support data reporting and dashboards to ensure teams can access reliable insights. 
• Collaborate on developing and refining automated processes using Flows and other Salesforce tools.

Grant & Event Technical Support:

• Assist with the technical setup of grant-related processes in Salesforce, including automations and applicant communications. 
• Support the Events and Development teams with Salesforce Campaign setup, RSVP forms, and invitation tracking. 
• Help ensure integrations and automations run smoothly before, during, and after events. 
• Monitor engagement and follow-up activities through reports and dashboards.

Systems Training & Team Support:

• Provide training and onboarding support to help new and existing staff understand and use Salesforce effectively.
• Contribute to the identification of system improvement opportunities to support organisational needs. 
• Work with internal teams to ensure data protocols are followed and support the development of efficient processes.

Recruitment Process

About the role 

Morden College is seeking a dynamic Brand and Digital Manager to support the Communications Lead
to put Morden College’s brand and new Strategic Framework at the heart of everything we do to deliver excellent homes, high quality services and thriving communities. This is an exciting role that will help transform resident and staff engagement with a number of projects in the pipeline that you will support including brand development work, a new website and the development of e-communications through a new CRM system. 

As a passionate brand ambassador, you will work to embed the brand internally, maximising, opportunities to amplify the brand, and driving brand consistency. With creativity and strong design skills, you will be responsible for producing in-house online and print assets, while deepening engagement with residents, staff, volunteers, and the wider public.

Main duties and responsibilities 

Brand strategy and development 

• Support on the development and implementation of Morden College brand strategy driving engagement across the charity and ensuring consistency across all platforms. 

• Act as an internal brand consultant across the organisation, collaborating with teams to amplify the brand and maximise brand opportunities. 

• Support and collaborate with the Communications Lead to deliver assets to evolve the brand in line with Morden College’s new Strategic Framework. 

Content creation and storytelling  

• Be responsible for the in-house design of all communications assets across a wide range of print, online and outdoor channels including e-newsletters, marketing collateral, posters, signage and hospitality assets.  

• Support the Communications Lead to oversee the creation of compelling resident-led content—stories, visuals, and videos—that brings to life Morden College’s work and contribute to a content plan of news and events to ensure a balance of content from our two sites. 

• Manage all photography and videography production including photo shoots and permissions both in-house and using external agencies.

• Manage and maintain an image library that reflects the breadth of life at Morden College to capture everyday moments, the wide variety of events that take place and our hospitality offering.

Digital presence and visibility 

• Support the Communications Lead in the development of a brand-new website to ensure Morden College’s online presence reflects its brand values and engages users effectively. 

• Update web pages on a day-to-day basis to ensure
  accurate and timely information for residents and external audiences and ensure content such as images and blogs are regularly refreshed. 

• Utilise SEO and web analytics to support the evaluation, development and promotion of the website.  

• Produce monthly reports on online activity using Google analytics and other tools to optimise digital platforms. 

• Support in the development of Morden College’s email communications, sending out a regular e-newsletter and other updates though email campaigns using Mailchimp. Monitor, analyse and report on its effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities  

Digital Acquisition and Fundraising 

• Develop and implement acquisition campaigns and activity to attract new supporters through social platforms, both paid and unpaid, search engine advertising, and email marketing. As well as novel and innovative platforms and opportunities as identified.

• Analyse metrics and data, reporting on KPI’s, budget and spend, and work to constantly test and optimise campaigns to exceed targets and improve return on advertisement spend / return on investment.

• Ensure regular monitoring of performance across all activities and make necessary adjustments to maximise net income opportunities.

• Support forecasting and budget planning on Digital marketing activities within the IG budget.

With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

• Evidence of leading successful digital / integrated digital campaigns leading to significant sales/income/lead generation. 

• The ability to motivate and inspire audiences through content and creative writing and storytelling for digital channels. 

• The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on digital campaigns across all channels.

The MND Association is looking for a Policy Manager to shape and lead our policy influencing activities across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. In this key role, you will develop and promote policy positions that ensure our voice is heard in public debates and among decision-makers. You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders to influence change and improve support for people living with and affected by motor neurone disease. We're looking for a Policy Manager with strong analytical skills, political insight and clear communication abilities, who can work confidently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop policy, research and analysis work to position the MND Association in key debates
• Monitor and analyse public policy to identify barriers and propose evidence-based solutions to support campaigns, briefings and submission
• Communicate the MND Association's position through high-quality briefings, reports, submissions and speeches
• Develop and maintain relationships with policymakers, government officials, and key sector organisations
• Represent the Association in external policy and consultation forums
• Support the implementation and evaluation of the Association's Public Affairs and Campaigns strategy
• Keep internal colleagues informed of relevant policy developments
• Circulate policy positions to varied audiences in accessible formats
• Lead and support policy-related meetings, seminars and consultations
• Line-manage Policy Advisers and oversee commissioned projects where required

About You:

• In-depth knowledge of health and/or social policy in the UK
• Strong understanding of UK political systems, including Westminster and the devolved nations
• Proven experience in delivering impactful research and policy analysis
• A successful track record of policy development and influencing change
• Ability to interpret and comment on complex issues clearly and effectively
• Experience of managing staff and external consultants
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel across the UK and attend occasional evening or weekend events
